La posizione è ottima, a soli dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, oppure a cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus per Boscombe o Bournemouth (che in dieci minuti passa solo ogni mezz'ora, sembra essere sempre in ritardo e smette di circolare verso le 18:30, quindi è meglio pianificare con attenzione, oppure optare per un comodo taxi - solo 6 sterline per Boscombe). L'hotel è pulito e ordinato, ma il personale della reception che ho incontrato era scontroso e poco disponibile, i letti erano pessimi (si sentivano tutte le molle, ho dovuto imbottirli con due coperte per riuscire a dormire, per fortuna faceva molto caldo quindi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno) e purtroppo la nostra finestra era rotta, quindi non potevo isolarmi dal rumore delle persone che entravano e uscivano dall'hotel proprio sotto la finestra. Tuttavia, l'uomo che è stato mandato a riparare la finestra è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, e ha rispettato la mia richiesta di parlare a bassa voce e in silenzio per non disturbare mio figlio autistico che stava cercando di addormentarsi. E alla fine ha riparato la finestra. Per fortuna ci fermavamo solo una notte, quindi, nonostante il letto scomodo, ci tornerei volentieri per un altro breve soggiorno a basso costo.

I recently stayed at The Bath Hotel Beaumont from 25th to 26th April, where we had booked two standard rooms with windows. Unfortunately, the experience was quite inconsistent. One of the rooms was very good, clean, and comfortable. However, the second room was extremely disappointing and in poor condition. It was significantly below expectations, especially considering both rooms were booked under the same category. I would strongly advise avoiding the smaller standard rooms, as the quality seems to vary greatly. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The spa and swimming pool facilities are also good; however, it should be clearly noted that these come at an additional cost per person, which is not communicated transparently at the time of booking. Parking is available but costs around £25 per day. Unfortunately, the service associated with this was very poor. Our car was parked under a tree and was left covered in bird droppings. When we raised this concern, the staff were unhelpful and stated they did not have the manpower to clean it. Instead, we were given cleaning supplies and expected to clean the car ourselves, which is highly unprofessional given the price charged. Additionally, the valet service was unreliable. On multiple occasions, we had to wait 15–20 minutes for our car, and twice we ended up retrieving it ourselves after being told to wait. This defeats the purpose of a paid valet service. The staff, particularly at reception, came across as rude and unprofessional, especially when handling complaints. For a hotel of this standard, the lack of basic service, including room service or an efficient call service, was surprising. Overall, while the location and some facilities are good, the inconsistency in room quality and poor customer service significantly impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

Situazione fantastica per shopping, spiaggia e Centro internazionale di Bournemouth. Il personale è carino, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli.

Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.

Entry from the car park to level -2 with stairs or lift access to Reception at level 0; (Additional access direct to street via a few steps at level 0 too); Check in was very quick with a short form to sign / append car registration if using the hotel's car park; Unfortunately 1 lift was out of order for the duration of our stay but there were very few times we noted the other lift was already in use; From here we had to traverse the complete length of the hotel to our room at the other end with stairs up and down, to find our room with window looking out over the laundry delivery area but some views of the sky still possible; By the admission of the staff, the hotel is (over)due a refurbishment and the whole place looks tired and worn, although noted to be clean; However shower cubicle in the room was plenty big enough, and the light-up mirror over the sink was good. The mixer tap on the hand basin appears to be plumbed L/R opposite to the markings on the tap; Plenty of plug sockets in the room, some with USB sockets. A big plus was the breakfast which was plentiful and efficiently overseen and served; Choices included standard cooked, cereals, fruit, etc with juices and hot beverages; No dinner was served but the hotel is is close proximity to several other venues within a 10-15min walk into the town centre; Also very close by is the BIC and the Pier / Seafront is less than 10 min walk; The Pool / Gym / Sauna is not very large but adequate and while the Hot Tub was warm with very vigorous jets, the Sauna was quite cool at the time of visiting. All in all, a nice enough place for a couple of nights, quiet and relaxing, with attentive staff.

Doppia vista sul mare con balcone. Camera da letto spaziosa con bel posto a sedere. Pulizia e in buona ordine decorativo. Camera confortevole, legno di qualità. Bella finestra originale in metallo e porta francese aperta su un vasto balcone. Purtroppo, la vista del mare sembrava essere quando guardava a sinistra dalla fine del balcone e non dalla camera da letto. Bagno ben progettato, pulizie belle e i bagni Elemis di qualità, ma potrebbe beneficiare di una pulizia profonda e un lick di pittura. Spazi pubblici assolutamente favolosi, non «date», come suggeriscono alcune recensioni, ma mobili e attrezzature adeguatamente in linea con lo stile e il periodo dell'edificio. Piscina esterna e spa indoor. Molte aree di seggiolino esterno. Piazza forestale estensiva dietro l'hotel. Solo pochi minuti a piedi a Knoll Beach, attraverso i vasti luoghi dell'hotel (compresi i corti da tennis e un campo da golf) proprio lungo la strada. Non ci sono informazioni su nessuno di questi splendidi servizi, o in realtà nulla, nella nostra camera da letto. Inoltre, nessuna informazione su Wi-Fi, nessuna informazione sulle ore del colazione, nessuna informazione su come contattare anche la ricezione telefonica fornita in camera ... The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was left down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the next day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated dalla stessa cucina.

Hotel stupendo, grande posizione. Tutto era fantastico. La piccola cosa è la stanza 109 ha una piccola finestra congelata senza vista. Quando si apre ad un muro sporco, non l'abbiamo lasciata aperta, perché il vermin potrebbe entrare nella stanza. Abbiamo anche menzionato che era un quarantasimo giorno, ma nessuna estensione non nemmeno una nota.

La posizione era eccellente, la camera d'albergo, lobby e piscina erano molto puliti e confortevoli, la camera era spaziosa, luminosa, con letti confortevoli, il bagno era buono . La piscina era molto buona e piacevole avere questo in hotel. La colazione è stata eccellente con una vasta gamma di opzioni, ci è piaciuto questo .

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente.A pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Bournemouth e dalla spiaggia di Boscombe. Il personale è stato anche molto utile. Tuttavia, l'hotel ha certamente bisogno di un aggiornamento. Tappeti chiusi, docce di bagno cremose. Anche le tue asciugamani non erano pulite. Nella vasca di calore ci diede fan, che non hanno dato alcun raffreddamento, a meno che non si sieda a 20 cm dal fan. Quando chiesemo un altro fan, ci chiedevano di prendere da soli dalla ricezione. L'ordine di cibo era solo fino alle 8:00, che a nessuno in vacanza bancaria lunedì e le informazioni non erano state fornite in anticipo.Il colazione era ok. La vista dalle nostre stanze era eccellente, ma è questo che riguarda.
