Hotel a 5 stelle in Heilongjiang, Cina

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities, making it comfortable for the duration of my trip. The location is excellent and very convenient for sightseeing. It is close to the river, cable car, ferry port, and a local market, making it easy to explore the area. You can also walk to St. Sophia Cathedral in about 30 minutes, or take a quick Didi ride if you prefer. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. They were consistently polite, friendly, and attentive, always willing to assist whenever needed. The only drawback was that the hotel does not provide airport transfer services, which would have made the stay even more convenient. Aside from that, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a convenient location.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Grand Mercure Hotel di Harbin e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. Fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati, sono rimasto colpito dalla pulizia impeccabile dell'ambiente e dalla sensazione di comfort che ci ha avvolto. Gli alti soffitti conferivano un tocco di maestosità all'atmosfera, facendola sembrare una lussuosa struttura a 5 stelle, il tutto a un prezzo accessibile. Il punto forte del nostro soggiorno è stato senza dubbio il letto comodissimo e le lenzuola fresche. Ho dormito benissimo e mi sono svegliato riposato come un bambino. L'attenzione ai dettagli per garantire un sonno confortevole è stata davvero encomiabile. Un plauso speciale va al personale dell'hotel per il servizio eccezionale. Nonostante qualche barriera linguistica, si sono prodigati per aiutarmi in tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e per fornirmi informazioni precise. Ricordo distintamente Alan Chen, o Chan, anche se non sono sicuro dell'ortografia esatta del suo nome. Era sempre attento alle nostre esigenze e domande, prendendosi il tempo di comunicare con noi e di assicurarsi che ricevessimo le indicazioni corrette. La loro dedizione e disponibilità mi hanno fatto un'ottima impressione. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l'hotel era situato in una posizione comoda vicino a una fermata dell'autobus, il che lo rendeva facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto, che dista circa 45 minuti o meno. Il tragitto in autobus dall'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità durava meno di 10 minuti. Tuttavia, devo segnalare che non c'erano molti negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, il che potrebbe rappresentare un piccolo inconveniente per alcuni viaggiatori. L'unico problema riscontrato durante il soggiorno è stata la temperatura della camera, che era piuttosto alta. Nonostante avessimo regolato il termostato, non siamo riusciti a ottenere una temperatura confortevole. Abbiamo quindi aperto leggermente la finestra per far entrare un po' d'aria fresca, ma lasciarla aperta tutta la notte comportava il rischio di prendere un raffreddore. Sarebbe molto utile se l'hotel potesse fornire un umidificatore, poiché l'aria nella stanza risultava eccessivamente secca. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato davvero fantastico. Price per night: ~$250-$300 AUD I originally booked this hotel seeing that it had a 5 diamond rating, excellent reviews + clean and modern pictures of the hotel. The hotel has a superb location and the service is good. However, the rooms did not feel clean and there is a lot of grime + mould in the bathrooms. The shower water is weak, towels are hard (not soft) and the bathrobe we received had half the pocket ripped off. Also, the room is supposed to be non-smoking but the toilet smelt like cigarettes when we checked in. The experience was bleak and did not feel like the 5 diamond rating we expected so we checked out 1 night earlier than intended and stayed elsewhere down the road. I won't be back.

Ottimo soggiorno in un hotel storico davvero unico. Pulizia, posizione, servizio e attrezzatura erano tutte eccellenti. L'hotel è molto ben mantenuto, con bellissimi interni di stile europeo e un'atmosfera tranquilla ed elegante. La stanza era spaziosa, confortevole e senza spazi. Il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre disposto ad aiutare. La posizione è conveniente per la vista a Harbin, e il colazione era fresco e piacevole. Abbiamo ricevuto un dono di benvenuto al nostro arrivo e partenza. Anche loro vi includono nel gruppo WeChat e se avete domande o richieste, forniranno e risponderanno immediatamente alla vostra domanda. The best experiences we had in Harbin was Crowne Plaza Hotel. Besides overall excellent experiences, they gave us free ski pass for my whole family. They have staff courteou, pleasant and professional. The checking in and out was smooth. English speaking staff were there round the clock. I recommend Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to everyone out there looking for hotel in Harbin

Ho voluto visitare il Festival di ghiaccio e neve a Harbin da molto tempo, e questo anno, all'inizio di gennaio, il mio programma ha finalmente consentito un breve viaggio privato. A causa della sua vicinanza al campo del festival, ho scelto di rimanere al Ritz Carlton - e non mi sono deluso. Mi piaceva la vista incredibile dalla sala colazione, che guardava il fiume verso la neve e la visione del ghiaccio, e il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole, e la posizione era conveniente, con una stazione di metro vicino. Anche se prendevo un taxi alla mia prima partenza, poi scelsi la metropolitana, che era efficiente e facile da usare.. La mia stanza era comoda e soddisfaceva tutte le mie aspettative. Anche se non usavo la piscina, visitai il palestra, che era ben eufico e piacevole. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e spero di tornare l'anno prossimo - forse con amici.

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:- 张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!
