Sud Africa: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Capo Occidentale

Buon posto per avere un breve soggiorno. E 'su una collina così non è saggio camminare. Hanno abbastanza spazio di parcheggio per pochi auto. La stanza è di base, nessun microonde o frigorifero. Ha anche le scale, quindi prendete atto se non vuoi mettere il bagaglio in alto e in basso (hanno un ascensore ma non va a tutti i piani.

The room looked a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. However, in the last 2 nights of my stay, the key card somehow did not register me as a guest which resulted in me having to go down to the reception to reactivate the card which was inconvenient, especially since I had already booked these 2 nights. Please also note that the hotel takes a deposit of 200 rands per night and it should be paid in cash which was a bummer since Cape Town was the last stop in my trip and I didn't have that much cash anymore and I won't want to withdraw just for this. Unfortunately, it seems that cash is the only way to go since other payment methods will result in losses. I ended up using my credit card to pay this deposit where they charged my card instead of placing a hold. When I checked out, they asked for all my card details including CVV to process the refund. Unfortunately, a month later, I still did not receive a refund on my card. It took another month before I got the refund via bank transfer. To my horror, I received 32% less because this was charged by the hotel's bank. The hotel stated that the hotel does not bear the transfer cost and claimed that my card did not work when they attempted to refund. However, the attempt to refund to my card was never mentioned in my e-mail correspondences. In conclusion, the hotel room is generally pleasant to stay in but avoid using your card to pay the deposit to avoid the above problems.

Very affordable hotel inclusive of good breakfast. It's centrally located and easy to access the various tourist areas.The staff were courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay whilst in Capetown.

Nice hotel located in the city center near supermarket..kfc ..Mcdo and pharmacy..nice food and the staff are amazing always smiling and helpful..the only thing that was disturbing at night we could hear the noise outside from the road even of we were on the 14th floor..overall was a cery nice hotel, we were there for 5 nights and extended our stay for 4 more nights.☺️

酒店位置絕佳，出門就是海灘，遠看桌山，近看大海，景色非常壯觀，漂亮，下次來首選，也會推薦給朋友，酒店內有兩家餐廳，價格不貴，吃的非常好，早餐也很好！總體感覺非常棒

Had a great time. Id definitely come bsck here. Decent breaky spread including a salad bar, scrambled eggs or omelette. Plus cereals pastries anf fruit. Room was tidy. Had a safe. Gym was excelldnt. Staff were do lovely too. Security guys were super helpful. You take a uber everywhere pretty much so this was a great base. Although did walk to shops and few attractions.

Non c'è una presa di ricarica accanto al letto, le prese nella stanza sono limitate, non vengono forniti asciugamani grandi o gel doccia, sono disponibili prese di conversione e asciugacapelli, c'è una cucina e un frigorifero, che è comodo per preparare i pasti, e ci sono solo 3 prese di ricarica nell'area pubblica

Il servizio era buono - una signora ci ha detto che non potevamo ottenere Ubers o take-off, ma siamo riusciti a ottenere entrambi bene! La cassa di carico era alla fase 4 ma il wifi funzionava bene dalla camera da letto, anche durante i blackout. La stanza era piccola ma ha fatto il lavoro! Ottimo luogo per vedere i pinguini e godere di Simon Town...

Hotel di base ma molto costoso. Non mi aspettavo che la stanza fosse quella standard, nessun bagno, nessun bagno, servizi 3/10. Nessuna piscina, ma il sito web mostra che hanno una piscina. Per favore non restate qui. Anche il personale non lo era - Bene. Adorava il ristorante/bar al tetto, ma il loro menu è limitato.
