Good location, brand new place. Cleanliness is amazing. Staff are friendly. At the time of stay, it is still soft opening so many facilities still not available yet. Need to work on towel laundry. The towels are a bit smelly, even changes to new ones still the same.

Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman sangat baik menginap di sini bersama keluarga. -Tempat parkir cukup luas. Bisa memuat +-20 mobil -Check in cepat -Tipe kamar yang saya pilih tersedia kolam renang privat dengan air hangat sehingga menambah pengalaman menyenangkan. -Pemandangannya sangat bagus karena bisa melihat pegunungan dan sawah -Complimentary banyak (terdapat cookie, keripik singkong, minuman-minuman kemasan) -Rasa makanan in room dining menurut kami sangat enak dan diproses secara cepat Meskipun begitu, terdapat beberapa hal yang menurut kami bisa diperbaiki lagi: -Water heater di toilet suhunya tidak konsisten (kadang panas sekali, lalu tiba-tiba berubah menjadi dingin sekali. Pernah juga ketika) -Rasa makanan sarapan secara rasa sangat biasa (tapi pemandangannya sangat bagus) Sebaiknya jangan lupa membawa jaket ketika ke sini karena suhu dapat mencapai 15 derajat celcius

As expected from a renowned hotel chain. They have standards to uphold. I travelled to Solo for business so I didn’t spend much time in the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room soundproof needs improvement. Room hygiene requires more effort. Mosquitoes and ants were found at my room on the 8/F. Two nights being bitten and cannot sleep well. Bad smell at the bath. Room is too small, but price was justified on that. Hotel lobby is too small thus car must reverse for finishing the roundabout. ???Weird design: located the QR code (for hotel service/ menu) at the bottom center of the table. Please ask the hotel manager to try on working at those tables. Highlights: breakfast provides fresh juice (pineapple, carrot, red dragon). 10 seconds walk to DP mall. Kids play zone is decent and nice. 3 min walk to Lawang Sewu.

Kami menginap 2 malam di hotel ini pd saat idul fitri. Kami request utk sarapannya di bungkus saja krn kami ingin silahturahmi ke rumah sanak saudara. Pelayanannya luar biasa. Lokasi dekat dgn alun2 kebumen

Qui metto in evidenza il menu del colazione. Il cibo è vario dall'ovest alla cucina locale indo. Tutti i cibi sono serviti bene, fresco, delizioso, pulito. Situato molto strategicamente nel centro della città, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal più recente centro commerciale della città. Buona esperienza generale.

Nice place to stay. Good ambience, clean environment, modern style room, very nice and helpful hotel staff. Breakfast is also good. The swimming pool is clean 👍

Front staff service is very polite. They provide excellent and quality breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces. Keep it up, thank you.

Hotel molto bello con prezzo accessibile. La posizione è vicino al centro commerciale. La mia stanza è al 20° piano, la vista è buona. Il tetto sul 24e piano ha anche una vista molto bella, con piscina e piscina a vite.
