Buona posizione, anche se non ha parcheggio. Puoi muoversi camminando è vicino a tutto. Le viste dal bar sulla terrazza sono fantastiche. Quando eravamo il jacuzzi era senza servizio.

Die Lage in Malina/El Poblado ist selbstverständlich für jede Location top. Abgesehen davon hatte ich vom Hotel in dieser Preislage den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein. Es ist zwar alles modern eingerichtet und auf elegant gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles relativ eng.
Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse z.B. ist sehr eng. Wenn da 10 Leute sind, fängt es an ungemütlich zu werden, es sei denn, man will Party - aber dafür gibt es bessere Hotels.
Das Zimmer war sehr eng, die Ablageflächen waren knapp und es fehlte an Stauraum. Immerhin gab es Warmwasser :-) Es war extrem ringhörig. Man hörte den TV, Musik, Stimmen und Gesang aus den anderen Zimmern. Und im Gang heulte die Belüftung, als würde dauernd jemand mit dem Staubsauger durch die Gänge gehen.

El cuarto y el baño son muy limpios. Además el staff que se llama Tomás es muy amable. Le agradezco todo lo que me dio durante mi tiempo acá 😎🙏 les recomiendo que queden ahí si tienen la oportunidad para viajar a esta bonita ciudad

Definitely a unique place and creative look, everything was good except my window latch was worn out so it didn't seal and I could hear all the traffic on the street. There is a laundry service located there as well which is very convenient.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno. Inizialmente abbiamo prenotato la suite junior. Quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato offerto un aggiornamento. È stato bello quando abbiamo ricevuto un 20% di sconto per la cena e 10% per il bagno.
La mia ragazza - come specialista di massaggio - godeva il massaggio dei tessuti profondi (la donò un 7.5). Ci piaceva il colazione e la cena. Anche la sala era bella e abbiamo avuto qualche bevanda e morsi alla fine della giornata. Tutti in tutto un buon soggiorno e un servizio molto amichevole.
La posizione è molto vicina all'aeroporto, che lo rende un piacevole soggiorno alla fine del nostro viaggio.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

El hotel es estupendo para pasar la noche o finde semana sólo o en pareja. Está en pleno barrio de Manila y a 5 minutos andando del parque del Poblado. La habitación super limpia y muy acogedora, bastante amplia. Y el precio buenísimo. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

UUtente ospiteThe facility was very nice and extremely well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful as needed. The room was a little small but not cramped. The included breakfast was always good. They say they have a restaurant, but if you want extra meals, you must negotiate a price, and you pretty much get what they are cooking for the meal, and not have a menu with pricing. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked.
The website photos are accurate.
Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch.
My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good.
Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival.

UUtente ospiteLa vista dall'hotel è stata sorprendente e sicuramente il centro della nostra permanenza. Non c'è telefono nella stanza, quindi ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di aiuto, abbiamo dovuto salire e scendere tre voli di scala per la ricezione. Quando siamo scesi per ottenere il codice Wi-Fi, la nota scritta a mano era così incerta che non potevamo connetterci e finalmente rinunciare alla prova.
Il bagno era completamente libero, che era molto inconfortabile e non ideale. Non avevamo neanche acqua calda per la doccia. La colazione era estremamente limitata, con quasi nessuna opzione disponibile. Il nostro hotel è molto costoso per quello che offre. Il personale ha cercato di farlo per noi il giorno dopo, ma dato che ci siamo trasferiti solo una notte, non ha davvero aiutato. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, ci aspettavamo una vera 5-star esperienza.

UUtente ospiteVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

AAleja_8888La posizione è eccellente, esattamente nel mezzo di tutto, passeggiata per raggiungere la metropolitana, molti ristoranti vicino, 10 minuti a piedi a Provenza, facile da raggiungere un grande supermercato dove si può trovare tutto quello che ha bisogno, compresi i vestiti da Colombiano - Brands.
Sono molto bravi a aiutarvi con tutto quello che avete bisogno. Abbiamo fatto un tour con loro a Guatape come suggeriscono e è stata una buona esperienza.
Il personale è così amichevole e utile, non abbiamo avuto una carta di metropolitana e ci prestano per usare per tutto il tempo che siamo stati all'hotel. Ci hanno spiegato dove andare, tempi, ecc., dove hanno una semplice mappa della metropolitana sulla parete, che si può solo vedere tutti i luoghi da visitare a Medellín.
Il posto è molto pulito.
Sono molto felice e certamente ci saremo di nuovo quando torneremo a Medellin.

UUtente ospiteThe service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.
