Hotel a 4 stelle in Harjumaa, Estonia

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

L'hotel si trova non lontano dall'ingresso del centro storico, in un edificio antico. Tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi, il che lo rende ideale per lo shopping e la ristorazione. Anche la colazione è discreta. Il personale è molto cordiale. Le camere non sono spaziose, ma è comprensibile, visto che si trova in un edificio storico. Nel complesso, offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

È un hotel per gruppi turistici. Il servizio alla reception è funzionale e manca di cordialità e disponibilità. I fumatori sono tutti di fronte ai due ingressi/uscite dell'hotel. Buona fortuna ai non fumatori! La spa è buona, ma è consentito bere e indossare le ciabatte nel bagno turco e nella sauna. Anche il buffet è ottimo in termini di varietà e scelta. Tuttavia, può essere affollato e le sale da pranzo congestionate. La nota positiva è il letto comodo e comodo. La camera è spaziosa.

The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days. The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.

Il personale della reception era piuttosto indifferente; si può essere accomodanti se non si hanno grandi aspettative. Lo scarico della doccia emanava un cattivo odore. La posizione è comoda e il posto è abbastanza pulito e igienico. Il cibo della colazione era fresco.

Excellent hotel with private parking in the centric location. We book two double rooms as we were work colleagues and we could not have asked for more. Would totally recommend this hotel as well as beautiful Tallinn to anyone.

Mielestäni hotelli huone oli aika väsynyt ja vanha. Asiakaspalvelu oli 5/5. Aamiainen oli mielestäni aika heikko, lämpimät ruuat olivat kaikki semmoset mikä tulee hotellille valmiina ja ne vaan lämmitetään uunissa. Ihan perus, ei mitään erikoista. Puuro oi vesistä ja kylmässä pöydässä ei ollut kans mitään erikoista. Aika kallista semmoseen ”perus” ruokaan.

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day. The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs.
