C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~

Golden Tulip Holland Resort is highly recommended to visit. The rooms are clean, the food has a wide variety, and the staff is very friendly. I recently spent my New Year's celebration at the Marriott Surabaya, and let me tell you, the first impression was like discovering a ”classic vinyl record”—a bit outdated yet full of charm! The decor leans towards the older side, but I was prepared for this vibe thanks to various reviews I had read. After settling in, I grew to love the cozy atmosphere—like wrapping myself in a warm blanket. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering more space than many newer hotels, making it feel like my own little oasis! The bathroom was also gleaming and roomy enough for an impromptu dance party, should the mood strike! Now, let’s dive into the breakfast experience at Pavilion. The cage-like design of the venue adds a unique touch, inviting plenty of sunlight—perfect for brightening up your morning. The buffet offered a wide array of dishes to satisfy international travelers' palates, making each breakfast an exciting adventure. The selection of Indonesian cuisines and desserts was particularly impressive. But what truly set Pavilion apart was the staff. They were superb and went above and beyond, taking the time to cater to us personally. They even recommended and brought out some local dishes—insider choices that added an authentic touch to our dining experience. In my past hotel breakfasts, the staff often just fulfilled their duties, but here, it felt more like breakfast with friends. That warmth and attentiveness made all the difference! And don’t miss out on the local flavors of ice cream! I can’t name the flavors since they’re all in local dialects, but they were heavenly and a fun challenge to try! For lunch and dinner, I found myself opting for room service several times because resisting their tempting menu was like ignoring a catchy tune stuck in your head. Each meal surpassed my expectations—purely irresistible! Another delightful surprise was the complimentary laundry service offered daily, which saved me after my waterfall adventure left me looking like a mud monster. And post-overnight trip to Bromo? I was practically a walking dust bunny! As I like to say, ”It's the little things that count,” and this thoughtful touch truly made a difference. Lastly, the hotel's location is fantastic! Just a short stroll away lies the biggest shopping mall—truly a haven for foodies and shoppers alike. Overall, my stay at the Marriott Surabaya was delightful, and I left with wonderful memories—definitely a place I’d recommend for a cozy yet vibrant experience!

The Hotel have not been up grade since took over from HYATT. The table lamp is not working, chairs are dirty and upholstery are stained. TV is small and limited programs. Corridor carpet is dirty and the lamp shape is chipped. We love the Breakfast - wide selection , great food and serve in outdoor garden setting. 

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

valutato eccellente posizione servizio servizi pulizia ma pulizia da tenere d'occhio sulla quantità di articoli da toeletta come shampoo, balsamo e lozione - ha 2 set invece di 1 per coppia e contenuto completo piuttosto porzione. Istruzioni da visualizzare dove è nascosto il pannello luminoso.

Il personale del club horizontale era eccellente, in particolare Sania era sempre pronta a salutarci con un sorriso e un aiuto con le nostre domande. La colazione è stata varie e piacevole e l'hotel dispone di ampie strutture. La piscina non era occupata e i nostri figli ne godevano davvero. Come hanno osservato altri, l'hotel è data in luoghi, ma il personale lavora duro per mantenerlo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con uno dei piatti nella nostra stanza che era marrone per la colorazione, non era ideale, abbiamo chiesto un sostituzione ma il servizio in camera ha posto 2 piatti in luogo.

The hotel was very clean and public areas were immaculately presented. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Rendra and Maskur were great at assisting with arranging excursions and any queries. The breakfast did not quite reach the levels of other hotels of this quality and the location was a little out of town, but overall a very good stay!

Great location for foodies. Hotel is linked to very huge shopping mall with plethora of restaurants and cafes serving myriad of good food at very reasonable prices. Also lots of shops selling wide variety of items
