Hotel a 5 stelle in Prefettura di Yamanashi, Giappone

La cena è di alta qualità, la colazione offre un'ampia scelta e sono disponibili 5-6 distributori automatici per gli ospiti durante la notte. Le terme sono comode, con due ampie vasche: quella al primo piano dispone di una zona interna ed esterna, mentre l'altra, al quinto piano, offre una vista sul Monte Fuji. L'hotel mette a disposizione yukata di diverse taglie, ideali anche per i bambini più piccoli. Purtroppo, il Monte Fuji era coperto dalle nuvole; altrimenti, credo che sarebbe stato uno spettacolo meraviglioso da ammirare dalla camera!

My mother and I stayed at The Toki for three nights in mid-April, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything about the property felt thoughtful and comfortable. The hotel is about a kilometre from the station area, and they make this commute effortless with a shuttle service running multiple times an hour between the station and the reception. Since the villas are set on a steep slope, they also shuttle guests up and down between the reception and the villas, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated. When we checked in, they had a Mount Fuji-shaped chiffon cake waiting for us in the dining area. It was delicious! One of the things we loved most was the breakfast service. Each morning, breakfast was delivered directly to our doorstep; at check-in, we were simply asked to choose our meal from the menu and select a delivery time. Great way to start the day. They also offer daily housekeeping, and if you choose to skip it on any day, they give you coupons to use at the little shop near reception, which stocks food ike cup noodles, cakes, chips, nuts etc., and fun souvenirs as well. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful, and their excellent English made everything especially easy for us. The villa itself was outstanding. Ours had completely unobstructed views of Mount Fuji from every window on both the floors, including the bathroom, which was amazing. Waking up to those views each day was unforgettable. The sunny, clear days were a huge bonus. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was even barbecue equipment for the large terrace. The villa was impeccably clean and equipped with every amenity we could possibly have needed. We had a truly fantastic stay at The Toki, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay in Kawaguchiko.

We spent our anniversary with my girlfriend in Kaneyamaen, and our experience was above and beyond. Starting with the shuttle option provided by the hotel from Mishima station, which also took us to Oshino hakkai, what a gorgeous place, before ending up at the hotel. We were really satisfied of our driver who shared facts about Yamanashi prefecture and Fuji. Our check-in process was also a really nice experience. From the moment we arrived we felt the hospitality of the hotel service crew. They escorted us to our room and helped with our luggage. Staying at a Sanri-Comfort Western Room, we had access to 2 lounges, where in one of them we had access to many kind of amazing wine from Yamanashi, among other tasty snacks. We choose our yukata and headed for matcha tasting. This is located in another part of the building which also gives us a peak at the wonderful garden. The matcha and snack we received helped us settle in with the calm garden view. Then came dinner. My god, the dinner was above and beyond. Neither of us had an 8 course dinner before with such a perfect service and absolutely amazing food. Hats of to the restaurant and service crew. Truly impressed. We decided to walk of the calories in the hotels beautiful garden at night. The illumination creates a really romantic experience. After this, we attended the Taiko drum show, which is organized by the hotel crew. First time for me and I can say it definitely made our experience even more special. Fantastic work. Then the star of the show. The open-air bath on the balcony. The sight of Mt. Fuji early morning from the bath, was a magical experience which we'll never forget. The buffet breakfast provides a great selection of food and drinks, rest assured we left very pleased. All in all, this was an extraordinary stay for us. Nothing but max points. Wish we'll have the chance to visit again.

Un soggiorno davvero memorabile all'Ubuya Hotel 🌸 Ho adorato il mio soggiorno all'Ubuya Hotel. Sebbene l'hotel non abbia risposto a tutte le mie email di richiesta, ha soddisfatto quasi tutte le mie esigenze, superando le aspettative in molti modi. Vista sul Monte Fuji: mozzafiato! La camera offriva una vista completa e senza ostacoli sul Monte Fuji, davvero impressionante. Le ampie finestre erano immacolate, il che rendeva il panorama ancora più magnifico. La camera stessa era molto pulita, confortevole e ben tenuta, esattamente ciò che ci si aspetterebbe da un ryokan di lusso con onsen. Strutture e Onsen: eccellenti L'onsen pubblico era fantastico e ha contribuito notevolmente al relax. Le strutture in generale erano pulite, ben attrezzate e curate nei minimi dettagli. Cena con Wagyu A5: semplicemente eccezionale Ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata la cena completa con Shabu-Shabu di Wagyu A5. È stato un vero e proprio viaggio culinario: dagli antipasti, al sashimi, alle generose porzioni di Wagyu di prima qualità, fino al dessert e alla frutta fresca. Quantità e qualità erano eccellenti. Ogni piatto era presentato in modo impeccabile. Sorpresa di compleanno: davvero commovente Lo staff mi ha sorpreso con una deliziosa festa di compleanno, incluso un regalo speciale da parte dell'hotel. La mattina successiva, mi hanno persino consegnato una foto della festa con un messaggio scritto a mano: un gesto davvero caloroso e personale. Ha significato moltissimo per me. Colazione: deliziosa con vista La colazione è stata servita in un luogo panoramico con un'altra incredibile vista sul Monte Fuji. C'era un'ampia selezione di piatti giapponesi e occidentali, freschi, gustosi e presentati con cura. Considerazioni finali L'Ubuya Hotel mi ha regalato un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile ed emozionante. Dalle viste maestose, ai pasti deliziosi, al rilassante onsen, fino al servizio impeccabile, ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierei a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno autentico e speciale vicino al Monte Fuji.

