Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Kagawa, Giappone

The hotel was great; we loved our stay there, the room was big, quite comfortable and had a great view from huge window on the 14th floor. Everything was working as it should, the parking is very easy to access and the elevators are very fast. The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome even though we didn't wear suits. We loved their 2PM check in and 12PM check out time. The only thing that could be better would be to have a slightly bigger TV in the room. We initially booked one night but then booked another requesting to stay in the same room - they not only made that possible, but even brought updated keys to our room, so we didn't have to go to the reception to collect them.

The staff of Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel are professional and considerable. Their service are excellent, especially 1) The shuttle bus driver (morning shift strong man, forgot asking his name). When we arrived at Shodoshima Ferry Pier at 11:00am on April 7, we found a hotel shuttle bus, but not sure if it's the one of our staying hotel. We asked the driver if it's the one that waiting to pick us up. He said yes, but the hotel check-in time should be 3:00pm in the afternoon. He suggested us to have the sightseeing first and helped register the afternoon time for picking us instead. Also, he suggested taking our hand carry bags to the hotel front desk to avoid we carrying too heavy bags while travelling. 2) The lady staff (sorry for forgetting her name) at the lobby hall, who was very proactive. She came over immediately to help taking photos for us when she found we're taking a selfie. She also served us with free drinks for enjoying the sunset at the hall. 3) The staff at the reception desk are very professional. They helped us for check-in, explained the details of the time for meals, and provided all the information required. 4) The foods for dinner & breakfast buffet are very nice and yummy. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Overall, Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel is a very professional and comfortable accommodation for stay. We're pleased and feel glad choosing this hotel.

We have stayed in many Daiwa Roynet Hotels in Japan, and we’ve trusted the Daiwa Roynet brand very much. However, the Takamatsu property is the worst we’ve experienced so far, and after this stay we will be more cautious about choosing to stay at Daiwa Roynet in the future. The facilities are very old and urgently need refurbishment. The cleanliness of our room was also quite shocking. There was hair in the bathroom and bathtub, and hair on the pajamas they provided, as shown in the photo. There were stains throughout the room as well. The bedding used is also smaller than the bed as shown in the picture. If you’re planning day trips to the islands, the hotel isn’t very close to the port. There are plenty of shops nearby, though, so the overall location is ok.

Hotel location is good where closed to the Takamatsu Port (9 min / 2.3km). If you are doing road trip, this hotel has the self owned car park, though the cost is a bit high - 1,500 Yen per night. During my visit, the Central Park was under construction, however, the view is still fine. Hot spring as the same across the brand Dormny Inn, very clean, spring water, well management.

Hotel is dated, but well maintained and very clean. Room is of decent size for what we are paying. Can’t say it is spacious. Location is a good 10 to 15min walk to the Takamatsu port depending on your pace. Breakfast is a little disappointing with very limited proteins. Western choices also very limited. Paid extra if you don’t pre-booked a day ahead.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is excellent - just a short 5-minute walk to the main shopping area, with plenty of dining options nearby. It made exploring the neighbourhood incredibly convenient. The room itself is small but it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Despite the compact size, the room was comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is the onsen facilities. There are both indoor and outdoor onsens, though they are not large, they create a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. I also had free Japanese noodles and ice creams at night times. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The hotel’s service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The scenery was breathtaking, offering stunning views that made every moment special. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. Everything was perfectly arranged, and their attention to detail truly impressed us. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable experience.

Vicino alla stazione, il traffico è conveniente. La stanza è molto pulita, c'è una lavatrice nella stanza, che è molto utile. L'alloggio del primo piano ha una scatola di deposito in moneta. Puoi immagazzinare i bagagli gratuitamente.

L'hotel è buono, la stanza è buona, ha un valore storico, il servo della ricetta è molto pulito, e il servo della ricetta è buono, anche se l'hotel ha le scale, i due servono hanno cercato di aiutarci a spostare il viaggio nella stanza, molto grazie! Ma questo hotel non ha una cassetta ufficiale per l'ispezione, quindi dobbiamo anche prestare attenzione ai marchi vicino per vedere quali negozi devono essere istruiti per l'ispezione di servizio. L'ultima cosa che non posso accettare è che quando prenota questo hotel, è stato pagato per soggiornare, pagato ufficialmente quando è arrivato sul posto, e poi aspettare 3-35 di organizzare il ritorno della strada originale per giorni. Ho aspettato un mese, non ho ancora recuperato i soldi. Secondo il servizio clienti trip.com, il soldo non è stato rimborsato perché non c'è un deposito all'hotel, quindi ho solo aspettato. Questo mi rende molto incomprensibile, quindi non ho un punto pieno ... sul servizio

房間設計非常好、陽台海景景觀一流。但是，按照酒店價錢、定位及設施來講，客房服務非常差。 首先，房間並不是每天打掃、只提供新毛巾及收走垃圾，到第四晚才會打掃房間；撇除酒店定位是較高價的觀景酒店但竟然不提供全面服務的事實之外，令我們最不滿意的是酒店並不會主動補充消耗品，例如：面紙、廁紙或咖啡。而所謂的提供新毛巾竟是把一個垃圾袋放在地上墊底然後就放上毛巾，你一打開門就會見到新毛巾在地上。認真來講，連鎖APA酒店至少都把毛巾放入大膠袋掛在房門上，這間酒店的做法真是令人一言難盡。更令我震驚的是，房務員只收垃圾、但是不會收走舊毛巾！？我們三人住三晚，第二晚之後我們的毛巾已經多到沒位置放了...... 我們唯有嘗試把舊毛巾放在門口位置，看看房務員會不會收走舊毛巾。結果，舊毛巾是要放在門口位置房務員才會收走。 其次，雖然我欣賞酒店提供煮食工具給房客，但是房間的垃圾桶細得可憐，建議多提供一個廚房垃圾桶給房客使用。 整體而言，客房景觀一流，但服務令人失望，房價只是包括了景觀及設施、不包括服務，性價比一般（我是用新開幕的價錢預訂的，若以現在的正價來說，我不會再來了，因為基本上沒有服務可言）。這間酒店適合打卡，所以只住一晚就可以了，連住幾晚只會令你越住越失望。
