Bella hotel e vicino a tutto! Il personale è molto attento e prende cura di noi. La signorina Air ci ha aiutato molto bene durante il colazione. Il signor Max e il signor Neil alla ricezione ci hanno aiutato molto con le direzioni e le comunicazioni con i conducenti di taxi. Il personale qui non parla bene inglese, ma hanno il modo di comunicare bene con noi, dove vediamo molto utile e apprezzato. Se visitamo Harbin di nuovo, rimarremo certamente qui di nuovo! Hotel carino, personale carino, buona posizione, fantastico colazione e prezzo ragionevole.

Lizzy is very nice hotel, their services are top notch. Ms 张岩 front desk and the concierge manager are very friendly and helpful to fulfill all your requests and more than required. Thanks to both of them who made my stay memorable. Best hotel and services in all my China stays. Will definitely come back when in Harbin. High tea and breakfast are delicious.

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided. Indoor swimming pool temperature was enough to swim, hotel staff was all kind and sorted out everything quickly. We even could enjoyed the Lion Dance at the hotel lobby on the first day of ***** New Year. 交通：Hotel is just next to Wanda Mall so we could go LaoChangChunBing branch and big supermaket easily. 卫生：Pleasant stay except for some smoking smell.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Hotel was fine, biggest problem was the heating. Much too hot and no aircon to keep temperatures reasonable.I woke up to 30 degrees inside the room. They came to open the windows and gave me many bottles of water.

這次選擇的齊齊哈爾湖濱飯店還是很不錯的。聽前台説在今年從開業之前這裏停業了20年，然後前年開始裝修今年營業。整體設計有些復古但不缺乏時尚，我選擇的是套房，房間設計也算時尚合理。但是第二天我們出遊回來都晚上十一點，一打開房間竟然沒打掃衞生。我感覺檢查是否誤按了請勿打擾的燈，可是一看沒有亮。然後就是早餐7-9就結束，對於旅遊來説不太友好。早餐都是單買的，結果都沒吃。

到五大連池遊玩，住温都水城國際酒店。酒店位於五大連池市，門囗有很大的停車場，出行很方便。酒店房間很大，空間很寬敞，雖然設施有些陳舊，但乾淨衞生，很好使用。前台服務很好，熱情周到，還送了水果，不錯。缺點是早餐品種少且味道一般。
