Cipro: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Distretto di Famagosta

Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

Avevo grandi aspettative da questo hotel e, onestamente, ero un po' deluso. Abbiamo solo un colazione, ma il cibo non era diverso, ogni mattina le stesse cose, molto poca selezione di frutta. Ho soggiornato in un hotel a 4 stelle prima di questo e il cibo era molto meglio e molto frutta. Divertimento molto povero, anche mini disco per bambini un grande disappunto, la selezione musicale molto sgustosa per bambini (club music). La pulizia della stanza durante il giorno era molto breve (non quello che si aspetta da un hotel 5 stelle). Non molto spazio per asciugare i vestiti e le tovalette sul balcone. Le cose che mi piacevano in questo hotel sono la progettazione della stanza e la zona della piscina. Anche il fatto che siamo stati così vicini alla spiaggia di Nisi.

The Hotel's aquapark / water slides were not operational during our staying and I was told they're not in service this season, though it was not mentioned in their website, and we chose this hotel because of the water park for the kids. However! the staff in the reception were so nice, friendly and helpfull! an extraordinary service! In addition, we booked half baord and found out that the hotel cooperates with a near by Italian fusion restaurant thaT happened to be astonishing! Highly recommanded!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Uno straordinario soggiorno all'Oasis Sunrise Abbiamo appena avuto il soggiorno più incredibile a Oasis Sunrise. Tutti i membri del personale sono stati così amichevoli, attenti e veramente impegnati a rendere la nostra vacanza speciale. Dall’equipaggio del ristorante, che manteneva tutto inspotto e le piastrelle di pulizia così efficienti, al personale di intrattenimento e di bar che ha reso l’esperienza davvero inoltrabile, non potevamo chiedere di più. Il cibo è stato uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto in un hotel, con così tanta varietà e costantemente alta qualità. Oltre a un grande cibo all'hotel, vi dà anche la possibilità di cenare fuori dall'hotel due volte durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti, a una scelta di 4 ristoranti diversi sul ***** che è stato a circa 5 minuti a piedi, Abbiamo visitato il ristorante asiatico di Lemongrass e il ristorante italiano di Marcello e il cibo in entrambi questi ristoranti erano davvero di alta qualità e il personale era ancora bellissimo Anche se ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato era meraviglioso, vorremmo dare una menzione speciale a pochi che si sono davvero espressi: • Nisan e Roy al bar principale – sono sempre così benvenuti, attenti e pieno di energia. • Raj al bar piscina – servizio brillante e una presenza così amichevole. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids' disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy alla reception – sempre felice, utile e felice di aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. L'intera squadra di Oasis Sunrise ha fatto una nostra vacanza per ricordare. Non possiamo ringraziarli abbastanza e consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque cerca un fantastico, accogliente e divertente soggiorno.

Positives are location and staff. It then goes down hill dramatically. This property has a ”down” on 3rd party bookings such as Trip. The hotel, as shown in all brochures and publicity, is lovely. However, as a 3rd party booking, you are allocated to the original, nearly 40 year blocks at the rear - NO REFERENCE OR MENTION OF THESE ON THEIR WEBSITE!! They are definitely inferior, which explains the large amount of complaints on a daily basis, by many other people. The answer is always, ”the hotel is full” so try another day to move. So my advice is to avoid the property and spend a little more on quality of property. It's a classic, make your booking based on lovely pictures of rooms you will NEVER see. That's called deception and verging on fraud by all parties. After 18 hours of 'fighting the hotel directly' and using Trip customer services, did my allocated room become livable. However, more problems occurred with a non working kettle and then leaking shower. My advice is simple, steer clear of this establishment. Although the manager we dealt with ”fixed” our issues, never once was an apology. This speaks volumes!! I strongly believe there are loads of fake reviews(on TripAdvisor) with 5 star reviews and a couple of lines of rubbish, such as the food was big portions, same day posting from 5 ”different” reviewers!! Finally the breakfast buffet was cold every day and also ran out of butter portions. Parking is on a side street, 1st come, 1st served basis. We're glad to be home. Cyprus lovely, Ayia Napa lovely, Anthea is rubbish.

