Hotel a 5 stelle in Distretto di Famagosta, Cipro

Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

Avevo grandi aspettative da questo hotel e, onestamente, ero un po' deluso. Abbiamo solo un colazione, ma il cibo non era diverso, ogni mattina le stesse cose, molto poca selezione di frutta. Ho soggiornato in un hotel a 4 stelle prima di questo e il cibo era molto meglio e molto frutta. Divertimento molto povero, anche mini disco per bambini un grande disappunto, la selezione musicale molto sgustosa per bambini (club music). La pulizia della stanza durante il giorno era molto breve (non quello che si aspetta da un hotel 5 stelle). Non molto spazio per asciugare i vestiti e le tovalette sul balcone. Le cose che mi piacevano in questo hotel sono la progettazione della stanza e la zona della piscina. Anche il fatto che siamo stati così vicini alla spiaggia di Nisi.

Ovviamente, l'hotel non è nuovo, ma ci sono molti vantaggi per ogni minus (e non molti) ci sono. Il territorio è pensato così, nonostante il numero elevato di ospiti, nessuno è difficile interferire tra loro. Tutte le camere del palazzo principale con vista sul mare, ma la metà di loro andavano anche all'azienda, in uno di questi al terzo piano, vivevamo. Era rumoroso dalle tubature che vi erano. Il balcone doveva essere usato solo per la secchezza dei vestiti. Anche se le conoscenze che vivevano più lontano da noi sul corridoio 5-room hanno detto che erano tranquilli. Ma ci sono molti luoghi con belle viste. E grazie alla presenza di un pierre e la posizione delle piscine, è possibile risalire al sole fino al sorgere del sole. La camera è una camera sicura, il minibar è incluso. Il personale è molto, la zona è pulita. L'animazione è buona, tutto il giorno può essere fatto se vuoi. La cena è diversa, deliziosa, le bevande sono di qualità, il marchio è incluso. I gelati, cocktail di latte, noci, ecc .... frigoriferi con acqua e Iran sono convenientemente situati in tutto il territorio. Tutte incluse possono essere usate fino alla sera del giorno di partenza, anche il giorno di arrivo indossare un braccialetto immediatamente prima del soggiorno.Il taxi che può essere ordinato all'hotel a Erjan Airport vale 2800 lire, è costoso. Andando per 2000 lire, i locali hanno ordinato un taxi. In generale, una grande opzione per il riposo familiare per un denaro ragionevole.

L'hotel è molto bello. Il personale è gentile. Le camere sono moderne ma non molto spaziose. La piscina è fantastica. La colazione è fenomenale. Tuttavia, nonostante avessimo pagato per una camera Deluxe con vista mare, ci è stata assegnata una camera Deluxe con vista laterale sul mare (che appartiene a una categoria inferiore).

Questo è il nostro terzo anno di vacanza con questo hotel.In generale siamo soddisfatti dell'alloggio e delle strutture che l'hotel offre.Le cose sono professionali e gentili.Il brunch ha una varietà di cose per tutti i gusti, Anche se le pasticce non sono la migliore qualità.La cena del ristorante principale (antaeus) è molto buona e deliziosa.Uno dei disavanzi dell'hotel sono le camere, alcune camere non sono ristrutturate in modo che questo è una cosa che può essere migliorata.Infine la cosa migliore in L'hotel è la piscina, è abbastanza grande e ci sono abbastanza letti da sole intorno alla piscina.

Hotel di lusso 5*. Ci siamo trasferiti per 2 notti e abbiamo avuto un tempo super piacevole e rilassante. Molto bellissimo design, piscina e vista su di esso è fantastico, bel balcone con sedie grandi, mi piace una finestra in una bagno che si può chiudere se vuole. Letteralmente tutto quello che volete. Ferro all'interno della stanza era molto buono più.Colazione con splendida vista e grande scelta da buffet e a-la-carr. Molto utile e rispettabile personale! Abbiamo avuto problemi con la nostra porta tardi di notte e ci hanno aiutato a risolvere la questione più volte, anche se questa è una questione molto irritante. In realtà tutto quello che abbiamo chiesto - ci hanno aiutato! Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la stanza per la più costosa e hanno anche riparato anche l'hotel è stato completamente prenotato. Il tempo era molto tranquillo all'interno della stanza e il lettore della camera da letto era bello aggiungere. L'unica cosa che non ci sorprendeva era la cena - non si sentiva bene dopo due volte, il colazione era molto meglio. L'hotel è super fresco, appena aperto, le camere sono ancora profumate come nuovi mobili. La posizione è bella! Ci ha letteralmente preso 5-7 min per arrivare alla strada dei bar e 5 min per andare alla spiaggia (vicina al bar di spiaggia di Kaliva), ha una strada diretta attraverso il parcheggio vicino al supermercato rosso, che non abbiamo visto all'inizio. Tutto è davvero progettato per due. Molti coppie, bel contingente, nessun bambino e piena rilassamento. Si consiglia di visitare per certi ❤️ e immagini sorprendenti come un plus.

Very good hotel. Friendly staff, good food, wonderful beach. Big and green territory.
