Their warm hospitality really makes you feel welcome and makes you want to stay again. I forgot my PJs and they emailed me straight away and even offered to ship them to me. Super grateful for their kindness! Will definitely stay again if I ever visit Tallinn in the future. Hotel location is great too very close to the Old Town and also near the market and the bus station to the harbour if you’re coming by ferry from Helsinki.

Ci siamo trovati bene era la seconda volta che prenotavamo qui a tallinn in questo hotel, ha di buono il parcheggio gratuito (non da poco) una buona e varia colazione e le camere sono minimal ma pulite. Consiglio le camere al terzo piano di categoria superiore molto spaziose. Il centro si raggiunge con 5 euro di Bolt (app). In auto mettete in conto non meno di 3 euro l'ora o 15 tutto il giorno.

Hei, pikkuisen on aika ajanut ohi Virusta, hieman 'varmanvalinnan' makua, kiinnostavuus puuttuu, edellisestä käynnistäni tosin jo kuusi vuotta. Katselen ensi kerralla muitakin hotelleja majoitusta valitessani, yllätyin uusien hotellien määrästä. Kuriositeettinä huoneemme sänky, ikkunan puolelta joustinpatja on 'pettänyt' runsaasta käytöstä nojatuolina johtuen, levottomana nukkujana tulin heitetyksi lattialle, sängyn ansiosta, yöpöydän kautta n. klo 3.15 yöllä, seurauksena hetkellinen tajuttomuus ja reilu kuhmu takaraivoon, 'lähihoito' auttoi särkylääkkeiden kanssa takaisin normiuneen tapauksen jälkeen muutamaksi tunniksi. Questo è stato il posto più costoso che ho affittato durante il mio viaggio in Europa. È un hotel a quattro stelle, e penso che sia abbastanza standard. La camera era pulita e ben attrezzata. È vicino al centro storico e di fronte al cinema Tallinn. Il personale alla reception è stato attento e accogliente, e la colazione era buona. Il bagno era grande, con zone separate per il bagno e l'asciutto, ma la camera era un po' piccola. Una camera di 20-25 metri quadrati sarebbe andata bene.

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day. The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel tre volte e questo dice tutto. Pulito, confortevole, caldo e accogliente. Il personale della reception è molto gentile. I materassi e i cuscini sono comodissimi. C'è un bollitore in camera. La colazione non è molto ricca, ma è deliziosa e presentata in modo impeccabile. Si può fare colazione all'aperto. La posizione è vicina al Parco Kadriorg e a una fermata del tram per il centro città. L'unico neo è che alcune camere non hanno finestre apribili. E questo è davvero importante.

Il personale della reception era piuttosto indifferente; si può essere accomodanti se non si hanno grandi aspettative. Lo scarico della doccia emanava un cattivo odore. La posizione è comoda e il posto è abbastanza pulito e igienico. Il cibo della colazione era fresco.

Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible. The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room. The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.
