Hotel a 4 stelle in Punjab, India

Mi sono divertito a Ramada. Il servizio era grande e le camere erano comode. Scegliete l'hotel come era vicino al tempio d'oro rendendo molto conveniente visitare il luogo santo. Definitivamente vale la pena spendere i soldi. Sicuramente resterà qui la prossima volta che sono a Amritsar.

Amazing stay! Excellent staff, always ready to help definitely made our stay very warm and comfortable  Breakfast had a good selection of food Freshly made paratha, masala omelette, puri and many of other dishes.  Hotel was clean  Thank you for a wonderful stay and big thank you to all the staff!

Il servizio è sorprendente da Priya, Dielsaab, Aniel e Rajendra.Sono molto amichevoli e per loro vogliamo tornare. Il direttore Kuldip Sharma ci ha aiutato molto bene. Il servizio ci ha reso molto buono

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

L'hotel aveva i suoi pro e cons. Anche se il cibo era delizioso e la stanza era pulita, la posizione era diffusa da un problema di drenaggio vicino. L'interno della stanza e la piscina al tetto erano grandi, ma il nido di uccelli causava disturbi. Nonostante ciò, il buffet è stato bello, rendendo per un soggiorno più piacevole.

The first room they gave us was not good - the key card holder fell off - the room had a musty smell and was a corner room - thought is was small in size. So we requested then to change the room - they were kind enough to comply but then we found that all rooms are very small in this hotel - I guess we got swayed by the Marriot name and then realised that this is a low end hotel of the Marriott. We would rate this as an average hotel

Molto gentile e amichevole e utile personale ma al primo giorno sono arrivato presto al mattino alle 07:30 O alle 08:00 Credo che c'era un uomo signor Anuj che gli ho chiesto se è possibile controllare presto nel mio ufficio mi ha detto che prende un sedile e aspetta 10 minuti e dopo 10 minuti sono stato detto dal signor Anuj che la sua stanza è pronta, pensavo, ma dopo pochi minuti il signor Anuj ha detto che dovevo pagare 1500 più per il check-in precoce, poi ho lasciato l'hotel presto la mattina e sono tornato per il check-in alle 16:00 di qualcosa. Ma capisco che sono venuto prima, quindi è buono, ma anche il personale di servizio di stanza e di FO è grande. Ma in particolare, la signora che pulisce la mia stanza ogni giorno ho dimenticato di chiedere il suo nome, ma lei è molto brava a comunicare fornisce il miglior servizio grazie.

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno a Regenta Place Amritsar, dove il servizio eccezionale e la posizione principale hanno fatto la differenza. Il personale si è reso conto che erano incredibilmente utili e accoglienti, andando oltre e oltre per garantire una buona esperienza, da check-in senza problemi precoce a risolvere rapidamente le esigenze che si sono manifestate . Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, offrendo un rilassante ritiro dopo un giorno di esplorazione, e il ristorante sul posto ha servito deliziose cibo con una vasta gamma di opzioni . La sua posizione confortevole vicino al tempio d'oro e altre attrazioni chiave hanno reso la città senza difficoltà.

La prima volta a Amritsar e il tempo in cui ho avuto un bel tempo in vacanza in hotel, il personale dell'hotel era al massimo di notte e mi ha fatto sentire molto confortevole e benvenuto grazie a neeraj alla reception .. le camere erano enormi e sono state aggiornate alla deluxe camera.. Grazie speciali al signor Raghav Sharma (Manager di dovere) che ha lasciato il suo cammino per assicurarmi che io fossi comodo e anche a Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan al resto che ha partecipato a tutte le mie esigenze molto bene.. e per il desktop ppl tutti erano molto bene...sono sicuramente tornato ad Amritsar e sempre rimarrò a Holiday Inn... consiglierei molto questo hotel a tutti.. e anche questo hotel dovrebbe certamente ottenere una valutazione 5 stelle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)
