India: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Punjab

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

Buon servizio, personale pulito e amichevole

L'hotel è buono e pulito . Il personale è molto utile , Fiza nella zona di pranzo è molto veloce e si occupa delle esigenze di pranzo.Vorrei tornare al posto quando visita la prossima volta.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, a soli 350 metri dal tempio d'oro, 50 metri dall'ufficio postale per trovare Uber o tuktuk, e circondato da molti negozi e ristoranti. La stanza è così pulita, il personale è molto bello e utile. Io e il mio amico siamo rimasti lì per 3 notti, siamo stati così felici e pensavamo che valesse ogni penny.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and had a good experience. Some staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to airport.

I stayed at goSTOPS Amritsar in a 4-bed AC dormitory, and overall, it was a great experience. The check-in was smooth, and the hostel was clean and well-maintained. My dorm was comfortable, with a clean bed, blanket, pillow, fan, charging point, and locker. The washrooms were clean, though the hot water system in my dorm wasn’t working, but the staff arranged a hot water bath in another room, which was very helpful. The hostel had a quiet vibe since it was a weekday, but I still got to interact with a traveler from the Netherlands. The common area was nice, though the set-top box remote was missing. The location was excellent—just a 5-7 minute walk from the Golden Temple. The staff was available 24/7 and very helpful. Drinking water dispensers were provided, but only disposable glasses, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, it was a great budget-friendly stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

I was staying for a night. There was a group booking who were partying all night in my floor. Music was very loud and they were singing songs in cachophony. Despite 4/5 repeated calls to the reception no action was taken by the hotel to bring the noise down. I was charged for a good night sleep by I the hotel but from 10:30 pm to 2:30 am the group was singing loud, playing loud music, running across lobby. Shouting at top of their voice - not allowing anyone to have any rest. The hotel staff was completely useless to stop them. I have hence rated service as poor.

Hotel molto speciale e pulito! La cena è deliziosa per le ore di colazione. Le opzioni spa sono grandi. dopo una lunga spedizione nelle montagne di Himalayan, questo hotel è stato un piacere per il mio corpo 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Siamo stati a questo hotel per una notte, ma siamo stati impressionati dalle strutture, ma purtroppo siamo molto delusi perché abbiamo dimenticato un oggetto e il personale ci ha detto che non potevano trovarlo, che non era vero.
