Le camere sono piccole, pochi spazi, moderno, bagno piacevole, ma si vive dal bagno perché c'è poco spazio. Questo ci ha davvero disturbato. Nessun minibar, nessuna possibilità di raffreddare. Per questo bar nella CE. Aria condizionata, parcheggio 12 € pT attuale. Una buona colazione, anche vegan e bio. Molto sostenibile con pochi rifiuti.

La stanza è pulita e igienica, centinaia di metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Hannover, il trasporto è molto conveniente. Siamo in questo hotel che soggiorniamo durante la mostra. È più difficile arrivare alla stanza, il prezzo è anche molto costoso, ma vale la pena.

4 Sterne? Nicht mal ansatzweise: Klimaanlage macht sich selbstständig, Safe funktioniert nicht. Die sehr laute Lüftung im Bad, das nur eine glasschiebetüre hat, läuft ständig (ja, das Licht war ausgeschaltet). Sehr lahmes Rezeptionspersonal. In den Fluren und im Treppenhaus riecht es äußerst unangenehm und muffig. Minibar gibt es nicht, die Dame an der Bar kann aber offensichtlich weder ihren Job noch die Gäste leiden. Sie ist sehr unfreundlich und fühlt sich gestört, wenn man nach 22 Uhr noch die Bar besucht. In den Zimmern teilweise ekliger alter Teppich. Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Ausblick aufs Parkhaus. Fenster können nur gekippt werden. Vorhänge schließen schlecht. Einziger Pluspunkt: schön heißes Wasser und ein guter Duschkopf mit kräftigem Strahl im Bad. Frühstück okay, aber nicht auf 4 Sterne Niveau. Eher Pensionslike.

Il mio volo è stato cancellato perché la neve KLM ha prenotato tutti in questo hotel. Quando arrivarono le due signore alla reception erano molto brevi e hanno dato via cattive vibrazioni, non il miglior cominciamento. La stanza era enorme e ben attrezzata, vergogna che non mi fermo qui per piacere. Ho controllato all'aeroporto 04.45 per trovare il mio volo 06.00 è stato cancellato fino a 10.25. Tornavo all'hotel sperando di poter tornare nella mia stanza per 3 ore di riposo, il signore sul desk era una stella assoluta, nessun problema di tornare nella mia stanza, le signore in ricezione potevano fare con qualche formazione di servizio clienti da questo ragazzo. We went for a 50 year bday...what a mistake..we had been 2 x and I especially chose this hotel on the way to Denmark because i knew it..arrived in hotel late...got a room on 1 st floor no airco and fridge not working. Called reception. Answer: our technical team hasn't reported anything.. airco working fine...my answer : but I am telling u it doesn't work...1 collegue came to say come to reception and chg room this colleague very friendly. second person saying ur room is fine....we go down and got the most unfriendly and rude receptionist I have ever met. I have worked in several hotels as a receptionist so I know really well what this work is all about..but this guy...I reserved this hotel making a detour on our route to Denmark but had I known I would never have done this I paid for a superior room..no airco no fridge..was transferred with rolling eyes and shaking head into room with huge lump of hair on floor dirty bathroom glass and had to go back to rude receptionist to get bed done for my child who had just had operation and wasn't feeling well..we have been staying in a lot of Novotel hotels..london paddington Hammersmith hannover brussels...but this leaves a very bad experience and I am so sad I chose this hotel for such a special occasion.

