Facilities and food are excellent. The service however, especially the staff at the hotel restaurant, are not so friendly, and sort of less than the standard to expect from such a 4-star-hotel.

La camera deluxe è al secondo piano di un edificio come una casa in un cluster con una scala regolare. Ho avuto la stanza alla fine del numero 256. Era molto buio la notte quando sono tornato a casa, era un po' spaventoso perché ci erano molti alberi grandi e la luce non era abbastanza brillante. Non c'è barriera di vetro sul lato del bagno, quindi quando la doccia si sta diffondendo, si possono ottenere i tovaglioli, il pavimento è così bagnato ovunque

Booked because of their hot water pool. But it only warm during weekend. But their pools are good, there are three pools with depth 1.4m, 0.6m and 0.8 m. Rooms are spacious. We booked 3 rooms, two others connecting and children love it. The only let down is the breakfast selection, not too many choices. Standard staples of hotel buffet. Bit expect more of their speciality selections.

Overall it is a pleasant experience staying in LK Pandanaran. I certainly would vouch value for money staying here. What I can provide here is areas for improvement to the Hotel Operator. There was a slight leak in shower head connector. Breakfast menu needs more variety rather than auto repeat daily, and freshness of salad bar/green condiments can be improved. All of which is not a deal breaker. Location, cleanliness, service, facilities - are all good. Would definitely repeat my stay here next time.

Helpful staff from lobby, housekeeping, all the way to basement parking. My wife left her diamond ring on the table during check out and the hotel staff made prompt effort to safe the item, notified me, and had it ready when I picked it up. Thank you very much, it is not so much about the price of the ring, but it is about the memory of our wedding anniversaries.

Rimasto dall'anno precedente. Tutto bene e TDK è deludente. Solo un input, si prega di essere più LG ri-forward per il personale dell'hotel a essere amichevole. In particolare nella parte di manutenzione all'esterno, se c'è un ospite, non c'è danno a dire il saluto o se si vede gli ospiti difficili aprire la porta se TDK può. Questo è tutto il contributo, si prega di personale dell'hotel LBH aiutante ospiti THD. E più sensibile THD intorno all'ambiente.

The hotel is in best location. requested smoking room but i found the room was without an active exhaust, so the smell stay still. Bfast was average.

Perfetto per le famiglie la camera è spaziosa e pulita, ideale per portare un bambino. Il servizio è anche grande, anche quando abbiamo chiesto di pulire ulteriormente dopo il cibo complementare del nostro bambino (MPASI) è stato disturbato e gettato sul pavimento. Il prezzo è anche abbastanza soddisfacente.
