Giappone: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Prefettura di Shiga

Ho scelto questo hotel perché è vicino al lago Biwako e la zona dei miei amici. Mi delusione, la mia stanza era alla fine della strada, presumibilmente davanti al lago, ma quando entravo nella mia stanza, non c'era una finestra davanti al lago, invece la mia vista sulla finestra è il parcheggio dell'hotel. La stanza è certamente data, vecchia televisione, ho solo i sacchi di tè, il mio primo giorno e non riempiranno mai finché non mi sono accorto., neanche il caffè. Il telaio è rosso, che sembra così vecchio, ha anche alcuni vecchi segni e il letto è anche vecchio, ma la stanza è pulita. Il personale è molto amichevole, il colazione è stato grande, ma se lo comparo ad un hotel commerciale dove ho soggiornato prima nello stesso area, i letti, le strutture dell'hotel commerciale e il prezzo dell'hotel vale più di questo. Non credo di restare in questo hotel di nuovo. La mia impressione è che è un posto buono, ma non grande. Ho pagato quasi il doppio del prezzo dell'hotel commerciale dove sono rimasto l'anno scorso, che aveva letti moderni e belle attrezzature, ma per il prezzo che questo hotel sta pagando non credo sia valsa la pena. L'hotel ha bisogno di aggiornare molte cose che la mia stanza sembra così vecchia e si sente così vecchia. Pensavo che stare in un hotel come questo sarebbe stato un bel trattamento per me, perché era più costoso del mio normale bilancio, ma è stato una delusione. Mi dispiace di dover dire tutto questo sulla mia recensione, ma la stanza è davvero data.su ogni singolo punto.

ThIs was a really bad experience staying in this hotel. We check-in around 9pm at night and discovered that the hotel has arranged a damaged room (refer pics) for us  at the moment before bed time . One door of the wooden cabinet was lost but leaving the door hinges on the side of the cabinet. We decided not to request to change the room, despite we felt this is not being respected as a hotel guest. We complained the issues to the front desk and the customer service officer explained that it is not a broken/ damage cabinet door but this was their intention to remove the door. This seems an excuse since if this was the intention to remove the door why only one door was remove rather than both. The door hinges was still attached which means the door could be reinstalled one day.

Overall experience only so so average……. I don’t expect such a huge hotel giant - Marriott Group has these shortfalls ! Let’s talk about the suggested improvements on facilities provided by hotel:  1) parking facilities - there is no accessible ramps or pavements for customers taking their heavy luggage from the parking areas - the only thing that we can do was to carry these luggages up the staircases to the hotel lobby from the parking area. 2) hotel entrance lay-by - it was raining heavily when I checked out today. I planned to drive my car to the hotel entrance so that my family members can jump into the car and I can load all my luggages to the trunk under the canopy of the hotel entrance. “Luckily”, the canopy is too short and has no such design and finally everybody got into the car and they were ALL WET. I have to load those luggages to the car under the rain…… 3) Onsen (public bath) - nothing to say about this old, obsolete, small public bath without maintanance. 4) staff - I’d say, with the “name” of Marriott, this hotel is really under staff…… Other - nothing to say really

Staff was helpful and stored my stuff for a day while I biked around lake Biwa.

La stanza è molto pulita.In realtà, penso che sarebbe bello se un'altra stanza spaziosa.In altre parole, il difetto è che il bagno e il bagno sono piccoli rispetto ad altri negozi.È meglio avere una camera da letto condivisa qui sotto.Anche la sicurezza è buona. Le signore della reception stanno lavorando duramente.Questo è un nuovo hotel, quindi ha un'immagine luminosa.

A great place to stay near the station with friendly helpful staff and a somewhat pretty nice breakfast, considering it is complimentary. This hotel is close to Hikone Castle and the JR station. The hotel also offers a lot of parking space for free, which being close to the station is amazing! The room was clean and tidy with a typical Japanese style small bath. The only thing that upset us, was the lack of Onigiri which had been in the photos when booking. But. Again, the breakfast is complimentary and seasonal as said in the hotel, so no big issue! Would stay again!

Questo è un ottimo hotel.Il profumo della lavatrice è molto buono.Sono soddisfatto dell'acqua gratuita, del bagno e del servizio di Liz Puoi anche godere del viaggio dalla reception alla stanza degli ospiti Questo è l'hotel che voglio fermarmi di nuovo.

Fantastic 1 night good rest with scenic activities in a large classy hotel! Wonderful sea view from the room. We did the lake cruise (offered with room booking) and visited Enryakuji on the mountain easily with a discount coupon from hotel. Beautiful autumn foliage! Good value with free shuttle and friendly service from Otsu station overall. No good restaurants nearby, better book with dinner options or dine at hotel’s restaurants. Wasn’t crowded in early Dec. A good break from crowded Kyoto.

滋賀県での合宿にはいつも利用させてもらっています。プールからすぐなので助かります。がもう少し料金が安ければ言うことないのですが…

Non è il nostro primo soggiorno in un Vessel Inn, e probabilmente non sarà l'ultimo. Sono diventati una scelta sicura e affidabile per noi ogni volta che viaggiamo in Giappone. La stanza a Vessel Inn Shiga Moriyama era esattamente quello che ci aspettavamo di essere puliti, ben mantenuti, e dotati di servizi standard e bagni da bagno che abbiamo apprezzato. Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di utilizzare le strutture dell'hotel questa volta, quindi non posso commentare queste. La nostra preoccupazione principale è sempre la pulizia del letto e il comfort generale, e siamo lieti di dire che è passato con colori volanti. Una cosa che si è resa evidente: la dimensione della stanza si è sentita più spaziosa di quanto ci siamo abituati a in luoghi come Osaka. Certamente un plus quando hai il bagaglio o vuoi solo respirare un po’ più facile. In generale, un soggiorno solido che ci ha dato ciò che avevamo bisogno di non essere fantasiosi, ma esattamente giusti.