Siamo arrivati all'hotel Agoda ”Centro Hotel Celler Tor” di Braunschweig in Germania il 7 marzo alle 23:00, alla frontiera Yagodin (Ucraina / Polonia) con mia moglie e mio gender in 2 auto venivamo imbarcati dalla mia famiglia Ukrainian fuggite dalla guerra in Ucraina (Babouchka di 80 anni, un bambino di 3 mesi, 2 bambini e 3 madri). Il receptionista ci ha accolto con il sorriso di circostanza, ci ha offerto 3 camere 3 posti per 256€. Per la stessa scelta sul sito web dell'hotel, la tariffa era di 216€. Il destinatario ci ha consigliato di prenotare online. Cosa è fatto con pagamento online. Tutto era ok. E' proprio ora di darci le chiavi delle camere che ci chiede un certificato di vaccinazione. Gli spiego che i francesi hanno un passaporto vaccinale sul loro telefono, ma che la mia famiglia ucraina non sarà in grado di presentarlo al momento della presa di partenza. Questo signore, apparentemente poco informato della drammatica situazione in Ucraina, ha solo rispettato il regolamento della catena hoteliera tedesca, ci ha chiarito in modo categorico di andare. Nessun umanista, un bambino di 3 mesi e una nonna di 80 anni, lo hanno lasciato completamente inquietante. Dopo molta pressione, ci siamo trovati in strada, poi su un'area di autostrada per ”dormire” a 10 in 2 auto. Forse è un caso isolato ... tuttavia, in piena crisi ucraina, Inoltre, l'esaustione, questo evento ha avuto un gusto molto amargo. Ho postato un annuncio identico sul sito web di questa catena hotel ... annuncio che non apparirà ... e da allora non posso postarlo su questo sito. Una notte in macchina per una Babouchka, un bambino di 3 mesi, un bambino di 2,5 anni e un altro di 6 anni, a una temperatura di -1°, per 216€, nessun rimborso possibile!... È l'ospitalità di Agoda .... a Braunschweig in Germania! Fuggite !!!!!

We wanted to stay just out of the hustle of the city and this hotel fitted that bill. It’s located in a good area with plenty of eating options nearby and is really close to the tram, u bahn and bus stop for getting around. Everywhere in the hotel is exceptionally clean with good size rooms. We were there 3 nights and were given the opportunity to decline the maid service which we did and were given two vouchers for a free soft drink. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and this set us up for the day. Really pleasant staff in the restaurant as well as throughout the hotel. The only disappointment was the bar was closed when we wanted a drink on a Sunday evening at 9.30pm.

I was originally a little hesitant about this hotel after reading various reviews, however from my experience and for the price we paid we were very pleased with this hotel. PROS - Location is great and very close to the main Hanover central train station. It is also right next to a huge supermarket that is open almost 24hrs and has everything you would want from a supermarket. We had a family room and it was spacious for the 4 of us. There was a good size table, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which we actually liked and the bathroom was large with a big shower and bath tub. Good price for the 3 nights we stayed and when we arrived the kids got a little animal toy, which was just a nice touch. CONS – The room got quite warm and the A/C did not appear to be working. So to cool the room we had to open the windows and because of this it could be quite noise at night; especially as the hotel is next to the main train station, a bus terminal and a huge supermarket. There was no on site restaurant and it would have been nice to have that option, but they did have a breakfast offering.

Hotel bello, Deco con riferimento alla macchina. Molto gentile ricevimento, GIORNO: Ci sono stati limoni o acqua arancione da donatori nella zona di entrata. L'intero hotel è pulito e pulito. Vom Zimmer hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Es ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr geräumig und absolut sauber. Allerdings frage ich mich, warum es kein ”helles” Licht gibt. Die Lampen im Zimmer werfen nur dunkles indirektes Licht. Es war nicht möglich das Zimmer hell zu erleuchten. Das schlug ganz schön aufs Gemüt. Der Schalter zwischen Nachttischlampe und Leselampe war defekt, also gar nicht vorhanden, nur das Innenleben war sichtbar, was ich für gefährlich halte. Zwar wirbt das Leonardo mit schallisolierten Fenstern. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied zu normal verglasten Fenstern feststellen und es war unglaublich laut in der Nacht. Hinzu kam noch die Hellhörigkeit, so dass wir die Fernseher, Toilettengeräusche etc. der Nachbarzimmer gut hören können. Einen Wasserkocher wie in der Zimmerbeschreibung angepriesen, gab es bei uns nicht. Nur eine Kapselmaschine stand zur Verfügung. Damit mussten wir für unseren Tee das Wasser bereiten und somit schmeckte der Tee nach Kaffee. Auch sehr schade, dass nicht auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird und tatsächlich noch Kaffeekapseln angeboten werden. Für eine Nacht, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, ist es OK. Einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Le strutture tradizionali delle camere sono molto vecchie, ma molto pulite, e forniscono un po'di sorpresa.La posizione geografica è speciale, proprio al contrario della stazione ferroviaria.L'estate può non essere senza aria fredda, l'hotel europeo non ha bisogno di alcun servizio in generale.

