Un soggiorno molto soddisfacente. Il capo è stato molto entusiasta e paziente nel rispondere alle domande. Anche l'ambiente è molto bello, sia le camere che le aree comuni sono arredate in modo unico. Anche il servizio della colazione è molto buono, la colazione è quotidiana, pulita e igienica. Nel complesso è molto buono.

Le signore del desk front erano molto utili e amichevole. Due pollice in alto. Il tessuto nelle valli era un po' vecchio e difficile da tenerlo in prigione sotto il clima caldo e umido. Ma una volta che eri in camera, era un'altra storia. Le letti erano carini e soft e pulite e il bagno era pulito e tempestivo. Il colazione era stile buffet e buono. L'hotel non è troppo lontano dalla zona della Old Street. Tuttavia, è ancora necessario chiamare Didi e costa poco. L'ultimo punto è che il prezzo dell'hotel è stato molto costoso. Ti dà un buon valore per il tuo denaro. Quindi se stai cercando un buon hotel a dormire con il bilancio in mente, questo è il primo. Ci sono ristoranti vicino all'hotel. Prenoterò l'hotel di nuovo se sono nella zona. Grazie al personale del front desk.

滿分入住體驗！六安上河街希爾頓歡朋酒店值得N刷。這次帶娃來六安，體驗超出預期。大堂休息區免費茶水和點心隨時供應，前台會給我們端來熱乎乎的紅茶。客房有柔軟床品，認床的我也一覺睡到天亮；全屋智能控制超省心，牀頭櫃有無線充電板，睡前不用到處找充電器。前台給寶寶送了小童牙刷和拖鞋，還讓機器人送來了漂亮的小發卡，小朋友超開心的。

Il check-in ha dato un'ottima camera e una torta per il mio soggiorno di compleanno. La stanza #1501, con una vista di 180 gradi sul lago Swan, ha i segni di compleanno dal tavolo e sulla TV, una canzone di compleanno che gioca su slip, e divertenti asciugamani sul letto. La sala Intercontinentale del Club ha offerto una generosa selezione di snack di tè pomeriggio e di pranzo leggero, ma abbiamo dato un basso grado alla selezione delle bevande, il vino e le scelte del liquore erano piuttosto limitate. Ma il bellissimo staff lo ha fatto con un servizio eccellente e attento. Ho avuto un massaggio rilassante al Yixi Spa, ma notiamo che il prezzo è sul lato alto. La piscina interna era bella e pulita, dotata di un guardiano di vita attento. La varietà del colazione era piuttosto buona, delicatamente equilibrata tra le tariffe locali e il cibo conforto occidentale. E' stato un meraviglioso fine settimana di compleanno da parte di partenza a finitura, sicuramente tornando qui per un altro soggiorno! 🌟

La posizione geografica è eccellente, sotto è la zona centrale della città antica di Anqing e la strada di cammino della gente. Il cibo è molto conveniente. Anche nel tratto della strada prospera, l'hotel non è affatto lusingato. L'effetto di isolamento sonoro della finestra è buono. La struttura funzionale della stanza è ragionevole. È raro che il bagno abbia finestre. L'esperienza di viaggio complessiva è confortevole, ma è il livello di grandi hotel di catena di marchio.

UUtente ospiteThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

UUtente ospiteOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

AAinara | 小爱The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Consiglio questo hotel oltre che per la posizione per il suo servizio la targhetta in foto è della ragazza che è stata molto gentile con noi, facendoci sentire coccolati e seguiti in tutto e per tutto! È stato meraviglioso soggiornare qui! Il cibo è buonissimo, le sedie massaggianti magnifiche! La ragazza ci ha fatto fare 20 minuti gratuiti sulle sedie, ci ha regalato delle mele del tè e delle tortine per il giorno dopo e ci ha offerto anche il caffè al bar principale con caffè Costa !
