DDivsbI recently stayed at this charming hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The property is immaculately clean and well-maintained, though you can tell it has a bit of an old-world charm. The lack of telephones in the rooms added to the nostalgic vibe, making it feel like a bit of a ”bhul bhuliyaan” (labyrinth), but in a fun, quirky way.
The hotel offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was the fantastic swimming pool, a great spot to take a dip and relax. The backyard, which was beautifully landscaped, provided a serene place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. What made it even more special was how close the backyard was to the beach—it was a short walk to the shore, and the beach views from the hotel were simply stunning.
The views through the hotel were equally impressive, giving you glimpses of the ocean and natural beauty from various corners of the property. It’s the kind of place where you can just lose track of time, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with great views and a lovely atmosphere.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno di 3 giorni all'Hotel Harbour a Christchurch.
Ci siamo mangiati due volte, una volta al ”The Upper Deck” e una volta al ”The Jetty”. Abbiamo avuto bellissime tavole, cibo grande e servizio ci ha fatto sentire speciale. La colazione è stata la stessa, con un servizio attento da tutti i dipendenti e un grande cibo servito sul veranda aperto.
Anche se abbiamo usato l'hotel come base per le nostre passeggiate intorno all'area, abbiamo anche usato il bagno, che è stato ben mantenuto e ha tutte le strutture che potresti desiderare.
Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza assegnata che non era come ordinato da Trip.com. Anche se il gruppo di ricezione ha ribadito che avevano assegnato la stanza accuratamente in base a ciò che aveva ordinato per noi Trip.com, il manager di ricezione Cherry si è impegnato a compensare per la nostra incompatibilità.
Il servizio di The Harbour è stato eccellente, e tutti i servizi che ci hanno servito in reception, bar, ristoranti e spa sono stati utili, efficienti e amichevoli. Anche se la nostra stanza era più piccola di quanto avevamo ordinato, era ben progettata e il letto era molto comodo.
In generale, questo è stato uno dei più carini hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, questo non è in parte dovuto al professionalismo e alla cura dell'attitudine del team di personale.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

TTeresaIl nostro soggiorno a Harbour Heights è stato molto piacevole. Dalla ricezione che abbiamo ricevuto dal personale della reception al nostro arrivo al caldo addio quando siamo partiti.
La nostra camera era molto comoda e più grande della vostra tipica camera standard.La camera da letto era ben presentata, il letto molto comodo e tutte le altre strutture della stanza sono perfette (mi è stato molto impressionato trovare un tavolo di ferro e di ferro).
Siamo stati molto impressionati dal colazione e abbiamo trovato il ristorante molto bello e utile.
Egli teneva una nave molto stretta, si accertava che tutto fosse riempito quando uscì e che il personale che lavorava con lui fosse altrettanto piacevole e molto utile.
Bevande e cena sul terrazzo erano terribili, e che vista!
L'hotel è in buona condizione, tutto sembrava recentemente aggiornato, carpette coridor molto pulite, matite da parete, bagno di buona qualità, ecc. ,
L'hotel era molto pulito e moderno, pur mantenendo il suo carattere originale.
Questa è stata la nostra prima visita alle altezze del porto, ma non sarà certamente la nostra ultima.
Un posto per un breve periodo di pausa!

TTboneVery nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesn’t have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è un po'vecchio, il livello di tre stelle in casa, ma è pulito e pulito.Molto tranquillo.Circa 100-200 metri dal lato del mare, molto vicino, ma ci vuole una pentola di circa 50 metri.Il tempo di luglio è ancora un po' freddo, e il sottomarino è impossibile. La città è molto piccola, e circa un chilometro a destra dell'hotel è l'etichetta della ruota di griglia.Vai a Old Harry Rocks e Durdle per la porta in mezz'ora e un'ora, non lontano.

Breakfast food is average, almost no fresh fruits (apple and overripe banana), and not many veggie options, but the staff is lovely (more hospitable than people at the reception), each day the chef was busy but kept smiling to all guests around, nice way to start the day, thanks!:)
Spa area is lovely, great tor the gloomy days!:)
Room was ok, no windows to be opened thus no fresh air.. water temperature was rather low, couldn’t really enjoy the shower.
