Had an amazing stay at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu. Everything about this hotel deserves a perfect score. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is incredibly convenient — right next to Takamatsu Station, making it super easy to explore the city and nearby attractions like Ritsurin Garden. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities were impressive as well — comfortable beds, great facilities, and everything you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Takamatsu. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Hotel was conveniently located with restaurants and mall nearby. Located on a street with many shops. Entrance to the hotel is located facing the street. You need to take a lift to access the hotel. Hotel is not located street level. Overall, a good experience.

Il bagno in loco è senza spot e offre anche gratis crema di ghiaccio, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il colazione è incredibilmente ricco e vario, con qualcosa per tutti. In generale, un fantastico soggiorno avrei sicuramente tornato!

Nice hotel ,friendly staff . But one thing , we are not suppose to wear room slippers to eat breakfast in the morning 😅. Overall was good experience though . Nice breakfast too ! Can try !

The room itself is small but it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Despite the compact size, the room was comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is the onsen facilities. There are both indoor and outdoor onsens, though they are not large, they create a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. I also had free Japanese noodles and ice creams at night times. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel is very close to the central walking shopping district. However, it is not close to the tram or train. The closet tram station is about 7 minutes walk. Next to the hotel you can find a spot for renting bicycles. The rooms are quite small. It has a Japanese style shower, so a shower can be taken standing or seated. The hotel slippers are very flimsy, so better take your own slippers. Buffet breakfasts are ok. Last orders are at 9am, but the food trays are literally empty at 8:45am. So you may want to get there early.

L'ultima cosa che non posso accettare è che quando prenota questo hotel, è stato pagato per soggiornare, pagato ufficialmente quando è arrivato sul posto, e poi aspettare 3-35 di organizzare il ritorno della strada originale per giorni. Ho aspettato un mese, non ho ancora recuperato i soldi. Secondo il servizio clienti trip.com, il soldo non è stato rimborsato perché non c'è un deposito all'hotel, quindi ho solo aspettato. Questo mi rende molto incomprensibile, quindi non ho un punto pieno ... sul servizio

Overall, the hotel is clean, but the room does not have a USB charging port and aircon is centralised and cannot be adjusted from warmer to cooler. I appreciate Trip.com's good customer service because although my package included lounge access, the hotel initially said it wasn't included. Trip.com proactively reached out to apologize for the misunderstanding.
