Amazing hidden gem of a hotel. Great Service, great staff, beautiful pool, private beach, massage on the beach service all at very reasonable prices. A great lobby service gal, named Dung (pronounced Dzuung…) with a smile that is so Big, she literally melted my heart. She was very helpful with all my needs. One suggestion for hotel management. Please reduce plastic waste, by eliminating daily “shampoo” and “body gel” little bottles. Please replace them with large individual, refillable dispensers. Be kind to our environment.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby shops, with a 24-hour market right behind the hotel serving excellent fresh coconut. The hotel is close to Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World, and offers a free shuttle to these attractions as well as to a private beach club. There are plenty of facilities for young children, including a swimming pool with water slides, a cinema, and a kids’ club (note: the water slide is only operational from 3 pm to 5 pm). The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, though it can get very busy and crowded. Our room was a nice size, with a balcony equipped with chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying the view of Grand World. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent” 2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox 3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office 4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then 5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge) 6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

Pros: Overall, our stay at Roma Hotel was pleasant. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a makeup mirror. As a delightful gesture, the hotel waived the extra person charge for my youngest son, who had just celebrated his 6th birthday. The location of our room was ideal, offering a fantastic view of the nighttime firecracker show. From the balcony, we could also enjoy the breathtaking sight of the deep blue sea and the Hon Thom cable car. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices, and the taste was satisfactory. Cons: Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the free cable car tickets included in our booking. I had made the reservation last year when the promotion for complimentary tickets was active, meaning we were still eligible this year. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 PM, we were informed by the receptionist that the tickets could only be redeemed before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in. This meant we couldn’t claim the tickets for the next day and had to wait until March 17th instead. Since we had already planned and booked tickets for the safari on that day, this was quite upsetting. Despite having contacted the hotel multiple times via email about this issue, the policy was never mentioned. Thankfully, Ms. Quyen, the hotel supervisor, resolved the situation by personally covering the cost of complimentary tickets for us. We were incredibly grateful for her help and deeply appreciated her efforts to make things right.

The view of the firework is worth the stay, and the location is very convenient. It’s also located in the beautiful Sunset town. This part of the island is very aesthetic and beautiful for photos and content. However, most places close around 10pm. The local area (Ao Than) next to here have some really good food and definitely worth checking out. The serviced apartment itself is okay. Check-in was long and hard to find at first as there’s no official reception. We went to Rosie Apartments office across the street and they were able to call the agents taking care of the apartment. All amenities are provided, and there’s a washer. As it’s a serviced apartment, regular cleaning is not available. It’s good for short term two day stay.

I like it here very much. Luxurious, fully equipped, has a kitchen for cooking, air conditioning is cool and comfortable, has a swimming pool and gym. Good service staff and always ready to help. The first time I went there, I was a bit confused because it was in Sunset Town, which is very beautiful and big. The beautiful buildings all looked the same. On the rooftop with a swimming pool, you can see the fireworks. You can swim with a beautiful view.

La camera è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Quando sono andato, non ho potuto usare la piscina sul lato Oasis perché era in riparazione. Anche nella stessa serie Vinpearl, è difficile usare un passeggino tra i resort, quindi dovresti sempre controllare l'orario del bus navetta prima di spostarti. Sono rimasto molto colpito dal servizio dell'hotel. Le camere sono esattamente come descritte. All'interno dell'hotel ci sono molte attività da fare. Personalmente siamo andati alla jacuzzi e alla sauna e l'abbiamo trovato molto rilassante. La camera da letto era pulita e gli addetti alla reception erano tutti gentili. Per chi vuole andare al parco divertimenti Vinwonder, acquista i biglietti in hotel e ottieni un ulteriore sconto (20%). sconto). Linea Cibo personale, penso che potrebbe esserci più varietà. 1. La stanza sembra le foto pubblicizzate.Lo spazio sotto e nel quadro della porta quando si chiude la porta era molto grande, che era molto importante per i bug per entrare nella stanza. 2. Mi piace davvero l'aggiunta del bagno e che vi forniscono sali da bagno.Il doccia è bello e così sono il doccia fornito, gel shampoo e condizionatore. 3. Abbiamo chiuso sul balcone la prima notte perché la chiusura della porta era davvero libera e quando si chiuse la porta, era chiusa dall'interno. Eravamo fuori per un'ora gridando per aiuto, e non c'era nessuna sicurezza o personale sul terreno. Il nostro vicino ci ascoltava e ci chiamava il desk, e finalmente entrarono nella stanza e aprirono la porta, e il giorno dopo cambiarono le chiavi, ma lo stesso valeva. 4. Il desk front ha chiamato la nostra stanza al 6AM il nostro ultimo giorno, per la macchina dell'aeroporto quando avevamo dichiarato (e avevano scritto ) che volevamo la macchina per 6PM. Il colazione era incredibilmente sottomarino.La metà delle cose sembrava vecchia e non molto adatta per il colazione. 6.In generale, non è stato il peggiore soggiorno a Phu quoc.. ma dubito molto che sarei rimasto.Ci sono troppe questioni prevenibili
