I had a good stay with my girlfriend at The Tytherington. The only thing we were unhappy with was the food. It took about 1 hour to receive our food, and we were also told different information about the Kitchen closure time. Likely, we could give our order on time, but someone who was served after us was not able to. It seemed that on the day we visited, the kitchen staff was either short-staffed or had other issues. The staff behind the counter looked inexperienced, with only 1 or 2 who knew what to do, though they had too much to do already and couldn't assist. The view from their garden was great, over their golf pitch.

Very nice hotel, front desk staff very friendly & efficient on check in. Was a bit of a confusing walk to the lift in the adjacent building, where room was situated the first time locating room, did also give some direction to other guests who were struggling to find lift. Rooms & beds were very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom with separate bath & shower & soap & shampoo dispensers. Did inform front desk on check out that the shower door would not close properly, who made a note of it for maintenance to rectify. The water pressure in shower was poor, so not much spillage through the non closing door. Didn’t eat in as meeting friends for food, but did see some of the meals on offer & looked very nice. I would not hesitate in staying again & hopefully try something from the menu as well.

Arrived at reception to a 30min wait due lots of people trying to book in and only two receptionists at the desk and one of these was dealing with problems. Which spoilt the start to our break. Once we arrived in our room which was above the restaurant we found the room 4133 outdated with veneer on the wardrobe peeling off. This is not what we would have expected from the reviews we had read. reference the leisure complex swimming pool. which was clean but we found no instructions on how to operate the lockers and had to wait until someone came in. The breakfast and bar area are excellent. generally Very disappointed.

Good location. Really nice hotel. Self check in available. Swimming pool was great. Breakfast was bit disappointing for this sort of hotel. Just basic English breakfast. No option of fresh vegetables and cheese.

Ci deve essere più scelta alimentare. Manutenzione IE cambia o riparazioni alle porte o radiatori non dovrebbero essere portati mentre gli ospiti sono rilassati, lavorano o hanno un sonno tardivo. In 2 occasioni il personale di manutenzione ha lavorato per diverse ore rovinando il mio soggiorno. Molto rumoroso.

Hotel lovely , room was ok twin quiet small but adequate, nice walk in shower , breakfast was nice and hot good selection, really nice golf course which i Played photos attached

Ottimo albergo Dietro l'hotel c'è un fiume... ottimo per una passeggiata mattutina! Mi piace.

The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D
