Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Kagawa, Giappone

We booked a double room, but upon arrival we were given a very small room with two single beds. There was minimal space between the beds, and overall the room did not match what we had booked. Before our arrival, we submitted a request to the hotel asking for a double bed instead of two single beds. Trip.com indicated that our request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, when we checked in, the staff told us that they had not received such a request and refused to change the beds to a double bed. They also said that an extra charge per night would be required to provide a double bed. This was disappointing, as we had booked a double room and the request had been marked as handled on our side. This was the first time we experienced an issue like this for such a simple request, and we were quite disappointed with the service. In addition, the size of the bathroom was very small. It was not practical for two people to be in the bathroom at the same time, which further affected the comfort of our stay. We hope you will look into this matter and improve the handling of bed-type requests for future guests. Thank you.

Abbiamo soggiornato in molti Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Giappone, e abbiamo molto fidato del marchio Daiwa Roynet. Tuttavia, la proprietà Takamatsu è la peggiore che abbiamo mai vissuto, e dopo questo soggiorno saremo più cauti a scegliere di rimanere a Daiwa Roynet in futuro. Nice hotel ,friendly staff . But one thing , we are not suppose to wear room slippers to eat breakfast in the morning 😅. Overall was good experience though . Nice breakfast too ! Can try !

I loved staying in Dormy inn.The room wasn't spacious, but it had everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The bed was big and comfortable.Though I didn't have a shower, in the room, I could use onsen which was terrific! It has both indoor and outdoor baths., very clean , well equipped. Nice music ,nice aroma in the sauna. There's a coin washing machine and vending machines as well. The location of the hotel was very handy, walking distance from the port and bus station, lots of restaurants around.

L'hotel Onsen è un hotel giapponese, con un design molto tradizionale e una camera spaziosa con un piccolo balcone dove si può godere del sole. Il nostro uomo era al di là delle nostre aspettative, con bagni privati (non ci sono riserve, ma tendono a avere almeno una disponibile) e anche buone sostanze nell'acqua di primavera che dà un senso di relax ai muscoli. In generale, si è davvero goduto del nostro soggiorno.

The location of this hotel is really nice. It needs multiple shopping street and with only about 10 mins walking distant from the Kawaramachi Station. There are many restaurants surrounding the hotel but they either close at evening or not welcome kids in night time. The room is clean. Twin room is suitable for family but the air conditioning in room is a bit weak.

All the people were kind and the facilities were clean! The breakfast and the free alchole lounge was great as well!

Really enjoyed my stay at Takamatsu Kokusai Hotel. The staff were lovely and always had a great attitude. There’s a car park on site, which is super handy for a road trip. The hotel isn’t far from Takamatsu city centre either, so it’s easy to get around. I’d definitely recommend driving if you’re planning to explore the area!
