Hotel bellissimo con eccellenti servizi per tutti! La primavera calda in camera è stato certamente un bonus aggiuntivo... Colazione e buffet da pranzo sono stati uno dei migliori che abbia mai avuto questa viaggia con una vasta selezione di prodotti di qualità. Grazie per il viaggio di riposo!

L'hotel dispone di un bus navetta direttamente dalla ferrovia ad alta velocità Zuoying all'hotel (prenotare in anticipo con l'hotel). La camera ha un letto abbastanza grande, una vasca da bagno e un bagno con doccia e viene fornita con detersivo per il bagno. Accanto all'hotel c'è Kenting Street, comoda per mangiare e bere. L'hotel offre molte scelte per la colazione, il cibo è delizioso e c'è anche un distributore di acqua frizzante. In piscina non c'è nessun galleggiante, solo un salvagente. C'è un passaggio direttamente collegato alla spiaggia dall'hotel. Potete portare i vostri teli da piscina direttamente in spiaggia, il che è molto comodo. Ci sono anche ombrelloni e sdraio in spiaggia e si vendono bibite e birra. Caesar Hotel è un hotel che fa venire voglia alle persone di tornarci.

Excellent experience! The staff were quite nice and they even gave us a little gift. We enjoyed the staying very much.

Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

Il personale era molto amichevole e aveva una macchina di autocontrollo che ci permetteva di controllare in modo molto conveniente e veloce. La stanza era spaziosa e molto bello. In generale, sono soddisfatto.

The location is great. However the sound proofing isn’t the best. We requested higher floor and quieter corner. But we can clearly heard next door neighbor screaming and their kids running throughout the night. Would not recommend it again as the price we pay didn’t meet our expectation.

So why was the cleanliness and service poor. Firstly as being a weekend the price was doubled. Checked in and found the room attendants cleaning cloth in the bathroom drawer. Ok this probably was a mistake so why did the carpet need another vacuum after finding multiple crumbs! Made a complaint to the reception staff and they resent the room staff to revacuum. No compensation was offered. I won't stay here again.

Super cold Aircon with broken remote! When turning on the shower at the end of the day there will be 3 seconds of rust water, stayed two nights and happened twice. Room 612. Other than this it was okay, there's a bus stop wrong in front of the hotel to get to Taipei which is quite convenient.
