We arrived to find a beautiful hotel
In a lush setting with the most beautiful foliage with tropical birds. The grounds were a paradise. Every morning we were serenaded with the songs of all the different bird species. The restaurant was an excellent Italian restaurant that we would recommend to anyone. The staff was always happy to provide any assistance with a smile.

Excellent location and facilities. Convenient shuttle service and inclusive breakfast.
This is the cleanest Hampton by Hilton I have so far stayed at!
One thing to consider in lactose and gluten free options for a breakfast, other than that, I have absolutely enjoyed my stay and will be back again and again!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Von außen sieht das Hotel sehr schön und gepflegt aus. Das Restaurant, wo man sein Frühstück bekommt, ist direkt neben den beiden Pools, die ebenfalls sehr gepflegt sind. Die Zimmer selbst sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (das Hotel gibt es aber auch schon länger), dafür aber sehr sauber und es hat immer warmes Wasser gegeben. Sehr zufrieden bin ich mit dem Frühstück. Das war bisher das beste Frühstück, was ich in Costa Rica bekommen habe. Auch ist der Service sehr gut. Man kann an der Rezeption Touren und Shuttle Services buchen. Ich musste leider sehr kurzfristig einen Transport nach Monteverde buchen, weil meine ursprüngliche Buchung storniert wurde. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat auf die Schnelle einen Transport für mich gefunden, wofür ich ihr sehr dankbar bin. An sich hat mir die Stadt La Fortuna wirklich sehr gefallen und man macht auf jeden Fall nichts falsches mit dem Hotel.

Arrivato tardi a causa del volo, fortunatamente la ricezione era 24 ore, il ragazzo che faceva il giorno era uno dei migliori e più attenti persone che abbia mai visto in questa linea di lavoro, rivalendo a 5 hotel a stelle. Non ricordo il suo nome per la mia vita, ma merita il meglio!

We booked this due to the Hilton reputation and for the pool and overall it was a good hotel in a good location. Free shuttle always useful and rooms were clean and to a good standard.
Unfortunately the pool was freezing cold - we asked at check in whether it was heated and were told it was. It was so disappointing, because it was impossible to enjoy a swim. A real shame.

Passato una notte in questo hotel. Vicino all'aeroporto. Bus di shuttle non è 24/7. Arrivato a San Jose a 1.30 sono. Non c'è più bus di shuttle, quindi è meglio controllare in anticipo con l'hotel. Il 24/7 è sbagliato e dovrebbe essere modificato.
Oltre a questo, questo hotel è buono perché è molto vicino a una lunga gamma di ristoranti e Walmart è a pochi passi.

UUtente ospiteMy family and I arrived at Casa Del Rio on November 26. We spent 2 nights here. We are a party of 6 and booked three rooms under two separate reservations. My reservation was through Trip.com and confirmed on Nov 19.
This boutique hotel sprawls across a large, beautifully maintained property. The individual cabana-type rooms are spread out across the property. So, when I booked my reservation, I requested that my room be as close as possible to my family’s two rooms. I also messaged the property on WhatsApp and requested that my room be adjacent to, or as close as possible to, my family’s rooms. On Nov 20, I received a message: «If the rooms are the same category, we can try to accommodate you. I replied, «Yes, all three rooms are the same category (a king bed and twin)». I also received an email from the hotel (hotelboutiqueca.4rr68r2bkw630rt@service.trip.com) and sent the same request for our three rooms to be adjacent to each other.
When we arrived, two rooms on the same reservation were adjacent to each other, but my room was far away in a completely different location. I asked for assistance to modify this, and the receptionist told me «not possible ». She asked to see the emails to confirm that I had sent requests, but she did not attempt to assist. She could have asked for assistance by checking with her superior, but she did nothing.
This was poor service. The refusal to make any effort to assist was blatant and hugely disappointing. The evenings were pouring rain, and we hoped to gather as a family, but we didn’t because we were located so far apart.
Aside from this one issue, the boutique hotel is lovely. The rooms are huge and spacious, tastefully decorated with a light color palette, and feature extremely comfortable beds with very nice bedding (making for a fantastic night’s rest after an active hiking day in Fortuna). The rooms had a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a large-screen television, a good-sized closet, a safe, and an attached balcony. The entire room was immaculately clean.
The entire Boutique Hotel is beautifully maintained and feels very secure (gates and a large wall surround the property). However, I didn’t see a security guard at night. The property needs a little more lighting on its walking paths for those walking to the pool, spa, or restaurant, or meeting family/friends after 6pm (it’s very dark).
The pool was enjoyed by our 13, 17, and 18-year-olds. The other three adults enjoyed massages at the hotel spa (at least I did - Michelle was great. Be sure to request a therapeutic, gentle massage).
The breakfast (included with the room) was absolutely delicious and very filling. We opted for the local-style breakfast (3 options: American, breakfast sandwich, or local). We were served fresh juice & fruit, warm/freshly baked pastries, a delicious main course (eggs, rice and beans, sausage, plantain, etc.), followed by coffee and tea. Everything was scrumptious. The restaurant had a lovely ambiance, was impeccably clean, and offered gracious, kind, and attentive service.
It would be nice if this property included access to a washer and dryer because, in the rainforest, clothing becomes damp… it would be lovely to be able to clean or at least dry some clothing quickly.
Undeniably, this is a relaxing, extremely comfortable, immaculately clean, safe, and beautiful Boutique hotel. It doesn’t have direct access to hot springs (a must-do in Fortuna), but this hotel offers lovely, high-quality accommodations. It’s suitable for families and groups (if/when they accommodate adjacent rooms) and honeymooners.
If you have a special request, then call ahead and speak with someone on the property and confirm before you arrive. With the exception of the first staff member I encountered on the property, every other member of the hotel staff was welcoming, kind, gracious, and very helpful.

