L'hotel era davvero bello, ci siamo fermati lì per una notte. Ci siamo sentiti un po' lontano dal centro città.  c'è un'utilizzazione della cucina ma non abbiamo sentito la necessità. Il personale della reception era in generale bello. They could’ve been a little more welcome and warm especially at check in, we felt language was a bit of a barrier.

Meer dan fantastisch!
Vanwege het slechte weer kwamen we later aan dan gepland. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen.
Eten en iets te drinken nog bestellen was ook geen enkele moeite. Het eten was top.
De kamer was geweldig met prachtig uitzicht! Zeer schoon ook!
Het ontbijt was ook niks op aan te merken. Volop keuze, alles was vers en met zorg bereid.
Als je met een hond reist, heb je achter het hotel ook een mooi wandelgebied.

L'hotel ha svolto la sua funzione. L'arredamento è un po' datato. La doccia è spaventosa, ma accettabile. Il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Il cibo era accettabile.

Habitación limpia, muy básica, muy pequeña, baño como de camarote de barco porque es muy pequeño. Tenia olor a humedad, aunque estaba todo limpio. Personal correcto. Solo para una emergencia y dormir. Cerca de la carretera. A lado hay un supermercado muy completo. Cumple con su función.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto lontana, in alto, andare alla Sala d'arte di Luon circa venti minuti, un po' lontana, tornare indietro per tutta la strada!
Le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente nuove, la camera è grande, il letto è molto comodo, la stanza è alta sul retro, non può andare lontano dalla città, se vivere in una città lontana davanti sentirà meglio!
La colazione è buona, è molto delicata, la borsa di foglie di tè è kusmi, il gusto è buono, il caffè è buono, c'è pesce sandwich, salsa, formaggio ecc. Sono molto delicati!

Nous avons passez un agréable week end , chambre très propre , petit déjeuner au top avec beaucoup de choix , très bien accueilli par le personnel , pour le spa la piscine peu chauffé et nous avons pas pu profitez du sauna petit problème technique mais je recommande cet hôtel ☺️

La posizione e l'alloggio erano molto belle, soprattutto il bagno. Il servizio era molto amichevole ma alcuni avevano un limite inglese. Il ristorante era molto buono, ma il servizio era un po' lento.

L'hotel era pulito e tranquillo.
Il personale della reception è stato davvero gentile, anche se ho fatto la stessa domanda due volte.
Parlava inglese ed è stato gentile con me.
Non c'è l'asciugacapelli e la TV non è dotata di connessione Bluetooth.
Si trova un po' lontano dal centro città, a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro.

SShawnHere's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant.
Pros:
- Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town.
- Helpful staff
- Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm
- Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit)
- Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub
- Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags
- Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces.
Cons:
- Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross.
- Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in.
- Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed.
- Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high.
- Parking spaces were limited.
- Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from.
- Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

SShawnAbbiamo prenotato questo hotel perché era in un castello e sembrava romantico e unico.Tuttavia, non c'erano molti dettagli in generale. In primo luogo, evitare il ristorante a tutti i costi, anche se il tre tavolo di corsa era solo €29. La preparazione e la qualità dei cibi erano terribili. Vedere le foto allegate.Il salmone che avevo cotto era stato supercotto da salmone congelato e le verdure erano probabilmente verdure congelate che erano cotte a funghi e non più verdi. Il risotto era solo ricoperto di risotto in una crema strana e aveva un po'di pollo insapore in cima.
E' evidente che hanno bisogno di più personale, poiché il nostro ricevitore si raddoppiava come cameriera, e abbiamo notato che ci sono aspettative e difetti in servizio.
La camera era compatta e pulita, ma non avevano dettagli. Per esempio, le attrezzature e gli apparecchi erano la varietà più economica possibile e non corrispondevano al Luxe sensazione che l'hotel andava. La posizione è leggermente fuori città e a 20 minuti a piedi da tutti i principali siti della città antica.
Le terre erano tese e molto belle in foto.

UUtente ospiteIf you want to experience La vraie vie de chateau (a real life a a castle owner) this is your choice. Only 5 rooms available, very private, feels like you are in your own chateau… fabulous park and setting around the main building, was told there are other separate “mini” houses in the park , and you can go watch the horses…. And admire the view on the valley.
Our room: we booked the round bedroom … the center bedroom on the 1st floor…. Fabulous place, need a bit of upgrade in the bathroom… if anything… but seriously felt like a châtelain… as we reached early, we were welcomed by one of the sons of the owners who took us around the private wing, “his house”, and told us everything about the mansion history as well as hotel business. A great interaction with a friendly castle owner and businessman. They also have a snooker, a gym and sauna…. I mean… what else do you want!!!
We had to go out for dinner (at L’Hermitage) which the owner booked for us.
Breakfastwas served in the salons…. Stylish French dépit déjeuner, served by a dynamic, friendly and frank lady.
Just go. Dont hesitate.

