La classificazione 4-star di questo hotel non è certamente giustificata. La receptionista che parla croato è stata estremamente gentile e utile, e lei merita tutto il lode. La stanza è bella, proprio come nelle foto. Tuttavia, non ci sono stati abbastanza asciugamani nella stanza, e non c'era alcun gel o lozione da doccia. Quando le chiesemo, non erano fornite – è difficile immaginare un hotel 4-star mancante le strutture di base. Il secchio di capelli è stato rotto e quando abbiamo chiesto un sostituzione non è stato fornito nessuno; l'altro ricevitore non parla affatto croato, il che è inimaginabile e molto deludente.

We had a very positive stay at Benjamin Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming base in Kaštela, near Split. The hotel’s historic character, pleasant setting, and helpful service made our visit feel special and relaxing. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, with traditional details that give it more personality than a standard modern property. Our stay felt comfortable, and the hotel was a lovely place to return to after spending time exploring the area. The location was a real highlight. Benjamin Hotel is in Kaštel Novi, close to the seafront and within walking distance of the local old town, restaurants, and Đardin Beach. It’s also convenient for Split Airport, while the surrounding area offers a quieter, more local feel than staying in the centre of Split.[expedia] The staff were welcoming and attentive, helping make the experience smooth from arrival to departure. The hotel also offers useful amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a restaurant, and a rooftop terrace.[expedia] Overall, we had a lovely experience at Benjamin Hotel. Its characterful setting, convenient location, and friendly service made it a great choice for our stay, and we would gladly stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Amphora from December 31, 2025 to January 3, 2026, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, we were warmly and professionally welcomed at check-in, which made us feel immediately at ease. The room was very spotless, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking — truly a dream. Everything was perfectly arranged and exactly as we had hoped. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The breakfast buffet deserves particular praise: it was one of the largest, most diverse, and highest-quality selections we have ever experienced. Due to how much we enjoyed our stay, we decided to extend it by one additional night, which was arranged quickly and without any issues. We can highly recommend Hotel Amphora and would happily return in the future.☺️

Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great. The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going. The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace. Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

La posizione e la vista dell'hotel sono sorprendenti. La stanza è molto chiara e il personale è molto gentile e amichevole. Sicuramente rimarrebbe qui!

Stando a un sito del patrimonio mondiale dell’UNESCO è un’esperienza diversa da qualsiasi altra. Non è solo per passare una notte in un hotelit’s per diventare parte di un luogo pieno di storia, cultura e bellezza senza tempo. C'è qualcosa di davvero magico sull'architettura che ha fatto il test del tempo: ogni dettaglio sembra raccontare una storia, e l'atmosfera porta un senso di eleganza e di eredità che il lusso moderno non può semplicemente ricreare. Ciò che rende questa esperienza così speciale è l'opportunità di rallentare, apprezzare la bellezza dell'ambiente e immaginare le innumerevoli storie che queste mura hanno assistito nel corso degli anni. Per me, il vero lusso non è sempre sull’eccessivagonza; a volte è sull’autenticità, sulla storia e sul privilegio di vivere qualcosa che non può essere riprodotto. Un soggiorno davvero memorabile e un bel ricordo che alcune delle esperienze di viaggio più straordinarie sono quelle che ci collegano al passato. ✨

L'hotel è vicino alla chiesa e alla baia, è vicino alle negozi, ma poi è piuttosto difficile trovare prima e piuttosto difficile arrivare là quando si dispone di coz tante bagagli la macchina non può accedere all'interno coz è all'interno di una piccola strada. La stanza ha una bella vista e puzza così bene (ma è troppo forte). In qualche modo è pulita ma ho visto un piccolo cazzo. Il wifi non può raggiungere la nostra stanza nemmeno se la nostra stanza è solo al primo piano. In generale era tutto a posto. Il letto è così comodo e le mutandine. Ma il coz è così strano che si dovrebbe essere una grande per 1 grande letto e per coppie, ma poi il cot è due piccole e sono separati. E anche lo specchio, non mi piace quando lo specchio è riflessibile nel letto. Per fengshui non è sano coz ti farà malato. Ma in generale, l'hotel è buono e il prezzo è piuttosto costoso. La piscina è solo ok.

È stato un prenotazione urgente perché il nostro hotel originale non aveva la nostra prenotazione. Di solito passano un considerevole tempo attraverso recensioni ecc, ma con il Palazzo Azzurro (hotel?) è stato un caso di necessità. Purtroppo, anche se avevamo prenotato un doppio deluxe, non corrispondeva a camere deluxe simili a 4 stelle. Appreciate che fossimo quasi nel centro della divisione, con spazio a premio, ma la vista di una piccola valle con graffiti un minibar vuoto, non nemmeno collegato, una luce di buio irritante, penso dalla a/c che assicurava la stanza non era completamente buio. Dopo aver cercato di chiudere senza successo, andai alla ricezione, che aveva un numero telefonico da chiamare, e mi rinunciai e volevo buttargli una tovagliola. Anche senza bar, anche se ci sono pochi in pochi minuti. Delusione generale.
