Fantastico
HHenryHotel facilities are good, location is superb as there is linked road connecting Central Mall, however the hotel car park is a disaster. You could get a parking slot near to the hotel lobby lift if you come in before noon, otherwise you would need to park somewhere near to the mall parking and walk 10mins in the car park to the hotel lobby lift. This is by far the worst hotel car park I have experienced in Malaysia.

UUtente ospiteThis trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent.
For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ).
Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed.
Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in.
In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

UUtente ospiteIl mio partner e io abbiamo di recente goduto di un soggiorno presso l'Hotel Royal Chulan Damansara, che superava tutte le nostre aspettative. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calda ospitalità e un senso di calma che immediatamente ha posto il tono per una fuga rilassante.
L'atmosfera dell'hotel è elegante, ma confortevole per le coppie che cercano di rilassarsi.La nostra camera è stata spaziosa, pulita e decorata con i tocchi moderni e il tradizionale fascino della Malaysia. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, tranne per le mutande non molto comode e ci piaceva soprattutto le grandi finestre che offrono bellissime viste sulla linea di Damansara.
Un piccolo spazio per il miglioramento sarebbe le mutandine e le lenzuola che sembravano molto vecchie e potrebbero certamente beneficiare di un aggiornamento per corrispondere al comfort complessivo della stanza. Non è stato un problema importante, ma le piastrelle e le lenzuola più fresche aumenterebbero davvero l'esperienza del sonno.
Il nostro soggiorno è stato ricordato da un servizio dettagliato e consapevole, e il personale è stato sempre cortese, utile e ci ha fatto sentire ben curati per tutto il nostro soggiorno.

BBELLA TAII recently enjoyed a short but memorable getaway with friends at Cyberview Resort, and it was exactly what we needed to unwind. The resort offers a peaceful environment surrounded by lush greenery, creating a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a touch of traditional charm. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the private balconies that overlooked the gardens. The pool area was a highlight — well-maintained and ideal for both relaxation and fun.
Service was warm and attentive. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. We also had a great time at the resort's restaurant, where the food was delicious with a good variety of local and international dishes.
Overall, Cyberview Resort was the perfect setting for quality time with friends. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or simply catching up over coffee, the serene surroundings make every moment feel special. Highly recommended for a short and sweet escape!

FFena44I love the vibes of this place! The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are wonderfully fluffy. If you’re staying in the club section, you have the option to enjoy breakfast either at the club or the resort, which is a nice touch. The furniture in the room is well-maintained, though there are a few visible stains on the floor.

CChloe.CPkAmo questo posto i miei bambini divertono molto, soprattutto amo che forniscono il bus di trasporto a ioi centro commerciale super comodo almeno im non c'è bisogno di guidare fuori e cercare parcheggio. In secondo luogo, vorrei dire che il loro buffet di colazione è fantastico, anche se quel giorno sono andato sono super peak e molte persone ma ancora gestiscono bene, molte varietà di cibo e va bene. In generale, mi piace il soggiorno qui la camera è pulita e confortevole solo il lato della piscina è abbastanza vecchio . E vorrei ringraziare per la stagione di picco che ho controllato in ritardo cos ci sono fuori occupato la stanza ma si sostituiscono indietro tardi controllare per me almeno i miei figli possono godere alla piscina.

1.strategic place.in front of the hotel have pasar malam and pasar tani ...u can buy food if you lazy to find stall or restaurant ...
2.there sono 2 piscina ...1 è aperto per la donna n maschio ...1 solo per le donne ....buono per muslimah che vogliono la privacy.
3.service del personale anche buon ...spiegazione bene
4.environment della camera n vista della mia camera ...I può vedere piscina e passare MLM, passere tani .....
5.definitely ripeterà n di nuovo per soggiornare in hotel.

NNellie LeowHo avuto recentemente il piacere di soggiornare all'Hotel One World a Petaling Jaya, e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata con tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un riposo di notte.
Il personale era amichevole, attento e efficiente, e si sforzarono di assicurare che il mio soggiorno fosse piacevole.

We had a wonderful short getaway with the family at this decent and well-maintained hotel. Each room comes with a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset, feel the refreshing sea breeze, and listen to the soothing sound of the waves—truly relaxing!
The infinity pool is small but offers a lovely view, perfect for unwinding. The seaside is clean, though not suitable for swimming, but our kids had a great time playing in the sand.
We didn’t face any issues with the buggy service—it was efficient and fast, even though others had mentioned delays in earlier reviews. Parking is located a bit far from the hotel, but there’s a 24/7 shuttle service that runs smoothly and made things very convenient.
A special highlight was the free fire show on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at 8 PM. It lasts around 30 minutes and was a big hit with the kids!
The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. The selection was limited, and food wasn’t replenished quickly during peak times. We hope to see better variety and service in the future.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we’d be happy to return!
