The Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Service was good. The TVs don’t have much to watch, just 7 channels and not smart.

Two weeks ago, I began my trip with a few days at the Holiday Inn, and I am now concluding it here. The staff remembered me, and just like before, I was greeted with warm, smiling faces from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The service is consistently excellent, making every stay a pleasant experience. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for great hospitality and service.

Relatively middle-priced hotel in dar, room is large with large bed and separate toilet and shower. Staff are nice. First day of arrival the air conditioner was not working and they immediately asked someone to fix. And the restaurant was good in my expectation, it closes at 11pm and I can still order food at 1030pm. The only improvement is that the WiFi is poor, almost no connection in my room.

CBD is centrally located in the heart of the city center so close to most services and public transport. The hotel’s services and staff were also very commendable: kind and friendly stuff all the way from reception to every single service. Some of my new friends there include Faith and IDDI.

Les hôtesses d'accueil sont très réceptives tout comme le reste du personnel. La chambre était excellente et la propreté était super. Désormais ça sera mon hôtel à chaque fois que je serai à Daressalam.

The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future.

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the stay. Beautiful views from the hotel. some of the things in the room could do with updating and I only say that to make this an excellent hotel.