È stato un soggiorno perfetto a Bessho Sasa mia famiglia e ho apprezzato il servizio eccellente che il personale ha fornito alla mia famiglia (ho viaggiato con la mia vecchia madre 88-year, quindi abbiamo avuto un sacco di necessità) con. Ho lasciato alcuni oggetti nella stanza e immediatamente mi avevano mandato a Tokyo. I pranzi ogni notte erano molto ben preparati, ogni giorno erano divertenti con tante attività. Il taiko spettacolo è stato fatto così professionalemente che mi sorprende che i tamburi fossero tutti i membri del personale del resort!! Mi piacerebbe rivisitare il resort un giorno.

La Vista Fujikawaguchiko's location is very good, we have a full view of Fuji Mountain in the balcony. We can wake up at bed n see Mt. Fuji. The room for 4 persons is big enough. Overall amenities are sufficient n considerate. Staff are friendly. Hope can stay longer to enjoy the spa n onsen facilities next time. For the dinner, we tried both French n Japanese styles. Its food quality is standard, not outstaning. Service is good, but may be some are training staff, not familiar n drop soiled dishes sound happened. But the room view, lobby view n hotel surrounding area are so beautiful with mountain Fuji, recommended to visit this hotel.

Una cosa che è meglio - la vista del Monte Fuji quando il tempo è buono. Sembrava proprio davanti a voi. Non importa dalla stanza o dal ristorante del quarto piano dove abbiamo avuto il colazione o anche il tetto aperto. Le camere erano pulite, le camere di classe alta sono state dotate di servizi in camera, un buon colazione a buffet con vista scenica vista sul Monte Fuji e le persone erano amichevole e utile. Ci sono stati così tanti che potevi fare mentre stavi a questo hotel. Se vuoi godere del bellissimo Monte Fuji con una birra di caffè nella tua stanza, o ottenere un prezzo scontato + entrata precoce al parco di divertimento proprio accanto all'hotel, o godere la piscina calda di onsen accanto all'hotel. Ci mandano anche al top della torre Fujiyama complimentary e là avrete una vista stupenda sul monte Fuji e il parco di divertimento, più si può salutare i cavalieri del re della costa quando passa. Molto raccomandato!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Yatsugatake as a family traveling with a baby. The hotel is surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the mountains, which immediately creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for families who want to slow down and breathe. The hotel is very family-friendly. Traveling with a baby can be stressful, but the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everyone was kind, patient, and attentive, which really made a difference for us as parents. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with enough space to comfortably stay with a baby. We especially appreciated the peaceful environment at night, which allowed our baby (and us!) to rest well. The facilities were also well suited for families. The common areas are easy to navigate with a stroller, and the overall layout of the hotel feels relaxed and not overwhelming. The natural surroundings add a special charm and make the stay feel refreshing and rejuvenating. Overall, Grand Mercure Yatsugatake is an excellent choice for families with babies who are looking for comfort, tranquility, and good service in a beautiful natural setting. We would definitely consider coming back and recommend it to other families traveling with young children.

Il servizio di questo vecchio hotel è davvero straordinario. Il personale spingerà i tuoi bagagli per te. Al momento del check-in, il personale spingerà già i tuoi bagagli nella tua camera. Il Monte Fuji è stato fotografato dal ponte di osservazione dell'hotel. Era una giornata soleggiata ”Negli ultimi giorni ho potuto vedere abbastanza del Monte Fuji. Ho prenotato una sorgente termale privata. La sorgente termale con vista sul lago è più costosa di quella con vista sul Monte Fuji. La colazione e la cena in hotel sono a buffet e sono davvero deliziose . Devo fare diversi giri per cena. La bistecca è deliziosa. Ho aggiunto questo ristorante ai preferiti. Sfortunatamente, questa volta l'ho prenotato solo per una notte.

La stanza è bella.Ma era più impressionante quando ci fermavamo a questo ryokan 5-6 anni fa. In qualche modo ci sentivamo come il loro servizio cadesse significativamente. Tutto è più rigoroso  per esempio, il tempo di pulizia giornaliera è 11.00 - 11.30 solo e non può essere rinviato. Il tempo di check out è 11.00  e poi decideremo di raffreddare un po' al lobby prima di partire (intorno 11.20 ) ci hanno gentilmente chiesto di andarsene dicendoci che puliranno il lobby.  Che penso sia  c'è proprio il diritto di farlo, ma si sente davvero in alto - non rilassati affatto - e non così impressionante come gli altri ryokan che abbiamo soggiornato.
