Portogallo: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Distretto di Lisbona

Le camere e l'hotel in generale sono molto puliti, moderni e confortevoli. Forniscono shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma, e offrono gratuitamente acqua, tè e caffè, il che lo rende un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tuttavia, ci sono problemi con il servizio. Durante la notte si è verificata una perdita d'acqua dal condizionatore e, nonostante li avessi contattati tramite WhatsApp, ho dovuto aspettare un'ora per ricevere una risposta. Mi hanno offerto di cambiare camera, ma ho rifiutato perché era notte fonda. Tuttavia, non sono stato ricontattato né ho ricevuto conferma della perdita. Non ho ricevuto alcun supporto o assistenza. Sebbene gli asciugamani di ricambio siano self-service, ne ho usato uno per asciugare la perdita e, quando sono andato a prenderne un altro il giorno dopo, ne era rimasto solo uno. Inoltre, c'erano escrementi attaccati al pavimento della camera. Dato che la camera era così pulita e confortevole, il servizio e il modo in cui sono stati gestiti i problemi sono stati estremamente spiacevoli. Capisco che non ci sia una reception, ma dovrebbero comunque essere più scrupolosi nella gestione dei problemi. Non soggiornerò mai più in questa catena alberghiera.

L'hotel è incredibile in tutti gli aspetti! È nel mezzo del terminale di crociera e dell'aeroporto. Il Metro è vicino, e 4 fermate per andare al centro della città. L'hotel è molto nuovo, spazioso e pulito. Il colazione è fantastico con un prezzo così basso di €8 (caffeina è di buona qualità e si può anche ordinare latte, cappuccino o mocha gratuitamente). Il personale dell'hotel e del ristorante sono tutti super amici. Il fulmine mostra alle 10 pm ogni giorno è molto bello.

L'hotel non si trova in centro città, ma a dieci minuti a piedi c'è una stazione della metropolitana, il che rende facile raggiungere il centro storico. Essendo fuori città, prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto è molto comodo. La colazione dell'hotel è eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di opzioni e di buona qualità, oltre a un servizio eccezionale. SANA è una catena alberghiera portoghese, quindi la qualità e il servizio sono generalmente affidabili. L'hotel si trova proprio sulla rotta di volo, ma le camere sono ben insonorizzate, il che lo rende un luogo fantastico per osservare e fotografare gli aerei.

The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

Le donne delle pulizie sono molto gentili e i servizi sono abbastanza puliti. Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti e ogni appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Forse sarebbe opportuno che la persona che ti aiuta con il check-in virtuale dimostrasse un po' più di empatia. Dopo tutto è andato tutto bene, tornerei sicuramente.

L'Hotel VIP Grand Lisboa si trova a circa 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Campo Pequeno, che è la linea gialla. Non è lontano dall'aeroporto, circa 10 minuti in taxi. È anche facile raggiungere il centro città o l'aeroporto con la metropolitana. C'è un bel ristorante nell'hotel. Puoi anche trovare alcuni piccoli ristoranti nelle vicinanze e un'area ristorazione a Sagres Campo Pequeno. La camera è spaziosa con vasca. Forniscono una bottiglia d'acqua ogni giorno, ma non c'è un bollitore per far bollire l'acqua e non forniscono bustine di caffè o tè. Per un hotel a quattro stelle, il numero di articoli da toeletta e asciugamani forniti quotidianamente è piuttosto incoerente. Ci sono molti posti auto sulla strada fuori dall'hotel, ma non c'è un posto specifico per il trasferimento dei taxi. La piscina all'aperto è chiusa nel mese di dicembre. Nel complesso, non è una cattiva scelta.

La modalità informativa del servizio recessione è fantastica, ma la nostra fonte di consulenza è stata eccellente ed è stato il carismatico e molto attento dipendente brasiliano, complimenti! Proprietà ben posizionata, nel cuore di Sítio Estrela, ma tranquilla, piacevole con ottimi servizi, vicino ai trasporti (Belém, Alcântarade alla porta della reception) e (supermercato, bar a soli 50 metri di distanza). L'importanza della sicurezza degli ospiti, con oggetti, identificazione e dispositivi di sicurezza per contrastare gli incidenti. Contatto diretto con ricezione remota all'ingresso, e non l'ho più usato, abbiamo visto un citofono accanto alla TV. Letti, altri dispositivi elettronici e stoviglie lasciano ogni stanza in svantaggio! ottimo per rilassarsi e godersi del buon vino e riflettere sulla vita. Tutto sommato, abbiamo adorato il viaggio verso le attrazioni turistiche, il centro di Da Estrela, la Basilica e alcune piazze con diverse famiglie portoghesi, dove è ancora preservata l'identità del Portogallo. The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

La camera è piuttosto spaziosa e silenziosa, il servizio è ottimo, la colazione è abbondante e il cheeseburger al bar della hall è delizioso. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, con comodi mezzi di trasporto. Se amate passeggiare in città, potete raggiungere il centro in più di 40 minuti, come Liberty Avenue.

Letti matrimoniali, i bambini sono grandi e dormire separatamente dagli adulti è molto adatto; le piccole parole dei bambini sono anche buone.La zona commerciale principale sottostante è molto conveniente per mangiare cibo cinese e andare al parco océanico molto vicino.
