Hotel a 5 stelle in Contea di Oslo, Norvegia

A beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments. Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

Hôtel est très bien placé entouré de forêt  Petit dernier au top Par contre de la vaisselle de room service est restée entreposée toute la journée à notre étage dégageant une forte odeur. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles. Sinon séjour très apaisant.

Stanza piacevole, personale ospite. Trasporti pubblici un po 'di passeggiata ma molto vicino. Posizione confortevole. Camera grande.

Questo hotel storico si trova a Karl Johann Street, con una posizione geografica eccellente, e può raggiungere il palazzo e la destinazione turistica principale.Abbiamo goduto confortevolmente l'alloggio di Oslo in un'atmosfera famosa e tranquilla. La colazione è anche molto ricca, ed è un hotel molto soddisfacente.

Consigliata dai clienti, la posizione è molto buona, proprio nel centro della città, ma è lontana dall'aeroporto, più di 50 chilometri, e il taxi costa più di 1000 corone norvegesi. Se ci sono meno persone, si può prendere il treno, il cui costo è di 25 euro a persona. Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del Museo Nazionale; ogni giorno viene fornita acqua frizzante gratuita in camera, ma non è presente il bollitore; l'hotel ha un'atmosfera culturale più classica; la colazione è troppo ricca, anche il caffè è delizioso e ci sono tre tipi di salmone, tutti molto buoni; ma la serratura della porta è troppo avanzata e non ne sono stato informato in anticipo, quindi ho dormito con la porta aperta per due notti. Quando esco, devo passare la tessera della stanza per chiuderla, e quando entro, devo premere un pulsante e sentire un clic per chiuderla.

非常好， 市區內，逛街方便，距離火車站得走挺久，周圍也有好吃的中餐，酒店所有員工都很友善，也很乾凈，特別是禮賓服務小帥哥和前台如明星的大美女。 早餐一位接待的亞洲小姐姐非常親切，尊老愛幼，每次都特意來問要不要吃點蛋卷什麼的特殊點的，心裏暖暖的，善良之人必有福報。酒店一樓好像經常有什麼dj活動表演，座無虛席，氣氛熱鬧非凡。
