This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

La migliore posizione per visitare la vecchia città. Delizioso colazione e una vista meravigliosa dalla piscina. Molto consigliere camere con vista sul mare. Il letto è comodo e le camere sono abbastanza grandi. Si consiglia anche di chiedere una camera di livello più alto, la vista è impressionante quando si sveglia la mattina.

La posizione è grande, le attrezzature buone, la vista molto bella dal ristorante e dalla piscina, il buon servizio, il buon colazione, il personale è bello. L'hotel è un po' troppo costoso per la dimensione, il comfort e la vista della stanza. Bevande e pasti sono anche costosi. I prezzi sono indebitamente elevati in tutta la città.

Dopo aver soggiornato per un'altra notte e aver cambiato camera, è stato comunque buono. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, ma è adatta solo a chi guida da solo. Qui è a pochi chilometri dal molo del mare , e gli affitti si possono chiamare solo in albergo, ma in albergo ci sono camere con colazione e cena incluse, e i piatti sono molto ricchi Non devi preoccuparti di mangiare quando torni dal mare.

Non lontano dai punti di attrazione del gioco di diritto della vecchia città, la strada può essere raggiunta, è più conveniente.La stanza è pulita e igienica, e l'acqua è consegnata. L'unica cosa che deve essere notata è che ricordate il numero della stanza, altrimenti, guardate la carta, è facile riconoscere che è sbagliato. La ricetta prepara una serie di colazione conveniente per ogni ospite per portare la colazione all'aeroporto.Le strutture dell'hotel sono anche molto nuove, il bagno è luminoso e spazioso, e il bagno è anche molto buono. L'unica carenza di bellezza è che ci saranno molti piccoli ghiacci nella stanza 🐜 fuori...Quando vedi il ghiacciato che si attacca davanti ai tuoi occhi, un po'di infortunio e un po'difficile. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è super. Pochi punti di attrazione per la vecchia città possono arrivare per pochi minuti a piedi. La strada di Wuan è anche molto conveniente per la notte nel centro della vecchia città. Nella posizione geografica così buona, la prossima volta andrò a prenotare l'hotel.

Hotel was very nice, pools rooms are fantastic, has a great view. Altough gym was not good they have only smith machine no other equipments, its hardly called a gym and the hotel restaurant is overpriced so we ate another restaurant in the solin which is nice. Other than that hotel was super nice, stuff is very kind and welcoming. we have a pleasant stay.

Wonderful experience in Hvar and @ the Moeesy, B&G. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing. Friendly, attentive, responsive. Location (IMO) is perfect. Outside of town ( so quiet and relaxing) but easily walkable multiple times a day for lunch/dinner or other activities. A real treat to stay here while on Hvar. And do yourself a favor and go to Stari Grad…

This is definitely the highlight of our trip to Croatia. Everything has been absolutely wonderful here. Amazing people, view, food, facilities... They've got a heated swimming pool outside though I didn't get a chance to try. If we had the chance we would have stayed longer.

Останавливались в отеле на Новогодние праздники. С 30 декабря до 02 января 2025. Видимо из-за этого номер был реально плохо убран, на фото видны и пятна на полу, на столе от кофе, мусор в ящиках. Вообще отель очень «уставший», явно было что то выломано, еле живые смесители. В общем никак на 5 звёзд не тянет. Но! Завтрак 01 января был отличный. Даже с шампанским. И СПА в отеле хорошее. Персонал хороший, вежливый.
