Hotel a 3 stelle in Essex, Regno Unito

Just a few points of feedback: I paid for breakfast up front - which was meant to be open from 7am. However, what really happened was that breakfast (prepared by the Receptionist - who was very helpful) started to be prepared from 7am-ish. Coffee, microwave toastie, juice etc duly handed over in a paper bag (I was not the only one waiting) - but this was not ready 'till ~7.20am. Makes a difference if you need to eat and get on your way. Also, £2.50 for the car-park - why? It's not the money - just the impression given. The restaurant is Indian cooking - which I enjoyed. Waiter was pleasant and efficient. Room was basic. Clean but a few cobwebs in the cupboards. No AC.

Il check-in è stato semplice e l'addetto è stato gentilissimo. La camera era perfetta, avevo richiesto una vista sulla pista e quella era sicuramente la scelta giusta. La colazione offriva un'ampia scelta: insalata fredda, prosciutto e formaggio, uova strapazzate calde, pancetta, salsicce (standard e vegetariane), patate fritte, fagioli, cereali, semi, yogurt, un paio di danesi e poi c'era la possibilità di preparare i waffle in casa (proprio come negli Stati Uniti).

Molto sorpreso da questo hotel come il mio partner aveva soggiornato qui qualche anno fa e non era stato pressato... ma questa volta, da iniziare a finire, un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La signora alla ricezione (la serata del 10 aprile) era un piacere assoluto. Così utile e così amichevole. Avevamo due cani con noi e ci disse tutte le aree dove i cani potevano andare e che potevano anche fare colazione con noi se sedessimo in un posto. Non è spesso trattata come quella quando hai cani... più considerata come un ostacolo. La stanza era molto pulita e luminosa. Pizzica un po' dura ma quella è abbassata a preferenza. La doccia era grande, molto potente con shampoo, condizionatore e mostra gel complimentary! La colazione era fantastica. Molta scelta e buona qualità. In tutto, un buon soggiorno.

The 4sisters Inn (not advertised as this on arrival) is located offside a road and it is likened to a U.S motel style layout. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to our room. The room was described as a superior twin with garden view. The room was large and had 2 beds which were bigger than a standard size singles. There is a kettle with cups and drinking glasses, tea & coffee sachets, milk. Flat screen tv on wall. There is a wall fan and a wall heater, also 2 hairdryers. A small closed room with coat hangers in for coats. The so called garden view was just a bit of land with trees overgrown area which was littered with glass bottles & rubbish. There was a wetroom/toilet. The decor had 1 wall with brown/ cream tiles and 3 walls with grey/silver plastic tongue & groove it was odd and was very mismatched. There were no hooks or rail to hang towels/ clothes in the room. The water drainage grate was broken. 2 bath towels and hand towels were provided. We booked this place as it was a convenient location to east 15 drama school, there isn't much around the area. There is a Miller & Carter restaurant 2 mins away and onside a small animal visitor centre and an MMA boxing club. On reflection this place needs a complete decor renovation and a deep clean but it was comfortable and was OK for the price.

Location comodissima, in quanto collegata da navetta all'aeroporto, con intervallo di ogni mezz'ora 24/24, 7 giorni su 7! Oltretutto senza saperlo, abbiamo noleggiato l'auto con Drivalia che si trova a fianco dell'Hotel. È stato tatticissimo! La camera confortevole dotata di set x la colazione : bollitore tazze e biscottini. Presenti in camera asse e ferro da stiro, oltre set detergenti. Consiglio come appoggio per arrivi tardi o partenze presto (come la nostra, volo alle 6 chiamata in apt alle4).

In generale, ho avuto un soggiorno decente.La stanza stessa era bella e si sentiva molto sicura, scrivere un codice sicuro per entrare nell’edificio, seguito da una sola chiave per accedere alla vostra stanza, che ha dato grande pace. Un enorme kudos per la squadra che mi ha lasciato immagazzinare il mio bagaglio dopo l'uscita fino alle 3:00. Era molto caldo durante il mio soggiorno e non c'era un fan nella stanza all'inizio, ma il personale riusciva a trovarmi uno il secondo giorno, che apprezzo davvero. Le finestre della mia stanza erano rotte, quindi dovevo lasciarle aperte, ma non era troppo grande per me; la stanza era ben completa e con un sacco di tessuto, più tè e caffè (anche se non ho finito con quelle). La mia critica principale è che il doccia è un po' sporco, e si può vedere un po' di mold/fungo-up sulla testa del doccia.

The room was good, nice comfortable bed. However the breakfast options weren't to my needs, I called beforehand too to confirm that they could do so. There was 2 pieces of fruit, a pear and an apple, both of which were clearly not fresh. I ended up just wanting some eggs, qnd asked for 6 boiled eggs with a runny yolk; as you can see from the images they were overcooked. The eggs were also given to me hot, so I struggled to peel them/had to wait for the shell to cool down. To add to this, from my experience it only takes 5-6 minutes to boil some eggs, it took them 30 min to get this to me and still managed to get it wrong. Lastly, they didn't have any fresh coffee. All I wanted was an espresso, they could only provide tea bag coffee. Quite poor to be honest. Based on this, I'd like to ask for a refund/compensation on this experience.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in partenza il giorno successivo dall'aeroporto di Stansted. Molto confortevole, con tutti i comfort. Ottimo prezzo e adoro la colazione gratuita inclusa. Il collegamento X20 HOURLY Bud è facilissimo da prendere per Stansted, alla fermata dell'autobus vicina. Il viaggio dura circa 20-30 minuti. Ho colto un sacco di more dolci e succose lungo la strada per l'hotel.

Following the Trip.com's recommendation of contacting the hotel before arrival the OYO number wasn't helpful as they claimed I needed to pay more for the trip and the Trip.com booking reference number was invalid. I managed to get the direct telephone number to the hotel and the lady was helpful. We got to the hotel early but the rooms weren't ready, so we were able to leave our luggage. We were late allocated room 22. The room is big but could do with TLC. No tables or chairs to sit at. Bathroom clean but the shower made funny noises when turning on like it was a helicopter taking off. TV didn't receive any channels but WiFi was good. Staff were really helpful as we didn't have enough towels and they were apologetic, they even lent us a hairdryer upon request. It's a cheap stay so can't really ask for much.

Friendly helpful staff, large rooms, beautiful decor, amazing value for money
