Need to work on the cleanliness of the bed,bedsheet and shower..won’t hurt to vacuum the bed once in a while..quite a bit of dust mite and sheets need changing..Wi-Fi practically not working..water quality and pressure needs some work..the only plus point it’s really near to the Maha Bodi temple..for this price I guess that’s what you get? Will opt to stay in a nicer place next time

Good location, the property is near to the airport about 30 min drive and 30 min to Gaya. Food was excellent! The chef also prepared our requested customized dishes ! Very friendly staff, new hotel with clean and good facilities as you would expect from Hayat group. What could be improved is the no of staff and their training. Front desk at times was managed by only 1 person and long queues could be seen. There was no staff both at Lounge and Gym.

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel maurya on new year’s eve, and i must say, the experience was outstanding. The hotel has clearly made some great improvements in both its services and management. This time, my stay was far better than before. I was on the map plan, and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The bhuna mutton, paired with rice and dal, was delicious, and the jaggery lauki kheer was a perfect finish. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff ensuring that i had everything i needed. They truly went above and beyond in taking care of me, from my food to my overall comfort. I’d like to give a special mention to a few staff members who stood out: mr. Tiwari from housekeeping
mr. Javed in the restaurant
mr. Tauseef and mr. Srivastava, the dining managers
chef mr. Jha, who prepared some amazing food
at the front desk, ms. Swati singh and mr. Pankaj (if i recall correctly)
even the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. My short visit to patna was made truly memorable by the wonderful staff at hotel maurya, and i look forward to staying here again the next time i’m in the city.

I went with my family for a 2 day leisure trip to rajgir, we stayed at indo hokke hotel, which was situated in the outskirts of the city. We had a pleasant stay there, rooms were neat and clean, staffs were polite, food was nice. Overall a 5/5 facility.

Value for money, clean room cordial staff food needs to improve and is costly as well. You will get transport such as e rickshaw, tum tum, but request not to take tum tum as very painful for the horse. Once we stop using it almost every one will come to e rickshaw. Place is good for those who are inclined towards history.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is well located about 2 kms from the main attraction mahabodhi temple. We had booked deluxe premium room which was extremely good, well maintained and clean. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel had arranged for tuk tuk to visit mahabodhi temple and other local temples at rs350/ and we had good tour of all the local temples. The hotel also arranged for cab (rs2500)to visit vishnupada temple and magagowri temple and other places and we had a pleasant trip. Breakfast spread was good. The hotel manager mr ranjan was very friendly took care of needs. The hotel permitted us to stay till 1. 30 pm although check out was at 12. 30 pm overall we had a pleasant stay

UUtente ospiteNon ci sono stati colpiti tutti, ma una Fawlty Tower è andata a seminare, o forse a dormire nella stagione estiva.
Positivi: una buona vista della città nella nostra seconda stanza, e la stanza era di buona dimensione. Le strade e le scale sono state mozzafiato ogni giorno. Il personale era amichevole. Un caffè vicino frequentato dai monaci ha fornito buoni pasti a un prezzo moderato.
Negativi:
Wifi non ha funzionato nella nostra prima stanza/ piano assegnata, doveva chiedere sapone di carta da toletta in entrambe le stanze, le foglie nella prima stanza avevano buchi e erano colorate ma poi siamo stati trasferiti in un'altra stanza/ piano per lavorare wifi. Il pavimento non era stato pulito nella seconda stanza e le foglie dubbie erano state cambiate. Non avevamo acqua calda il primo giorno, anche se il manager ci ha assicurato che sarebbe stata fissata - non era fino al giorno successivo quando ci siamo nuovamente lamentati (la denuncia significava andare in ricevimento perché i telefoni non erano collegati! ) Ci siamo chiesti di pulire la stanza, ma non era - il mgr dimenticato che avevamo chiesto ... Questo era il modello in corso. Oh- il ristorante dell'hotel non funzionava, ma dato il livello generale di slapdash di quasi tutto il resto, questo era probabilmente solo ss bene!

UUtente ospitePros: Once we checked in and assigned our room- third one we were shown, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was decent and good value. Location was good.
Cons: Mgr at reception first checked us in and then stated Agoda had no record of us! We had booked with Trip.com which he insisted was linked to Agoda. Suggested we cancel the booking and pay him! Eventually after speaking to his supervisor/ Agoda, things were assorted, but no apologies given.
We had booked a large room with city view. The first room we were shown had no outside window. The 2 nd a tiny 2 ft opening high up, small room. Third room better, a bit bigger and more pleasant.
We had to ask for toilet paper and a 2 nd towel. (These were supplied for the 2 nd night and our room cleaned.)
No hot water in the morning for shower, two people came to ‚fix‘ and eventually managed to run hot water in the sink , to fill bucket to pour water on ourselves.
The mattress had no cushioning whatever, and we slept poorly.
Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The outside of the hotel promises more than the inside delivers!

UUtente ospiteQuality wise it is a good apartment for stay, away from direct main road, so the vehicle disturbance is almost zero. The behavior of the owner is well good. A bathtub is available in bathroom. Two to three car parking is available. Fooding arrangements and mahabodhi temple is within 2-3km and e-riksha is available till 10pm.
