La piscina ha una buona qualità dell'acqua e non c'è molta gente a pochi minuti a piedi dal mercato notturno Ci sono molti buoni centri benessere e ristoranti nella zona circostante La cosa migliore è lasciare l'hotel al bus navetta il giorno prima della partenza. L'ordine ti verrà inviato all'orario previsto Poiché il volo era di mattina presto, la camera forniva anche un servizio di sveglia e veniva fornita una colazione gratuita (una grande quantità di pane, sandwich, acqua e frutta). La colazione in camera viene solitamente pagata fino alle 5 del mattino. anche se hai voglia di uno spuntino a tarda notte. Tutto sommato è stato un viaggio soddisfacente.

The service at the hotel was quite good, and the environment feels like a semi-natural resort. However, the bathroom had a really terrible smell, and it was so bad that I couldn’t sleep at all. Also, I believe cleanliness is the most basic standard for any hotel, but the bedsheet was extremely dirty. Did you not change it at all? 早上六点鸡就开始打鸣了，7点外面开始有人扫街，太吵了，但是服务真的很好。早餐网上吹的太好了，实际非常一般

Recentemente ho soggiornato a Phu Quoc, in Vietnam, con la mia famiglia, e questa era una piacevole e confortevole esperienza.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per tre persone, e tutto era ben preparato per la nostra arrivo. Il servizio è stato lodevole il personale è stato gentile e risponde alle nostre esigenze.Le camere sono state fino al punto di vista, pulite e confortevole, e la piscina è stata un punto di vista, soprattutto per il relax di sera. Uno dei suggerimenti per migliorare sarebbe di disporre di un servizio di aiuto dedicato vicino alla reception per guidare i turisti sulle attrazioni locali e le opzioni di trasporto, rendendo più facile esplorare Phu Quoc per i nuovi visitatori. In generale, consiglio assolutamente a chiunque pianificare un viaggio a Phu Quoc. Offre un piacevole soggiorno con buone strutture e un ambiente accogliente.

Awesome location and great pool. Staff are so friendly and the view and pool are great. A bit superficial but the carpet in the hallways is gross. Eg, full of stains. A tiny bit of work would make this place shine. The gym is in disrepair too. But, I'd still give this place a 5 over all because the staff really were awesome and the rooms were lovely and spacious.

La pulizia delle stanze è terribile, il balcone è sporco, non puliscono il pavimento del bagno, solo una scopa, negli angoli della stanza è pieno di sporcizia. Al servizio in camera, ogni volta che ordinavo un hamburger, le patate venivano così vecchie e così dure che quasi mi rompevano un dente, le peggiori patatine fritte che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia, a parte quelle della vinoasi. Troppe telecamere in giro per l'hotel lo fanno sembrare un reality show, praticamente esci dalla stanza non hai più privacy, per di più quando arrivi in piscina ci sono 4 bagnini che ti controllano e ti guardano, in spiaggia ci sono sette bagnini , una vera esagerazione , ti senti osservato per tutto il tuo soggiorno! Buono ho trovato la pulizia degli ambienti comuni e la pulizia del mare antistante. I dipendenti quasi non capiscono quello che dici, la maggior parte non parla nemmeno le basi In inglese la televisione ha solo canali vietnamiti, il che è orribile perché ho passato dieci giorni senza poter guardare la televisione. Gli addetti al servizio in camera sono molto cordiali, anche i camerieri. Ma devono migliorare molto per raggiungere il livello di un resort a 5 stelle. Teli mare vecchi e logori.

A superbe hôtel really well situated by the river. So clean, big rooms with a balcony and relaxing chairs. The staff was cheerful and welcoming .We had a great time. I will highly recommend this hotel. We walked by the river to the old town. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. You can also borrow some bikes from the hotel.

5 perfect days in here. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and tidy room. Free access in cildren daycare every day from 9am-6pm, free chocolate hour every day from 3.30pm-4.30pm and free airport pick up/ transfer.The chocolate and cheese cake is so delicious. There are more than 5 ice cream flavours to buy. I bought vanilla and matcha. Both were so good! I am requested to get a room and a beautiful sunset view to celebrate my anniversary but wasn't expected to be fulfilled with warm greetings via wish card, a romantic swan towel and roses deco on bed, and there was a surprise of a delicious chocolate mousse cake too in the chiller! Iron and iron board upon request. The hotel provide a tote bag to use for free along the stay. I have tried their signature coffee. I like it. So refreshing! Hotel also provide a water cooler on the ground floor to refill a drinking water. I am also use their laundry service and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel has a universal plug, and therefore you don't need an external adapter. Btw, the hotel will charge you a deposit VND1million/day and i paid for VND4millions for 5D4N using wise card. The money will be refund less than an hour after check out. I am suggested to use wise card rather than use credit card that will take 7-10days to refund the money. This hotel is not halal because the breakfast provided is mixed with non-halal food. Our only food choice is boiled eggs. maybe the hotel can separate halal food because there are some foreign tourists from other countries who also have problems eating breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied staying here and fully recommended.

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Buono servizio in generale, la maggior parte del personale comprendeva e parlava un po'di inglese. Poche piscine intorno all'hotel. C'era un mercato notturno e alcuni negozi all'opuscolo dell'hotel. La colazione era buona, hanno anche una stazione di pho e ban mi!

location is good, few mins walk to the beach, and few mins walk to the Grand World Nightly Light show place, where many shops and restaurants are there. There is free bus ride, Vinbus from airport to the hotel and also stops at the city centre. You can save some Grab money there. Facilities, Standard swimming pool and there are some staff oeganizing water polo games for hotel guests to join. they are fantastic. The slide is right there, but didnt open during my stay, a bit disappointed the things i dont like was that too many people smoked around the pool, which i felt very uncomfortable. The breakfast was fine, but there were so many people and staff were not able to keep the place clean. Please hire more staff. To conclude, the stay was fine, and it is value for money.

I enjoyed my time in Mövenpick hotel. Beautiful territory, amazing beach and clean seawater. I like chicken liver on breakfast and coffee which they made was good. Also was nice to have some yoga classes at morning, really gave more power for the day. But also I want to mention some disadvantages which I hope management can change in future. The place for bread in the breakfast didn’t have towel for carting bread, so if guests wanted to cut bread they used there hands to touch the bread!!!! It’s totally not normal for any hotel, and can bring more bacteria!!!!! Moreover I think should add salmon for breakfast. Kitchen makes Benedict eggs only with bacon , and no choice for people who doesn’t eat pork. Was a kinda sad about that. We was living in the second building, to go to beach need to wait for the car and something need to spend 5-10 min on waiting, could be nice to manage it better to not make guest wait for a long time. In conclusion, I would like to come back again but to the first building not second building!
