Hotel a 5 stelle in Prefettura di Tochigi, Giappone

Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. La stanza era pulita e facile da accedere alla sala da pranzo e a pranzo. Il tetto aperto di Onsen era un grande luogo per godere della Onsen. Amore la temperatura di Onsen e la piscina erano troppo affollate.

The hotel is old so you definitely see how dated the facilities are but at the same time you know they are very well maintained. My room on the 3rd floor was spacious and had great view to Chuzenji lake. The sulfur onsen was great too. Staffs are professional, especially those in the dining room. They are vey attentive and quick to response to your needs.  The only downside is the location. If you want to find a lowkey hotel to relax in a remote area, Chuzenji is a perfect choice. But beware that there are only 3 shuttle bus a day. If you missed the last shuttle at 16h40 you will have to catch the last public Tobu bus at 18h and it takes like more than an hour to get to the hotel. No taxi, no uber available.

Bellissimo hotel d'epoca. La cena era favolosa, elegante e deliziosa. Il parco è pittoresco. La cosa migliore è la posizione. Si trova su una ripida collina, quindi salire e scendere è una sfida per le ginocchia più anziane. Detto questo, una volta scesi dalla collina, il famoso ponte Shinkyo è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi e, di fronte al ponte, si trova il complesso del Santuario Toshogu.

Food and service are superb. I did not check our reservation of the shuttle bus clearly so caused some misunderstanding but the manager was really nice and resolved the problem with his outstanding service. Very appreciated and thankful! And sorry for our mistake! Food was the most recognised selling point of the place ! Keep it up ! The only weakness: The blanket was too thick for us and caused sleeping problem.

The view at the hotel was so nice, the room was so clean. and not to mention the service, every staff was super polite, we joined some of the hotel activities and tiff was so kind and professional! highly recommend this hotel!!

È un ottimo hotel. Per i bambini, c'è un campo da gioco all'aperto, c'è un diapositiva che mio figlio ama molto. E c'è anche un campo da gioco all'interno che può portare i bambini. Ci sono yukata per adulti e bambini tardi di notte, bevande e snack sono anche forniti.Varieta colazione Siamo rimasti in una camera tradizionale che si trova su tatami mat che dobbiamo preparare le nostre schede È una nuova esperienza per i bambini.

L'hotel è vecchio, la posizione non è il migliore. Dopo le otto di sera, non c'è praticamente nessun negozio aperto.Ma l'ambiente interno dell'hotel è buono, la colazione è anche buona, ha uno stile decorativo europeo, e la calda è anche buona

子供が楽しく過ごせて良い経験が出来た。ポコポコの空間も良い施設作りで家族全員が楽しめた。もしよく言えば家族で温泉に入れるプライベート温泉室が有ると更に楽しめた。敷地内探検は子供が興味ワクワクで、クワガタ、カブトムシ、カマキリ、カミキリ、カエル等色々見つける楽しにも良かった。リゾナーレは家族が多いので子供が騒いでも誰も嫌なことはなく過ごせた。2日間楽しく過ごせました。

丁寧な接客、料理もおいしくてとても満足でした。

部屋が綺麗と広かった。　温泉も気持ちよかった。すごく良い泊まりでした。
