Norvegia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Troms

Il servizio è fantastico. Abbiamo una prenotazione quella notte, e siamo arrivati tardi. Sono stati molto preparati e la colazione è diventata personalizzata per il servizio privato La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Alla baia, se c'è luce esterna, la finestra può essere vista direttamente.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono. La cosa più impressionante è che il tipo di colazione è molto ricco e molto superiore alle aspettative.L'unico difetto nella Cina è che non c'è un parcheggio gratuito, ma il parcheggio vicino è anche molto conveniente

La stanza è molto pulita e la superficie è molto grande.Siamo arrivati tardi per cena, abbiamo contattato in anticipo con il personale dell'hotel. Ci hanno lasciato ancora una grande cena.La colazione è buona e il personale della reception è molto amichevole e entusiasta

Nice hotel, friendly staff at the counter and helpful as well. Theres a bus from evenes airport to thon hotel and a short 5 min walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good, there is also an option to do lunch takeaway

Igiene: buona. Posizione: ci sono solo due autobus della linea 420 che raggiungono la fermata dell'hotel (a piedi: 5-10 minuti), il tragitto da Tromsø costa circa 2 ore. Servizio: ottimo, il personale è disponibile, ma è meglio avere un deposito bagagli con controllo di sicurezza. Servizi: sauna e bagno di ghiaccio sono ottimi e offrono viste mozzafiato. Ricordatevi di portare sandali e costumi da bagno in plastica, perché non sono acquistabili qui.

I saw the northern lights from my room on my 2nd night around 9ish pm. I am very lucky, as I was not expecting it. Cos its polar nights season & with only a few hours of daylight, Scandic Ishavshotel was perfect in terms of comfort & accessibility. The view worth every cent. It might get abit crowded though during breakfast time but the spread was very good. Try to go between 7-7.30am to secure window seats. Another best thing when u are not driving or travelling alone with luggages, the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel.

Conveniently located, walking distance to Arctic cathedral. Breakfast is excellent and very good spread . The front desk staff on 4 Oct early afternoon morning is extremely helpful. The Bristol staff whom I have placed order for early breakfast has forgotten to register my order and this front desk gentleman is kindly to help and give me the breakfast in time for my departure.

Soggiorno di 2 notti～ C'è il riscaldamento, l'acqua calda, un frigorifero e una stufa. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo visto l'esplosione dell'aurora. Super perfetto~ La colazione era buona~ Noi quattro prendemmo un taxi e ci vollero circa 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere l'autobus. In inverno, quando c'è neve, si consiglia di prendere un taxi.

I had an efficient check-in. The staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast is well worth the money. I also like the bar area opposite the front desk where guests can lounge around and sip coffee/tea for free.

I would rate this budget hotel 2/5. The location is its main advantage, conveniently situated close to key attractions and transportation. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was poor, I was charged twice for my stay, and the refund process takes time. Luckily trip.com helped me to liase, and I received reply from hotel very soon. I can see hair in sink and stain on pillow case when i juat entered the room. For a budget hotel, the price was extremely high and did not match the quality of service or facilities provided. The rooms were basic and lacked amenities, making it feel overpriced and not worth the cost. While the location is excellent, the subpar service and lack of value for money make it hard to recommend this hotel. There are likely better options in the same area at a more reasonable price.
