Harbin è molto bella in primavera, e il mio soggiorno all'hotel Habsburg ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il personale, che era costantemente amichevole e utile, fornì con attenzione suggerimenti su carte di note, aggiungendo un contatto personale all’esperienza. L'hotel offre una sala da pranzo, una palestra e una comoda zona di lavanderia.Il personale, sempre ben vestito e attento, regolarmente accertato per chiedere il mio soggiorno e i miei piani di viaggio. La colazione dell'hotel era un'attrazione, con una serie di specialità locali. Jenny e Air erano particolarmente amichevoli e utili durante il colazione, offrendo consigli di viaggio e mi presentando ai piatti locali. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, molto vicino al metro e alla strada principale, Zhong Yang Da Jie. Questa zona, la parte più significativa della città, è perfetta per la ricerca e la scoperta. In generale, ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno e consiglierei molto questo hotel.

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

Situato convenientemente e a piedi dalla famosa Zhong Yang Da Jie. Il check-in è facile e quindi non è possibile interagire con il personale che sembra essere scomodo. La camera saggio è spaziosa e molto confortevole. Ma alcune luci non funzionano. Mi preoccupa la pulizia, perché il tè non è stato lavato il giorno dopo, anche se la tazza è stata lavata. Il caffè non è stato sostituito. Il letto è ancora senza tempo. La posizione è buona e la camera è spaziosa, quindi va bene. La stanza è calda e quindi dobbiamo tenere le finestre aperte per raffreddare.

Everything is very, very good… My sincere thanks to Miss Eva Li for her great extraordinary support and services. Many thanks also to Miss Xiao Song at the front desk for her kind help.  I am very satisfied with everything in this hotel, that’s why I decided to extended my stay for several more days.  The room is specious , very comfortable ,  super quite , clean and tidy, with modern design and furniture. The electrically controlled blackout curtains are also very efficient to make the room darker even during the sunny days. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel a lot and I would definitely come back again and again in the near future

Location: The hotel is conveniently located 3 mins walk from Central Street, making it easy to explore the heart of Harbin. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, note that the road is one-way, which can result in a longer taxi ride. Room: My room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the complimentary fruit, milk, and mini souvenirs provided upon arrival. Service: The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, even in the middle of the night. I am very grateful for their help, especially at 3 AM.