JJudyLocation is great. Bed is comfortable and the room with A/C is so great. Netflix hotel account included was surprisingly unexpected as well. The vibe of the Selina La Fortuna is what I expected from reading reviews and the pictures.

La decorazione complessiva di tutte le località è molto bella e c'è un bel giardino che si trova davanti a tutte le camere.
La camera è spaziosa e pulita, il bagno è grande e il bagno è grande, la doccia è buona e il riscaldamento funziona bene.
La stanza dispone anche di un armadio, una rack di asciugatura per vestiti (molto utile con tutte le fonti calde e la pioggia), un piccolo frigorifero e aria condizionata.
Ci sono due piscine e sono ben pulite.
Ma il personale è l'eminente accento dell'hotel. Tutti sono super amici, gentili e utili. Cucinano un fantastico colazione e possono anche aiutare a trovare le migliori tour.
Non avrei potuto chiedere un miglior soggiorno a La Fortuna.
Molto raccomandato.

GGAPONUn hotel molto bello e bellissimo, costruito con materiali di alta qualità e un grande design. Tuttavia, la mia più grande delusione è stata che un hotel 5-star non ha fornito acqua complimentare nella stanza, invece di venderla per $4.50 per bottiglia. Questo è particolarmente sorprendente in Costa Rica, considerando che la camera costa oltre $1000 per notte.
E' deludente e anche disgustoso che non siano disposti a soddisfare le norme fondamentali internazionali in materia di servizi. A mio parere, la gestione dovrebbe essere ispirata dagli hotel in Asia e Medio Oriente, dove il servizio ospite è spesso molto più pensativo e completo.
Mi è sembrato che invece di fornire piccole essenze come parte del servizio, cercavano di pagare un'ulteriore tassa per tutto, che ha avuto un impatto negativo sull'esperienza generale.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel! The hot springs were a true highlight—relaxing and rejuvenating, with breathtaking views. The waterslides added a fun and adventurous twist to our stay. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, with a serene and inviting atmosphere.
The only downside was the lack of dryers anywhere on the property, which meant we had to take some damp clothes with us on the plane. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with unique amenities, this place is a fantastic choice!

The hotel staff are very nice and ready to help. One night we were walking in the garden, we ran into a hotel security, Dimas (hope I got the name right). We asked about animals. Dimas right away gave us a tour and showed us so many animals! We saw sloth, snake, frogs (including the green one), alligator, fresh water crab...all in the hotel garden!!! The garden is a paradise. Inside the hotel property, all we could hear was the sounds of insects, frogs, birds...
We are so happy that we stayed at Casa Luna!

LLouise MarieI read summer great reviews of this place and it did not disappoint. There are small trails on the property. Stunt get excited, they are small but you are not next to another building! The pool is nice but not heated. If you are from the NE US, you are used to it. Or was refreshing especially after being in the sun for a bit. The hotel is nicely kept but more of a local style which I prefer more than the standard hotel room. The room is beautiful and the bed is comfy. You can't go wrong here. Many people I met do the same thing, spend the last night in Costa Rica before flying out. Very secure, not much near, but the best ends to your pura vida vacation.

RRonaldopJ'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Coco Beach à Manuel Antonio, et globalement, c'était une excellente expérience. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien climatisées et très confortables, en plus d'avoir une belle vue, ce qui a rendu mon séjour agréable. Le rapport qualité-prix est aussi à souligner, car l'hôtel offre une belle expérience. L'accès à la plage est rapide, à seulement quelques minutes à pied, ce qui est un gros plus.
Cependant, un petit bémol : le ménage, notamment dans la salle de bain, manquait un peu de rigueur. C'était un détail qui pourrait être amélioré pour rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable. Néanmoins, je recommande cet hôtel pour sa localisation idéale et ses chambres confortables à un prix compétitif.
