Hotel con parcheggio a Sharja

The front desk and facilities staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised that early check-in was accommodated without any issues, as my flight arrived ahead of schedule. The room was clean and well-equipped, offering slippers, tea/coffee, a dental kit, shaving kit, sewing kit, shoe polish, soap, and several other thoughtful amenities. I was also informed that the gym and swimming pool were available for guest use. Early check-out was conveniently arranged to align with my early morning departure. Additionally, they offer the option to pack breakfast if notified in advance, which is a great touch. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. An added bonus is that the hotel is within walking distance of Sharjah Airport, making it a highly convenient choice for travelers.

Ottimo soggiorno. Tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Nel resort si trova tutto, dai ristoranti ai bar. Nel periodo del Ramadan è comunque possibile mangiare della struttura. Ottima attenzione al cliente, per il compleanno del mio compagno è stata recapitata una tortina in camera. È possibile usufruire della palestra (separata uomini e donne) e della piscina. Nonostante il check out ci è stato possibile usufruire dei servizi fino all'orario del volo. Consiglio vivamente

A great stat at Novotel Sharjah Expo Center. Great and clean bedroom which had a great view to the lagoon. Breakfast was great, sauna was great, gym was okay! However, the people and hospitality was 10/10 from the cafeteria lounge especially a young woman named June, very polite and helpful. As well as, Sharon from the front desk. Sharon dealt with every question asked and helped with great energy, a contagious smile and laugh. Thank you Sharon!

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel.Il servizio era eccellente.Tutti i membri del personale erano amici, professionali e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Il colazione era certamente uno dei punti di vista, c'era una grande varietà di cibo delizioso, e mi sono particolarmente gradito dalle due cucinate viventi, che hanno aggiunto un nuovo e personalizzato contatto con l'esperienza di mangiare. Il prezzo è stato molto ragionevole, offrendo un'ottima qualità di servizio, servizi e colazione.

Brutta esperienza con il check-in dopo aver condiviso il numero di prenotazione al telefono, cosa che ha richiesto tempo e che ha mostrato preoccupazione per la privacy, ma il signor Rude mi ha scioccato con il suo comportamento scorretto dicendo che non avrei risposto al telefono. Mi chiedevo perché ci fosse voluto del tempo, anche se il nome della prenotazione era sufficiente invece di essere sicuro. Il signor Rude ha mostrato immediatamente mancanza di rispetto al cliente e ha chiesto altro aiuto, tuttavia il signor Rude ha continuato a comportarsi in modo decisamente scorretto. ERO ESTREMAMENTE STANCO per i viaggi internazionali, altrimenti sicuramente annullerò la prenotazione. Grazie a lui è stata la prima esperienza in un hotel del genere e sicuramente l'ultima.

La sauna e la piscina sono disponibili, ma è un accordo molto strano. Non così amichevole come le norme internazionali. Cultura locale? Fantastico buffet di Ramadan, così come una buona selezione di colazione. Sono sicuramente degno di soldi

Hotel discreto zona semi centrale adatto per chi deve stare una sola notte in transito . Letto comodo camera accettabile . Clientela rumorosa e caotica .

Grande posizione e servizio, personale molto amichevole, stanza era pulita ma vorrei consigliare di aggiungere pasta dentale e tosse per rendere le strutture più complete
