Questo hotel è stato in una posizione fantastica, e il Il buffet di colazione è composto da cibo di qualità ristorante con una vasta selezione di cucina asiatica e occidentale. La nostra camera era molto pulita e il personale dell'hotel era gentile e utile. Concierge all'arrivo, quindi non c'è bisogno di mettere tutti i bagagli dal vostro trasporto nella vostra stanza. Spa, sauna e piscina all'hotel. Si trova a pochi passi da grandi siti e attrazione a Jogja. A mio parere, si tratta di un hotel molto lussuoso a un prezzo incredibile.

During my stay, the lounge was not open, which was a bit disappointing as it limited some of the expected conveniences. The available amenities were functional but felt basic, catering to travelers with minimal needs. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. There was a good variety of dishes, and the quality was satisfactory, though it didn’t particularly stand out. Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta is a good choice if you prioritize convenience and peace over proximity to the city’s main attractions. It serves as a functional stopover for travelers who value being near the airport and are okay with fewer amenities. Stavo per 8 notti in questo hotel e mio figlio era molto felice di stare lì, tutti i dipendenti erano molto amichevoli e molto gentili, ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa, rispondevano molto rapidamente, Il cibo è sempre stato delizioso e ciò che mi rende felice è che mio figlio mangia sempre bene quando ho comprato il cibo dall'hotel perché è un cibo molto fuzzy, lo consiglierei certamente ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia e sicuramente resterai qui ogni volta che torno a Jogja. Grazie 🙏

Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet. I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

Booked the room with pool view (a bit higher price compared to non pool view, you decide from my photo whether it’s worth or not). Everything was great. Room is very cozy. I love the long sofa beside the window, very comfortable to do everything. Service is awesome. Parking spot is a lot. Breakfast is one of the best. Only few steps away to Pakuwon mall (exactly next to the hotel).

This is amazing hotel for its price. First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks. The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park. The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable. The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

”Opzione conveniente vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di Yogyakarta” Sebbene non si trovi nel cuore di Jogja, questo hotel si rivela un'ottima scelta per chi cerca di avvicinarsi al nuovo aeroporto internazionale di Yogyakarta. Le camere e i bagni spaziosi e impecabilmente puliti offrono un confortevole ritiro dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio.

Très bon hostel, les chambres étaient propres, pas d’insectes, bonne AC, jacuzzi, les SDB/WC en extérieur sont propres. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Les activités proposées sont tops 👍 Le petit déjeuner en supplément varie tous les jours et est bon Je recommande.

There are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel. 1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel. 2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street. 3. Clean room with satellite TV programme. 4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts. 5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time. 7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast. 8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house. 9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport. El Hotel embraces generosity to create memories among their guests. Thank you
