Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Shizuoka

This was a large but lovely hotel with a great view of the ocean. It was a bit of a drive from the train but they did have a shuttle and taxis were easily available. The room was spacious and clean. They had an onsen which was lovely. The Japanese women guests were helpful in my navigation of the use of the bath. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was fine but not very unique. We found a number of fun things to do around town.

The public bath at the 14/ F is very nice with mount fuji view if you are lucky. The hotel room is clean and tidy but not a large one even though we booked a room with a large bed. But you know it is Japan. The best thing is the hotel is next to the station.

Quando ho fatto il check-in, una ragazza dello staff mi ha spiegato molto bene. Non ho capito bene, mi ha detto che l'hotel non fornisce acqua potabile in camera, quindi bisogna portare la propria bottiglia d'acqua per prenderla nella hall. Ma quando l'ho fatto, l'uomo dello staff mi ha urlato contro ed è corso verso di me quasi per prendermi la bottiglia d'acqua in mano... Sono scioccato, ho cercato di spiegare perché non gli importasse, è stato molto maleducato nei miei confronti. L'hotel è buono.

Hotel and location is great, right next to the Gotemba outlet shuttle and has onsite parking. A little tricky to get to if there is Gotemba outlet traffic. Good amenities provided. Room was clean and humidifier was provided during the dry winter weather. Reception staff were lovely.

L'aria condizionata non è abbastanza fredda. Anche la stanza era raffreddata. Devo aprire la finestra per ottenere aria fresca e lasciare il vento fluire. Caffè libero al mattino.

Magnificent view from my hotel room! Didn’t know hotel provides pickup and drop off services, just give them a call! I rolled my big suitcase down the steep hill and so on from the train station 😅. Love the restaurant next door, the sashimi was caught from the morning! Great hotel with nice onsen, you can enjoy onsen from your bathtubs too.

The hotel is old building,My honest review is I feel little bit disappointed with my room.I booked a room with a lake view. But when I’m arrived they give us the room that there was no view at the lake. The aircon is not really cold so we decided to open up a window. And I feel disappointed about the dining.In the boking site they included the pictures of there dining up to 90 plus over pictures of the buffet breakfast,That is none as I expected on the pictures of dining. Just an advice,To the management of the hotel.Can you please separate the area of the tables and the location of all types of dining pictures. Because as I expected to the pictures that you put into your dining buffet is all are available to the guest. But you only served a simple food buffet not fit to the room rate. And I suggest that hope you can re arrange your dining buffet pictures not to put it on one place,like Bars,wedding reception and etc. Because guests will think that it is all available when stay and booked it right away to think it was cheap but in the end it is really disappointing. Thank you!

La camera dell'hotel è grande, con punti di alimentazione e porti USB su entrambi i lati del letto, e hanno acconsentito alla nostra richiesta di una camera di fronte Mt Fuji e siamo stati in grado di vedere Mt Fuji dalla finestra della nostra camera nonostante la nostra camera sia al livello 2 (l'hotel ha 4 livelli) Anche se ci sono stati cavi di potenza che impediscono la vista un po'. I frigoriferi notturni, i gelati e i Yakult mattina sono buoni additivi. Oltre a avere Onsens e Saunas, hanno anche un livello 4 aperto di calcio dove si può avere una chiara vista sul monte Fuji mentre si scioglie i piedi. Parcheggio gratuito, ma molti sul sito effettivo dell'hotel possono essere limitati e se il parco auto è pieno, è possibile che debba parcheggiare in tutto l'hotel in un parco auto. Il centro commerciale di Gotemba è a circa 10 minuti di auto e il negozio più vicino è a meno di 5 minuti di auto.