In alcuni hotel mi sembra molto difficile scrivere una buona/equità di valutazione. Questo è così. L'hotel non è in linea di principio male. E 'difficile per il traffico vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma in una zona autonoma, vicino a un club di strip club e circondato da veramente brutti peccati di costruzione degli anni '70 e '80. Le camere (business) sono OK, ma sono state cancellate in orribile rosso scuro e un po 'disgustoso. Bagno è arrivato negli anni. Per l'alimentazione elettrica sono in parte tre punti davanti al letto. In linea di principio tutto era pulito. Il colazione era ok, anche se c'era molto poca scelta. Ma è stato riempito rapidamente e la signora era molto gentile. In generale ok per una notte, ma in qualche modo non è saltato la radio con me.

Durante l'epidemia la colazione non è a buffet, è relativamente semplice da consegnare al tavolo dal personale di servizio

Sono stata due notti in questa casa, la ricezione era gentile, le camere al piano inferiore avevano nomi suonati come Parigi, Roma o Monaco. In quella stanza non c'era più niente da sentire. Nella foto vedete quanto è stretto tutto. Non prenotare una camera singola, è la mia raccomandazione. Un po 'saccato, la casa. Parcheggi limitati dietro la casa. Le finestre sono uscite dalle camere singole direttamente al parcheggio. La colazione è stata anche soddisfacente. Per questo ci sono i 3 punti per tutto.

Ruhige Lage direkt an einem Park zum Schloß Wolfsburg. Autostadt schnell zu erreichen. Das zum Positiven. Die negativen Punkte: Wo soll man hier anfangen. Kein Personal vor Ort, was im Angebot nicht vermerkt ist. Der Check-In an der Eingangstür per QR-Code hat nicht funktioniert. Der Code für die Schlüsselbox wurde nicht übermittelt. Zumindest ging unter der angegebenen Rufnummer sofort jemand in Hamburg ans Telefon. Schlüssel erhalten, dann erneuter Anruf, es ist der falsche Schlüssel. Den nächsten Schlüssel erhalten, hierbei handelte es sich dann um ein Einzelzimmer. Wir hatten eine Suite mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer gebucht. Wieder anrufen und erneut zum Schlüsselkasten, um 2 weitere Schlüssel abzuholen. Die gebuchte ”Suite” bestand aus 3 kleinen, einzelnen und spartanisch eingerichteten Zimmern, die auf einem Gang lagen. In diesem Gang war auch das separate Badezimmer. Das angegebene Wohnzimmer gab es nicht! Eine Frechheit so etwas als Suite zu vermieten! Leider hatten wir in der Autostadt einige Termine gebucht, so dass wir keine Zeit für Diskussionen am Telefon hatten. Auf eine spätere schriftliche Nachricht an den Betreiber über Booking, bis heute keine Reaktion. Das ganze Hotel und die Zimmer abgewohnt, muffiger Geruch. Keine Verdunkelung in den Zimmern möglich. Fensterscheiben setzen Moos an. Fliegengitter in einem Zimmer bestand nur zur Hälfte. Risse an den Deckenrändern. Feuchtigkeitsschäden. Am Morgen in einem Zimmer eine Ameisenstraße an der Wand. Es war einfach eine Frechheit und Enttäuschung zugleich. Mit welcher Berechtigung soll dieses Hotel 3 Sterne haben. Hier ist eine dringende Grundsanierung erforderlich.
