L'hotel Xiaohui Tenhui Tenhui è molto buono. Ho portato gli anziani a Changbai Mountain. Ho una camera doppia e una camera doppia. La stanza è molto grande, due letti doppii e la vita è molto ampia.L'ambiente interno e esterno dell'hotel è bello, non lontano da ogni attrazione, molto tranquillo.Trasporti conveniente, conveniente ovunque. Questo posto è sorprendente.Abbiamo avuto una vista delle corse così un certo plus. 😊 L'unità è pulita e il personale è amichevole e utile. Il meglio è che si può camminare solo circa 100 metri dalle corse. Una notte ho avuto un problema quando la mia stanza era piena di fumo di sigarette così tanto, così abbiamo dovuto dormire con le porte del balcone aperte a temperature sub-zero. Quando ho fatto il giorno dopo, erano estremamente scusanti e il loro servizio clienti mi ha contattato per chiedere ulteriori informazioni e hanno inviato un piatto di frutta come scusa. I miei figli hanno deciso che questo sarà il loro futuro destino per lo sci a causa della comodità e delle condizioni di neve. Una cosa che ci ha distratti tutti, ma non ha distratto dal soggiorno.Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento di 2 camere da letto. La camera con le letti gemelli sembrava avere una più grande e migliore bagno con un bagno. Ma la camera con un letto grande aveva solo un bagno più piccolo e una doccia. Ancora una volta, non ci mancava niente del nostro soggiorno, ma ci stavamo davvero ingannati.

The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Il letto dell'hotel è spazioso 1.3M e confortevole abbastanza per un adulto e un bambino. La selezione del colazione è ampia, il personale dell'hotel è molto utile per organizzare il trasporto al ristorante vicino. Solo l'hotel ha una certa distanza dal principale resort sciistico. L'impianto di sci e l'impianto di sci devono prendere un piccolo autobus che può essere molto ricco e deve stare fermo.

Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente, mentre si sono recati sopra e oltre per aiutarci durante il nostro soggiorno, hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasporto e la vista - il coppia che gestisce il posto in particolare erano super amici. Si trova vicino all'ingresso del Parco Scenic di Changbaishan, vicino al Tiger Mountain Ski Resort, che può essere curato per gli sciatori da principianti a più avanzati. L'hotel ha una primavera calda e il nostro pacchetto includeva colazione e cena, che è stato ben rinnovato l'anno scorso o qualcosa del genere. Può raccomandare.

Ottimo hotel, tutto era molto piacevole! Riposarono all'Hotel Maria e si fermarono in piena gioia. Le camere sono molto comode, pulite. Il personale sul respiratore è incredibilmente amichevole e reagente, sempre pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda. Vorrei segnalare la comoda posizione tutto è in una disponibilità pedonale. I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season.