The best beach and sea in the cyprus..like a aquarium, pure clean water like a pool..l do visit this hotel for 10 years left always happy, distances small not like other places like a football stadium walking and walking within the hotel..room, lobby beach. recommend highlt and love this place

Ovviamente, l'hotel non è nuovo, ma ci sono molti vantaggi per ogni minus (e non molti) ci sono. Il territorio è pensato così, nonostante il numero elevato di ospiti, nessuno è difficile interferire tra loro. Tutte le camere del palazzo principale con vista sul mare, ma la metà di loro andavano anche all'azienda, in uno di questi al terzo piano, vivevamo. Era rumoroso dalle tubature che vi erano. Il balcone doveva essere usato solo per la secchezza dei vestiti. Anche se le conoscenze che vivevano più lontano da noi sul corridoio 5-room hanno detto che erano tranquilli. Ma ci sono molti luoghi con belle viste. E grazie alla presenza di un pierre e la posizione delle piscine, è possibile risalire al sole fino al sorgere del sole. La camera è una camera sicura, il minibar è incluso. Il personale è molto, la zona è pulita. L'animazione è buona, tutto il giorno può essere fatto se vuoi. La cena è diversa, deliziosa, le bevande sono di qualità, il marchio è incluso. I gelati, cocktail di latte, noci, ecc .... frigoriferi con acqua e Iran sono convenientemente situati in tutto il territorio. Tutte incluse possono essere usate fino alla sera del giorno di partenza, anche il giorno di arrivo indossare un braccialetto immediatamente prima del soggiorno.Il taxi che può essere ordinato all'hotel a Erjan Airport vale 2800 lire, è costoso. Andando per 2000 lire, i locali hanno ordinato un taxi. In generale, una grande opzione per il riposo familiare per un denaro ragionevole.

Arrivammo all'hotel molto prima dell'ora di check-in, chiedendoci se potessimo controllare prima dell'ora prevista, e il servo di guardia ci rispose con fermezza che era impossibile. Nel frattempo chiesemo di prendere i vestiti per la piscina, e di nuovo ci fu detto di no; un po’ più tardi, un altro stupendo cameriere arrivava e spiegava che avrebbe fatto tutto il possibile per portarci una stanza il prima possibile, e noi abbiamo portato la stanza presto. La stessa clef del cazzo continuava a fare un viso ogni volta che passavamo dalla ricezione, la stanza che abbiamo trovato era una stanza vicino alla piscina, una stanza in generale bello, un po’ piccola e per lo più buia. Inoltre, vorremmo notare la pulizia della piscina e della stanza. Ci siamo chiesti di prendere degli asciugamani e li abbiamo. Il cibo non è cattivo, molto diverso. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il ristorante attaccato all'hotel, al cibo, all'atmosfera e al servizio. Il parcheggio è disponibile all'hotel e l'abbiamo usato. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino alla spiaggia e la camminata lungo la spiaggia. L'hotel è vicino alla strada shopping e ristoranti.

Noi vorremmo tornare. Hotel familiare cosi' bello per i fine settimana tranquilli, ma non per le giovani aziende. Più: la stanza era pronta prima del check-in e hanno notato che uno di noi ha un compleanno, così hanno dato frutta e bottiglia di vino come complimento, Wi-Fi, anche. La stanza era bella e pulita. Il ristorante ha abbastanza differenze, anche il colazione ha tante opzioni per mangiare. In generale, ogni pasto era grande, al pranzo hanno anche un cibo di mare. Personale indiano a volte non capisce se menzionano scherzi brutti e poi aspettano una buona conversazione con loro. Ma dopo alcune scherzi ho perso qualsiasi motivazione a parlare con loro in generale. Purtroppo non c'è un bagno in piscina e si deve usare uno vicino alla ricezione, questo è inconfortabile e si deve aspettare fino a quando si si secca. Le bevande 50/50, la birra è buona, il vino non ci piaceva.Inoltre non ci sono bottiglie d'acqua, quindi è sempre necessario chiedere un bicchiere d'acqua al bar. La piscina è super grande questo è davvero cool perché tutti hanno abbastanza spazio per giochi e raffreddamento.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Anmaria Beach Resort! Das Anmaria Beach Resort war einfach fantastisch! 🌴 Die Lage ist perfekt – die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe, genauso wie viele Bars, Clubs und Geschäfte. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also ideal für alle, die Sonne und Meer lieben. ☀️🏖️ Der Service war top! Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt – man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe gearbeitet wird. 💫 Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, und sowohl der Innen- als auch der Außenpool sind wunderschön. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Dame, die am Pool arbeitet – sie war so herzlich und aufmerksam, dass man sich gleich willkommen gefühlt hat. 💖
