La chambre est trop petite et le lit trop petit pour deux personnes. L’eau de la douche est pas chaude souvent il faut attendre trop longtemps. Impossible de mettre sa valise quelques part. Pas confortable dutout. Bonne situation géographique car bcp de resto à proximité. Petite piscine sur le toit chaude. Belle vue. Mais ne vaut pas son prix.

It was a nice stay. Initially we booked the junior suite. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade. That was nice as we received a 20% discount on the dinners and 10% on the spa.
My girlfriend -as a massage specialist - enjoyed the deep tissue massage (she gave it a 7.5). We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also the lounge was nice and we had some drinks and bites end of day. All in all a nice stay and very friendly service.
Location is very close to the airport, which made it a nice stay at the end of our trip.

Excellent choice, fresh & trendy. Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor.

The hotel is everything we hoped for. The service is excellent, stuff speaks English. Always something to pick from the breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is picturesque, safe and quite. The soundproofing however doesn’t exist- you hear everything that’s going on in the hall and next doors.

這家酒店在附近不算貴的，但地理位置相當不錯的。主要也是因為地方確實小。
對面是Provenza酒吧飯店一條街，有Karol G的飯店和Maluma的迪廳。
附近有farmatodo24小時，買水什麼的非常方便了
附近最近的大型超市是Exito WoW，距離一公里
酒店都是歐舒丹的洗護，枱麪太小，廁所和浴室衹有0.5平方米的樣子🥹
酒店附近有工程在裝修，每天就被裝修聲吵醒，一到六日就是迪廳的聲音轟隆隆的
一樓酒店的餐廳特色蘇打飲料蠻好喝的，因為一直在這裏開會，幾乎都在這裏點吃的喝的。
早餐：我喜歡，都是白人飯，鬆餅和酸奶碗，麪包也好吃，服務員很年輕很帥很美，服務很貼心！！一直對我們噓寒問暖，相比之下波哥大的人挺熱情，幾乎滿足你所有的需求

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

UUtente ospiteThe facility was very nice and extremely well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful as needed. The room was a little small but not cramped. The included breakfast was always good. They say they have a restaurant, but if you want extra meals, you must negotiate a price, and you pretty much get what they are cooking for the meal, and not have a menu with pricing. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked.
The website photos are accurate.
Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch.
My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good.
Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival.

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la mia seconda permanenza in questa proprietà. Mi sono davvero divertita la mia prima permanenza e anche se questo potrebbe essere dove potrei prenotare per più di una settimana.
Ho prenotato una camera doppia l'ultima volta e mi sono divertito il soggiorno questa volta ho prenotato una camera unica ma non mi sono mai ripreso.
La camera unica è molto più piccola del doppio e ho pagato lo stesso prezzo che l'ultima volta, così il valore per i soldi per questo non era così grande.
La vista è grande, le strutture sono buone, nessun AC e la camera è calda.
La grande questione per me nelle ultime due notti era un club in strada che suonava musica così forte che potevo sentire il basso 10 piani e questo andava fino alle 4:00.
Così calda stanza come non può aprire la finestra con la musica, fan su pieno, rumore bianco dalla TV a pieno volume e cluci non è quello che sto cercando.
Non potevo tornare se il bar continua così. Precedente soggiorno senza problemi, prime 5 notti senza problemi, ma questo è un grande problema per me. Sono così grato di non aver prenotato il mese che stavo pensando e lasciato dopo una settimana.
Una doppia stanza senza il rumore al prezzo giusto, mi ritornerò.

UUtente ospiteVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

AAleja_8888La posizione è eccellente, esattamente nel mezzo di tutto, passeggiata per raggiungere la metropolitana, molti ristoranti vicino, 10 minuti a piedi a Provenza, facile da raggiungere un grande supermercato dove si può trovare tutto quello che ha bisogno, compresi i vestiti da Colombiano - Brands.
Sono molto bravi a aiutarvi con tutto quello che avete bisogno. Abbiamo fatto un tour con loro a Guatape come suggeriscono e è stata una buona esperienza.
Il personale è così amichevole e utile, non abbiamo avuto una carta di metropolitana e ci prestano per usare per tutto il tempo che siamo stati all'hotel. Ci hanno spiegato dove andare, tempi, ecc., dove hanno una semplice mappa della metropolitana sulla parete, che si può solo vedere tutti i luoghi da visitare a Medellín.
Il posto è molto pulito.
Sono molto felice e certamente ci saremo di nuovo quando torneremo a Medellin.

UUtente ospiteIl segnale Wi-Fi non raggiunge la stanza, è stato cambiato a 102, proprio accanto al lobby. Era tollerabile fino a notte, una giovane receptionista aveva tre amici maschi che la visitavano durante il suo turno, e' tutto a posto che potessi sentire tutto. La loro conversazione cominciò a disturbare il mio soggiorno. Andai fuori e vedo un gruppo che parlava socialemente all'interno del lobby, il ricevitore e i suoi amici/visitatori maschi, quando tornai nella mia stanza, la conversazione si fermò 10 minuti dopo. Come le pareti erano sottili, gli ospiti erano piuttosto rispettosi, mentre io dormo sorprendentemente come un bambino.

C'è solo un ascensore e ci vuole molto tempo per scendere e salire, ci sono persone molto gentili come ci sono altri che sono più seri e non così gentili, non mi hanno pulito l'altro giorno della stanza, anche se non mi ha colpito perché ero molto pulito da quando sono arrivato. Ho chiesto un cambio di camera perché la mia era vista all'interno e quando ho prenotato, diceva che era vista alla montagna, ma mi hanno risolto rapidamente.

- Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much)
- To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel
- Some rooms don’t have proper windows
