If you are planning for Umrah or Ziyarat, Swissôtel Al Maqam is by far the better choice. The location is excellent – one of the closest hotels to Masjid al-Haram. It has two very convenient access points: one through the Abraj Mall and another that leads directly to the Haram. The lifts are very fast, which is a big help during peak prayer times. Although the cleaning service is a bit slow, the location and convenience make it an ideal hotel for Umrah. On the other hand, Swissôtel Makkah is not a good option compared to Al Maqam. The location and access are less convenient, and overall the experience feels weaker. If you have to choose between the two, always go for Swissôtel Al Maqam.

Totally lovely stay with warm and helpful hotel staffs! Always willing to lend a helping hand whenever approaching them! Easy walking distance to Masjidil Haram. Everything is at the doorsteps. Lovely view of Masjidil Haram day and night! Literally out of the window! Easy access to food and amenities! Best breakfast served daily with change of meals daily and huge area to cater to huge crowds! Would definitely return back here!! Thank you all for the amazing hospitality!

- Ok, tutto bene. Una volta il tipo di consegna della stanza chiede contanti - dice che la macchina non funziona? Le tovalette sembrano uscite. La TV non funzionava quando ci siamo accolti, il tecnico ci vuole più di un'ora per arrivare, ma non ha risolto la questione. Richiamiamo un altro personale che è venuto a risolvere

Prezzo economico, bell'hotel, pulito e ordinato, buon servizio, posizione a circa 8 minuti da Haram usando bas. Navetta ogni ora. La vista è bella, davvero consigliata

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It’s a value for money option… Rooms are not very big but well-planned and good for a several-day stay. It’s clean, well-maintained, and also offers a very good breakfast buffet. However, the selection of the complimentary drinks -tea and coffee bags are switched to brands that I have never heard of. Paper tea cups are also the cheapest you can find on the market. They provide only one type of soap inside separate hand, body, and shampoo dispensers. I understand that we are going through difficult times, but I think keeping the quality at certain levels is also important.

L'hotel è buono, il servizio del personale e degli addetti alle pulizie è stato buono. La posizione non è delle migliori, bisogna camminare circa 10 minuti per mangiare, ma c'è una caffetteria nelle vicinanze. La torre dell'orologio è a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi, ma c'è un autobus che fornisce l'accesso, ma bisogna comunque camminare fino al cancello d'ingresso.

Grande hotel. Un grande lobby con belle luci e una piccola sorgente con sedili confortevoli intorno. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con vista parziale sul capello, pensando che avremmo avuto la stessa stanza che abbiamo nella foto. La vista di Haram è solo una vista piccola, e il manager dell'hotel ha informato che la foto mostrata durante la prenotazione è sbagliata.

Tutto molto buono, camera classica con vasca da bagno. L'unica pecca è stata la colazione. L'hotel dispone di 2 ristoranti: un buffet internazionale (69 SR) al 21° piano e un buffet orientale (55 SR) all'8° piano. Purtroppo, la varietà di menu in ogni ristorante era molto bassa. A questi prezzi, bisogna aggiungere la varietà di menu per la colazione.

Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno, la stanza era grande con un paio di divani su cui rilassarsi, una scrivania e una sedia comoda. Acqua, bollitore, tè/caffè disponibili in camera gratuitamente. Anche il bagno è grande e pulito con gel doccia e dispenser di shampoo. Ci sono 6 ascensori, quindi non c'è quasi attesa per l'arrivo. Il personale è accomodante, disponibile e flessibile. Si impegnano al massimo per assicurarsi che tu sia soddisfatto del loro servizio. Ogni richiesta viene gestita prontamente. Un soggiorno piacevole, grazie a tutti i membri dello staff.

Ottimo posto in cui soggiornare se ci si può permettere di camminare da e per Haram, perché l'autobus impiega più di un'ora per raggiungere l'hotel da Haram.
