Ho avuto un'esperienza eccellente all'Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. Tutto il personale è disponibile ad assisterci e a garantire la migliore esperienza possibile durante il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e ad Harbin. Non siamo mai rimasti senza articoli da toeletta in camera, che vengono riforniti ogni volta che è possibile. Ho festeggiato il compleanno del mio compagno durante il nostro soggiorno e il personale ci ha persino preparato una sorpresa! Questo hotel è situato in una posizione comoda. La maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi e la stazione della metropolitana è proprio di fronte all'hotel. È un hotel con vista sul fiume Songhua. Dispone di sale riunioni, negozi di souvenir e una palestra. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la pulizia della moquette. Presenta macchie visibili, il che è comprensibile visto che è difficile da pulire. Tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel! Grazie a tutto il personale.

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha collaborato attivamente con Ctrip per aiutarmi a svolgere le procedure. Anche Ctrip è stato molto utile e il rimborso della colazione è stato ricevuto in pochi secondi. Il tè pomeridiano è disponibile dalle 10:00 alle 22:00. Sebbene non ce ne siano molte varietà, sono disponibili caffè appena macinato, tè caldo, porzioni di frutta, frutta e biscotti. I camerieri prestano attenzione allo stato degli ospiti in ogni momento. Dopo il check-out ci hanno dato dei souvenir squisitamente confezionati. Diversi camerieri ci hanno portato alla macchina. L'autista che ci è venuto a prendere ha detto che era così premuroso da pensare di essere nostro amico Camera: la camera è di medie dimensioni e molto pulita. Al piano inferiore c'è un piccolo giardino dove è possibile bere il tè. La stanza al primo piano ha un piccolo cortile. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

Non c'è dubbio che questo hotel.Il servizio era fantastico. Voleva ringraziare la signora del servizio in camera e il direttore del ristorante di caffè che era in servizio per quei due giorni. La pulizia è stata molto utile in tempo per pulire e riempire le cose, anche se siamo in camera. Uno dei miei figli è malato, chiedere dal ristorante dell'hotel di confezionare qualcosa di leggero per il bambino che avrebbe piacevolmente sostenuto. Alto piano con bella vista!Molto bene speso denaro.😅

Un master in servizio al Mansion 1903 Harbin Il mio soggiorno al Mansion 1903 era eccezionale, grazie al suo servizio eccellente. We recently stayed at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli February2024 We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property. The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere. The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised. There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes. Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway. Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste. Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates. The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station. Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session. Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway. Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay. While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile. In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

This is a really a MUST to stay In Harbin. The reasons? First of all, the staff are really really helpful and friendly (Like 梦梦 and 小雪 and the rest). You will feel love by them. 2nd, the hotel is strategically located, to Sophia Church is only 10 minutes by cab. 3rdly, hotel has non-stop coffee, cookies, fruits and yogurt ❤️, finally the room iis cozy, beautiful and everything is boutique style room. 第一次到哈尔滨， 如何住入这个酒店， 真的真的太值了。 我不知他们如何训练， 每一位都超级好笑容， 乐于助人， 就重要照顾到我们无微不至。 我需要感谢梦梦和小雪， 你们很棒🙏🏻。 地点方便， 好多甜品，咖啡☕️，最重要免费 😘。 当然我和太太喜欢她的房间， 全部还很新。 我和太太已经决定了， 我们再过几天又要住这一家， 这就证明这一家有多好 ❤️

Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

十一國慶假期期間，和家人帶孩子來齊齊哈爾遊玩，選擇了萬達嘉華酒店，入住的非常滿意，酒店邊上的商圈設施完備，逛街購物都很方便，貼身管家小姐姐，服務態度一流。一站式服務很貼心。提前錄入車牌號，並告知具體停車路線，當地天氣情況等，24小時隨時響應，讓人感覺非常靠譜。入住體驗不錯，酒店內配套設施一流，到處體現了當地扎龍濕地的特色，大堂有伴手禮售賣。選擇種類很多，有可愛的冰箱貼和飛鶴乳製品，東北特產等等。早餐品種也非常豐富，搭配合理，有當地特色。給酒店點贊。希望酒店越來越好。
