Egitto: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Governatorato di Matruh

Questa è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto in questa proprietà, e continua a superare le mie aspettative. Ho scelto la sala di vista del mare in questa volta, e il paesaggio è davvero indescritbile; la bellezza della vista è qualcosa che dovete sperimentare personalmente. Il servizio rimane di prima classe in tutto il tavolo. Vorrei espressamente lodare Moataz al suo ufficio di fronte per il suo professionalismo e la sua classe. Inoltre, un altro Moataz al salone esterno è stato eccezionale. È l'epitomo del servizio autentico e crea un'atmosfera magnifica per ogni ospite. La sua capacità di collegarsi con le persone mantenendo un alto livello di ospite è impressionante e ha chiaramente le qualità di leader di un manager. Raccomando molto questo hotel per chiunque cerca un soggiorno perfetto.

Staff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy. The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Il resort è generalmente pulito e ben tenuto. Le camere che abbiamo prenotato erano spaziose e hanno una bella vista sulla spiaggia. La colazione è buona, ma la qualità e la cucina potrebbero essere migliori. La spiaggia non è grande, ma c'erano sempre posti disponibili. L'acqua è calma e calda (a settembre) poiché si tratta di una baia artificiale, non di mare aperto, il che la rende molto adatta alle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Questo è un vantaggio, dato che in molti giorni il Mediterraneo può essere alto e non balneabile. Il fondale marino presenta sabbia nera con un cattivo odore, ma generalmente è coperto e non si nota direttamente. Il principale svantaggio è la posizione. Si trova a circa 30 minuti di auto dal centro città, con praticamente nessun servizio nelle vicinanze. Bisogna chiamare un taxi o avere un'auto per spostarsi. Tuttavia, se avete bisogno di cibo, potete chiedere alla reception, poiché potrebbe essere necessario qualcuno che parli arabo. Infine, il personale è molto cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutare.

L'hotel è bellissimo. Negativi: • La mia prenotazione non è apparsa nel loro sistema, e sembravano sorpresi che avessi prenotato via Trip. • I dovevo aspettare per più di un'ora. • Sinceramente, sperava che quando la signora Sarah chiedesse una cabana vicino alla piscina e alle giochi d'acqua, sarebbe stato un caldo benvenuto, ma purtroppo la mia richiesta non era soddisfatta. • Bambini al di sotto di 12 soggiorni gratis. • Le attività dell'hotel sono deboli, ma ci sono giochi d'acqua per i bambini. • La spiaggia è bella. • The hotel’s location is far from the main attractions. • Adeguato per un soggiorno di soli due o tre giorni.

Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

Molto buon hotel, abbiamo soggiornato loro per 3 notti di letto e colazione. L'hotel è abbastanza nuovo, l'amministrazione è nuova e ancora insegnante ma le camere erano fantastiche. Nuovi TV con buon internet, accesso alla spiaggia è stato anche grande. Non era pieno di gente e si trova sempre un posto per sedersi sulla spiaggia. Il cibo sul colazione e la cena erano sempre diversi ogni giorno. Uno dei piccoli è che i dolci non erano sempre freschi né le bacche. Penso che con più carico sull'hotel questo possa essere risolto, ma perché il numero di abitanti è piccolo, si stavano prestando meno attenzione a questi dettagli. In generale è un grande luogo per soggiornare con una splendida spiaggia.

المكان جميل بكل تفاصيله .. الشالية تبعد بضع خطوات من البحر حيث يمكنك النوم على اصوات الموج بكل وضح اثناء الليل .. المرافق نظيفة وهنالك اهتمام يومي بتنظيف المرافق لراحة النزلاء.. الشاطىء يتم تنظيفة حرفياً بشكل يومي من الاعشاب ويتم تقليب الرمل لجعله نظيف ومتألق كل يوم والموظفين يقدمون لك مياه بارده في حافظات الثلج ودروس لتمدد لجعل استمتاعك يصل لاعلى الدرجات… كما يوجد ملعب بادل برسوم اضافية لعشاق البادل.. تنوع المطاعم الكفيهات داخل الفندق يغنيك كثير من الاحيان عن الذهاب للمارينا حيث يوجد العديد من الخيارات سواءاً مطاعم او مقاهي او سوبرماركت وبعض محلات الازياء.. كل شيء رائع ويفوق الوصف.. اخيراً وليس اخراً اشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن الضيافة وخصوصاً الاخت كارولين

L'hotel è molto bello, pulito e ben mantenuto. La sua posizione è eccellente, con molti ristoranti a piedi, che lo rendevano molto conveniente. La spiaggia è tuttavia molto piccola e le attività sportive acquatiche operano molto vicino alla zona di nuoto, che prendono una grande parte della spiaggia, rendendola rumorosa e meno piacevole per gli ospiti che vogliono semplicemente rilassarsi e nuotare. Il personale era generalmente amichevole, ma ho trovato che il gruppo di ricezione era meno utile di quanto si potesse aspettare. In generale, ho mischiato sentimenti su questo hotel. Anche se mi sono divertito molti aspetti del mio soggiorno, non credo di scegliere di restare qui di nuovo.
