The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy. The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

Posto fantastico, davvero pulito e spazioso. Tante cose da fare. Consiglio di arrivare in auto perché dista circa 1 ora e 1 ora e 20 minuti da Alessandria. Inoltre, prenotate l'hotel tra luglio e fine agosto. C'è una piscina interna riscaldata e una piscina esterna con acqua fredda, oltre a una spiaggia, una palestra, una sauna e una jacuzzi, ma quando ci sono stato io la jacuzzi e la sauna non erano in funzione o disponibili. Hanno una sala con due piccoli tavoli da biliardo, un campo da calcio all'aperto, un campo da basket e un campo da tennis/badminton. Parco acquatico, intrattenimento serale. La signora Sara alla reception è stata molto disponibile e professionale. La sua ospitalità è stata eccezionale, credo fosse la direttrice. Mi ha persino permesso di fare il check-out posticipato senza costi aggiuntivi, ma tutto il personale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale. L'hotel è molto spazioso e le camere sono altrettanto spaziose. Il cibo era buono, ma niente di eccezionale.

Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.
