Vietnam: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Provincia di Khanh Hoa

La stanza i libro non era 23M dalla disscrizione i direi che è solo 18M così la stanza è più piccola di quanto mi aspettavo quindi assicuratevi di controllare la dimensione della stanza in tutto il canale TV non hanno segnale così non che bene uso specchio schermo la maggior parte del tempo

Cleanliness: our rooms were reasonably clean when we received them, and when we vacated them during the day, the staff took the liberty to come in, re-made the beds and re-supplied the amenities in the bathrooms. Location: hotel is located on the outskirts of Cam Ranh so it is near the airport and far from everything else. There are some restaurants within walking distance from the hotel but their qualities are quite meh (food doesn’t contain much seafood and prizes are only reasonable to foreigner. You would get much more quality seafood at the same prize if you go to Binh Hung Island - only 25km by car + 30-min by boat from the hotel, just look for the nearest seaport on Google map.) However, if you’re looking for a place to enjoy peace and quiet that does not require traveling far to get to stuff then this shouldn’t be a problem as the premise contains a little bit of everything from restaurants, pools, beach, leisure, work out centers, etc. You name it and they have it. Service: generally, the staff are friendly and helpful. We were all served tea the moment we entered the hotel and luggage was brought to our rooms for us. We booked 4 rooms that contain either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. When we check-in, they only have king-bed rooms available but when we asked to exchange for a room with 2 beds, the staff offered to talk to the manager and we got what we requested after a 30-min wait. The reason for the 4-star is that, personally, I get that they want to keep a professional demeanor but a few smiles here and there shouldn’t hurt anyone. But maybe that’s just me. Amenities: breakfast buffet was reasonably diverse. I particularly enjoyed their bread and fruit section. Everything else was pretty standard.

Il nostro secondo soggiorno allo Swandor Cam Ranh è stato ancora migliore, dato che ci siamo andati in una stagione migliore. Sole perfetto, piscine e spiaggia perfette. Gli spettacoli erano fantastici e il cibo era buono come l'ultima volta. Una menzione speciale a tutto il team di animatori, Mark, Yulia e Mani da Cuba. Le attività che organizzano hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più divertente. I loro livelli di energia hanno dato una carica anche a tutti noi!

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo bellissimo hotel vicino a Nha Trang. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite senza spot, e avevano un design unico ed elegante. Tutto quello che ci serviva era fornito anche un tavolo di ferro con un ferro, nonché bicchieri per vino e altre bevande. La stanza ha anche profumato molto приятный e fresco, rendendo l'intera esperienza ancora più confortevole. Ci sono stati accolti con un bel complimento dall'hotel, un piatto di frutta e tutte le bevande al bar sono state incluse, che è stato un fantastico bonus. La colazione e la cena sono stati inclusi nel nostro soggiorno e serviti come buffet, ci sono state molteplici cibi per diversi gusti, e tutto quello che abbiamo provato è delizioso. Il territorio dell'hotel è grande e ben mantenuto, con diverse piscine, accesso diretto al mare e un grande giardino. In generale, questo è un hotel davvero fantastico con un grande servizio. Ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro tempo qui e sicuramente torneremo di nuovo!

Mi piaceva questo hotel è situato nel cuore della zona turistica, con molti caffè vicino e solo una passeggiata alla spiaggia 10-minute. Il servizio è stato anche eccellente: erano molto gentili e hanno aiutato a pulire la sabbia fuori dalla stanza dopo la spiaggia

Grande posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e da bar / ristoranti come Louisiane Brewhouse e Sailing Club. Ho avuto una grande suite di vista sul mare sul 10° piano, comprendente lobby di entrata, bagno diurno, salotto e porta collegata attraverso la camera da letto e completamente dotato di bagno in suite, con doccia grande, bagno da jacuzzi, ecc. Io direi che lo stile della camera non era davvero per il mio gusto. Ho trovato un po' di formaggio. Inoltre, dovevi uscire dalla camera principale in camera per cambiare il bagno in suite o fuori. Dove c'è la logica in questo? L'illuminazione era troppo dura in tutta la suite: una stanza come questa ha bisogno di un'illuminazione bianca calda, oscura e fredda, come si trova! Le aree pubbliche sono state ben definite e mantenute. Non posso commentare le strutture dell'hotel perché non le ho usate. In generale, un buon posto per rimanere a Nha Trang.

We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead.

Un agnello era magico, un luogo così bello per godere la bellezza del Vietnam. Spiagge, attività nel resort- camminare, pesca divertente, nuoto, il cibo era incredibile. Anche il locale Veg e le opzioni di carne erano deliziose e fresche. L'italiano era anche buono. Il caffè viet è un tentativo di fare, i deserti erano sorprendenti - abbiamo provato la crema viet caffè brule e tiramisu, il crollo di mela è stato un vincitore! Il spa della giungla è stato un bel ambiente naturale per soffrire dopo il vostro volo e viaggi. Il barco è stato raccolto e trasferimenti sono stati organizzati per noi come preferiremmo. Il servizio è stato sorprendente. Ci hanno aiutato a controllare il nostro volo in via prioritaria, perché abbiamo avuto un ultimo cambiamento di volo. Il servizio di Tom è stato impeccabile! ✨ Altamente raccomandato soggiorno per lusso e tranquillo al suo meglio!

We stayed for two nights at Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa Hon Tre Island and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was very clean, the views were beautiful, and the hotel offers excellent facilities. We barely left the resort because everything was available—swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, game room, as well as restaurants and bars. The resort is located right by the beach on the island, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere. There is also a convenient shuttle service throughout the property. All the staff were amazing—super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We had three pieces of luggage and didn’t have to carry anything ourselves, as the staff were always observant and quick to assist. We were truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. We’ve already recommended it to our friends and family. However, one downside was the cable car experience (likely a different company). At the mainland facial scan checkpoint, a female staff member was not friendly and spoke to us poorly. We had two drinks and clearly explained that we would keep them in our bag to take back to the hotel, not drink them on the cable car. Despite this, she insisted that we finish them before boarding, which felt unnecessary and disappointing. This slightly affected our overall experience.
