Visualizzazioni fantastiche e grande servizio, ma guardate le estreme Mia moglie e io siamo rimasti qui dal venerdì al domenica e abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza in generale.L'accento era certamente il personale amichevole a nostra sorpresa, ci hanno aggiornato in una bella vista sul mare senza nemmeno chiedere! Il buono: Posizione: È semplicemente invincibile. È una distanza molto breve, camminabile dalla spiaggia e dalle attrazioni locali. Servizio: la squadra era benvenuta e proattiva. Il non-solo-buono: Tasse aggiuntive: siamo stati delusi di vedere che i servizi ricreativi (pool/studio) sono forniti con un canone di 5 sterline per persona al giorno. Parcheggio: è molto costoso.Sinceramente, potrebbe essere meglio guardare le vicinanze di parcheggio pubblico, che sono più agevolate dal bilancio. In generale, un grande soggiorno per la posizione e la vista, si prega di tenere conto dei costi aggiuntivi.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite! The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night. I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic. However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!

Situazione fantastica per shopping, spiaggia e Centro internazionale di Bournemouth. Il personale è carino, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli.

Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.

La posizione era eccellente, la camera d'albergo, lobby e piscina erano molto puliti e confortevoli, la camera era spaziosa, luminosa, con letti confortevoli, il bagno era buono . La piscina era molto buona e piacevole avere questo in hotel. La colazione è stata eccellente con una vasta gamma di opzioni, ci è piaciuto questo .

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

Il nostro soggiorno a Harbour Heights è stato molto piacevole. Dalla ricezione che abbiamo ricevuto dal personale della reception al nostro arrivo al caldo addio quando siamo partiti. La nostra camera era molto comoda e più grande della vostra tipica camera standard.La camera da letto era ben presentata, il letto molto comodo e tutte le altre strutture della stanza sono perfette (mi è stato molto impressionato trovare un tavolo di ferro e di ferro). Siamo stati molto impressionati dal colazione e abbiamo trovato il ristorante molto bello e utile. Egli teneva una nave molto stretta, si accertava che tutto fosse riempito quando uscì e che il personale che lavorava con lui fosse altrettanto piacevole e molto utile. Bevande e cena sul terrazzo erano terribili, e che vista! L'hotel è in buona condizione, tutto sembrava recentemente aggiornato, carpette coridor molto pulite, matite da parete, bagno di buona qualità, ecc. , L'hotel era molto pulito e moderno, pur mantenendo il suo carattere originale. Questa è stata la nostra prima visita alle altezze del porto, ma non sarà certamente la nostra ultima. Un posto per un breve periodo di pausa! 

In generale, è una scelta ragionevole se cerchi un posto conveniente a un prezzo equo, ma non aspettare un'esperienza di lusso. Mi riferirei di rimanere di nuovo se trovassi un buon accordo.

Nice quiet getaway to Bournemouth, stayed in a lovely little Spa hotel with a heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi, perfect weather to enjoy the beach which is only a 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, continental plus ordered hot food and got a very tasty English brekkie to start the day, very enjoyable and would stay again

The hotel is quite old it’s not new and the amenities are not good at all they are no soaps some of the room heater doesn’t work we had to switch three rooms cause they were many issues going on but the service was good but not the worth the price
