Hotel a 5 stelle in Provincia di Medina, Arabia Saudita

There were several issues during my stay. First, the balcony glass door could not be closed properly. I am quite sure the hotel was already aware of this issue, as their technician came and fixed it immediately without checking or asking any questions. However, I had to call twice before someone finally came. Secondly, the service quality does not match the price paid. The breakfast area is also very small. It was almost fully occupied, and the tables were placed extremely close to each other, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. In addition, while I understand that hotels require guests to check out on time, the way it was handled felt more like constant rushing. I received a call at 12:15 and another call at 12:55 to remind me to check out. If check-out time is strictly enforced, I would expect the same level of urgency for check-in as well. Lastly, there was inconsistency regarding the check-in time. My Trip.com booking confirmation clearly stated a 2:00 PM check-in, but the hotel informed me that check-in was only available at 3:00 PM.

Hotel era sulla strada principale. Vicino al masjid. Camminare a masjid per pregare. Colazione è stata buona e hanno molte scelte anche. Camera è grande e spaziosa. Camera pulita e bagno. Molto comodo per stare con la famiglia. Raccomandato di rimanere qui.. Torneranno a soggiornare in questo hotel di nuovo.tq

Assolutamente fantastico soggiorno! Da inizio a finire tutto era perfetto. Il servizio è eccellente ogni membro del personale è genuino gentile, pronto a aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta, e risolve qualsiasi problema immediatamente. Siamo stati davvero impressionati; non abbiamo mai avuto mai una storia così prima. Ci siamo fermati nella Villa Celestial e è stato fantastico spazioso, senza spot e bellissimo design. Lo consigliamo molto! Il cibo del TAMA Restaurant era eccellente anche ci piaceva soprattutto il colazione, che era semplicemente eccezionale. Abbiamo anche trascorso del tempo nella zona Caravans è stupenda, accogliente e con lo stesso servizio di alto livello. Ero qui con mia madre, e lei ha detto che sarebbe tornata di nuovo e di nuovo e non potevo più accettare! ❤️

Posizione eccellente, a soli 100 metri da Haram, camere pulite, alcune con vista su Masjid Al Nabwi, personale cortese. Bagni/doccia un po' troppo angusti. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata, ma la posizione comoda significherebbe che tornerò.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

Un hotel estremamente opposto, una casa agricola di terra, una suite duplice con due chiodi, ha un prezzo di 1.2w una notte.Il primo piano della camera da letto non ha aria condizionata, ci sono serbatoi e ventilatori freddi, il secondo piano ha aria condizionata e suona tutta la notte. La porta del bagno è molto spazzatura. Devo entrare, non appena non devi stare attento, la finestra è piccola, l'intero hotel non ha quasi nessuna luce elettrica, l'illuminazione sottostante è basata principalmente su un elettrofono.Due vantaggi dell'hotel, uno è la posizione e la città antica integrata, l'hotel è la città antica, e gli ospiti possono entrare; Il secondo è il senso di shock dopo il pieno di ghiandole, molto eccezionale, come una scena di favola per mille notti.Il cibo è buono, mangia il pranzo e la colazione. Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.
