Vietnam: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Provincia di Quang Ninh

Posizione: L'hotel si affaccia sul mare ed è circondato da un grande mercato agricolo, un supermercato e ristoranti. Igiene: Pulito Rapporto costi-prestazioni: OK Wi-Fi: stabile Isolamento acustico: Buon effetto Servizi in camera: camera con letto king size, il bagno con doccia non ha porta, quindi l'acqua finisce facilmente all'esterno. Dalla finestra si vede il mare, la vista è fantastica. Letto: comodo Ristorante: il ristorante per la colazione è ampio e offre un'ampia varietà di piatti. Servizio: atteggiamento positivo e camerieri che parlano il cinese.

We stayed for 3 nights and really loved this place. Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Food was great in both the breakfast hall and the Italian restaurant. However, there are a few things we want to point out. First of all, the indoor swimming pool water was really filthy. That really needs to be improved. Furthermore, the sauna and steam room area was not properly attended to. Towels were piled and hair was everywhere on the floor in sauna area. The Jacuzzi water was not hot enough. Also the steam room and dry sauna were not hot enough. In addtion, the balcony in our room was terribly dirty. We tried to clean it ourselves but gave up because it was not possible to clean them with just tissue paper. Staff did however send someone to wash the balcony table, chairs, floors and rails and we are grateful for that. Despite some drawbacks, we really enjoyed out stay. Overall this is a really lovely hotel and as already stated, the staff are wonderful.

Ci vogliono circa 2,5-3 ore da Hanoi. TripAdvisor includeva il servizio di prelievo dall'hotel, ma l'ho acquistato su Trip.com perché era più economico e costava 70 dollari in più a persona per il prelievo dall'hotel. Quindi, ho finito per pagare 140 dollari in più per due persone e mi sento come se avessi sprecato i miei soldi. ㅜㅅㅜ Ho comprato la crociera in Vietnam perché era economica, ma la descrizione non menzionava nemmeno il servizio di prelievo, quindi ho avuto difficoltà la mattina presto. Il servizio di prelievo in autobus limousine era incredibilmente lussuoso. I sedili sull'autobus sembravano quelli di una business class. ㅋㅋㅋ Le crociere nella baia di Halong avevano tutte lo stesso itinerario, ma le camere erano fantastiche e il programma non è stato all'altezza delle mie aspettative. È stato un po' noioso, ma le camere e il bagno erano così belli che mi sentivo di buon umore! Tuttavia, il personale continuava a chiedermi di scrivere recensioni positive e di apporre il proprio nome, il che era un po' fastidioso. 🤦

Il personale è stato molto carino e utile. Da la ricezione con Hoa prendendosi cura di me specialmente, non parlare di ”Alice” e gli altri. Lo stesso al ristorante. Da manager ai supervisori al personale. Non posso chiamarli tutti qui, ma hanno fatto il mio soggiorno molto speciale. La cena era davvero buona. La stanza era grande (ho trovato uno in cima alla baia) e nonostante fosse una persona molto sensibile al rumore, ho dormito molto bene. Il letto era molto comodo e il condizionatore d'aria non era molto rumore, ma molto efficiente. Buona doccia. Non ho usato la piscina, ma sembrava fantastico. Come mi è stato detto che prendere foto dalla baia al sole dalla piscina è ”la cosa da fare” :) Posso solo lodare il personale e il personale per la splendida ospitalità anche quando super occupato con grandi gruppi (cosa è stato il caso durante il mio soggiorno). Sulla base della mia esperienza personale, consiglio di scegliere l'hotel DelaSea e la prossima volta che sarò a Ha Long.

Questo hotel è fantastico! La mia stanza ha una vista stupenda, una piscina sul tetto, che i miei figli amavano, e una vista ancora migliore. Il personale era molto accogliente, posso dire che fanno tutto per rendere il cliente felice.Voglio menzionare l'uomo alla ricezione chiamata Trun Duc Tong. Sono certamente felice di aver scelto questo hotel e mi consiglierei di averlo scelto a tutti. Ho passato molto tempo a scegliere tra gli hotel, e ho scelto questo sulla base del prezzo, ho deciso di spendere più per il divertimento che per un hotel. E sono semplicemente felice che per un prezzo così costoso, l'hotel è semplicemente 5 stelle.Sono sicuro che se diversificate il menu del colazione a una più diversificata, si sarà ancora meglio.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooftop offered a beautiful view, and the restaurant had a good selection of meals. The overall vibe of the hotel was lovely.However, I must express my disappointment regarding the fire alarm that went off multiple times during the early morning hours without any explanation. This was quite disruptive to my stay.Despite this issue, I highly recommend this hotel. On a separate note, I visited the spa next to the hotel, 'Nature,' and while the services were excellent, I was shocked to learn about their labor practices. It's disheartening to know that the staff relies solely on tips without receiving a proper salary. Offering expensive services without fair compensation for the employees is unacceptable and tarnishes the experience of an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel. Many people go there, but they are supporting this labor exploitation.

Decent cruise, amazing mega yacht in immaculate and clean condition. Staff were extremely good! Wifi was terrible and non existent Food options could be improved, wouldn’t say it is 5 star quality food.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole Il balcone della camera con vista mare prenotata appositamente ha una vista fantastica e le strutture hardware della camera d'albergo sono nuovissime e ben mantenute. Il check-in alla reception è stato molto veloce e l'atteggiamento del servizio è stato ottimo. Il direttore Pham Thanh Nam non solo mi ha aiutato a fare il check-in, ma mi ha anche presentato con entusiasmo le strutture dell'hotel la stanza e presentò i servizi della stanza. L'hotel è anche molto comodo per raggiungere i punti panoramici circostanti e nelle vicinanze c'è anche il delizioso Pho Bo preparato dal locale Lao Andy. È stata un'esperienza di alloggio perfetta. La prenoterò di nuovo quando verrò a Halong City in futuro!

As I wrote my last review, I was waiting for my transport back to Hanoi as Super Typhoon Yagi was well approaching. It just so happened that minutes before we were supposed to be picked up, the transport cancelled, leaving us stranded in Ha Long with nowhere to go. So I booked another night at The Yacht. It has BY FAR the best staff I have ever seen at any hotel. The storm was the biggest that’s hit Ha Long in decades and it caused ALOT of damage. The staff kept all the guests calm and assured and even switched our rooms from high floors for safety reasons. Thank you to Nga at the front desk, bye very special Thank you to Thao (also at the front desk). She made our very challenging couple of hours after the storm disrupted our plans (rebooking flights and hotels in Hanoi, dealing with transport and everything else) a lot less stressful. I cannot thank the team at The Yacht enough. Best hotel experience ever. Thank you all and I will be coming back.