UUtente ospiteThis was our first stay with B&B Hotels, and the first of 5 bidet hotel stays during a two week road trip around France.
The B&B hotel in Alençon stood out for several reasons. The availability of EV charging stations was a real bonus and made our journey much easier. The staff on site were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, quite a contrast to our experience of many of the other budget hotels.
Staff suggested we ate in neighbouring restaurant where we got a 20% discount. Even though it had gone 9pm. Restaurant were happy to accept us and our discount was applied.
Breakfast was another highlight: hot, well-prepared, and consistently replenished, which made for a great start to each day. Our room was also noticeably more spacious than the one we had in Toulouse, and the shower was excellent, with plenty of space, strong water pressure, and reliably hot water.
What really made this stay memorable, however, was the staff. Across all five B&B Hotels we stayed in the week, the team here in Alençon were by far the most engaged, attentive, and customer-focused.

MmarcryuThe location is the best. It's the first hotel before the bridge to Mont Saint-Michel and the shuttle bus service that takes you there is just outside the hotel.
This room on the first floor had a view of barrage, it's clean and functional, but looks really tired and dated. The room is really warm with the flat roof structure outside the windows trapping all the heat.
We had 2 furbabies and it was great the hotel is pet friendly. Dinner with the halfboard option was pretty good but our preferred choice was not available due to a large tour group having dined before us.
Breakfast had a good spread, with a splendid view of Mont Saint-Michel. It's really pricey for what it is.

Benvenuti alla reception quando ci siamo accolti prima di quanto previsto. Abbiamo ricevuto consigli turistici per andare in giro e hanno tenuto le nostre valigie. Purtroppo non abbiamo ottenuto il parcheggio perché erano pieni.. tutto riservato (NB: trip.com non ha mai discusso che dovevamo prenotare il parcheggio, questo è qualcosa di Accor e Trip.com dovrebbe discutere, perché ora è il nostro 2° incontro di questo problema.... Venendo dalla Malaysia e noleggiando una macchina, Non è utile... non avevamo idea di dovevamo prenotare il parcheggio)
La camera da letto era molto bello, bel balcone ma piccola bagno... soprattutto visto il posto del bagno.... divertente. Ma non preoccuparti. Bella copertina della camera da letto e dell'hotel... temato su Christian Dior e moda, ci piaceva ☺️
La colazione finale e la sua posizione: bella. La vista sul mare è davvero buona, i mobili sono ben scelti, e il cibo è buono. Per la prima volta vedo un «faccia le tue uova sul lato soleggiato » posto in un hotel, che era freddo.

UUtente ospiteHotel itself is a great place for a night, however despite informing the hotel twice via email and on original booking form, i was given a first floor room, despite requesting a ground floor as i was travelling with my 84 year old mother, who has difficulty in negotiating stairs and no elevator was available, so despite the hotel being great, i won’t be staying there again as it’s unreliable to honour requests, very disappointing.

JJoe the world citizenL'hotel si trova all'interno del cancello. Offre un parcheggio al costo di 12,50 €, molto più conveniente del parcheggio esterno. Il personale può fornire il codice per entrare nel cancello. C'è una navetta per Mont Saint-Michel proprio fuori dall'hotel ogni 10 minuti fino all'1:00. La camera è pulita e confortevole. Tuttavia, la moquette esterna è un po' vecchia. Mi ha ricordato un motel negli Stati Uniti. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno ed è molto comodo per visitare Mont Saint-Michel.

UUtente ospiteIl mio amico e io viaggiamo in Francia per qualche settimana. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel sulla base di recensioni e prezzo. È un buon posto per guidare a Omaha Beach e la zona circostante. Ci sono stati una camera con letto di grandezza re, un bagno molto grande con una doccia meravigliosa e un tubo separato grande, caffè gratuito, tè e acqua forniti nella stanza e un piccolo frigorifero con snack e bevande disponibili a un prezzo modesto. Le letti erano molto confortevoli e il tempo della stanza era grande. Molto tranquillo e parcheggio gratuito. La cosa migliore era Julia, la persona del personale del desk front. Servizio straordinario e assistenza con tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno, compresa la prenotazione di cibo thailandese da un ristorante locale perché il ristorante è stato chiuso domenica notte e lunedì notte, le due notti che eravamo li'. Lei merita un GIANT Grazie e una Gold Star! Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì se tornassi in Francia.

UUtente ospiteWe reached Erawan pretty late, at dark, in a snow day. Because communication channel with Trip.com did g allow the owner to reach us (phone nor email), we reached an empty, closed venue. Which I have to stay is pretty upsetting when it is -2 outside. However, after few phone calls, and relevant explanations, we got welcomed warmly by the owner and the neighbor business owner and we moved in accordingly. Thank you to the neighbor businessman to help us carry our heavy luggage till the 2nd floor!!
Beautiful house and deco; beautiful bedroom BUT, extremely cold toilet and bathroom (supposed to be a hammam??? We never found the way to turn it into a hammam…. It is gorgeous…. But… damn cold!)
Again, the house is very beautifully decorated which was so nice to experiment for breakfast. Do try this place which bedrooms names are themed on Thailand! :-)
