Il prezzo della casa è economico, perché l'aereo è salito presto per prendere il volo, quindi ho prenotato un hotel più economico. L'unico difetto è cambiare la stanza di bassa disabilità. Il giorno dopo, non ho richiesto di cambiare la stanza. Il piano è più alto di ** che puzza di fumo nel ristorante sottostante. Si consiglia di prenotare il piano alto

La camera aveva diversi problemi, la cassetta d'acqua fredda non funzionava per il bagno esterno, le porte in legno erano rotte e molde, pochi trattori erano rotti e il peggio è stato mostrato sulla foto all'interno del trattore della camera principale.

We chose this hotel because it was one of the most inexpensive hotels near the reef terminal and close to other attractions in Cairns. It was a 30 minute walk to the Reef Terminal and 40 minutes to the Botanical Garden. It also has a good selection of restaurants nearby and is a short walk to Rusty's Market and quite a few shops. The area is very quiet and the bed was comfy enough. The room has a good wall unit which we stored all of our bags in and kept our stuff accessible with some shelves. There is a limited number of plug-ins in the room with two on the desk under the TV and a power bar was underneath the bed. A travel power adapter was used to keep our devices charged. The wifi was weak when we stayed and we felt the shower curtain and lip didn't do a great job keeping the water contained because the floor and bath mat got soaked each time we showered - you could aim the shower head at the wall and angle your body just so but it was tricky to have a good shower here. We did appreciate all the toiletries available in the wall mounted units including hand wash, shaving cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The towels were also very soft but never dried out so we had to ask to have them changed on our second day here because the bathroom smelled very damp due to the wetness. The front desk staff were very kind but they did not have it manned after hours so there are late night check in instructions provided. They also can help arrange and book tours while you are in Cairns. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included bread, a toaster, a pancake machine, cereals, juices, coffee, milk and water. The highlight of the breakfast was the pancake machine and the giant jar of Nutella with a pump attached. You could order a hot breakfast for a little bit more and it was fairly priced for things like sausage, bacon and eggs. The hotel also has a bar area (open 3-7), heat and eat meals, a vending machine, pool and laundry facilities. There is a microwave available in the bar area and kettles are available in the rooms for hot water. The laundry machines are commercial and quick - it cost 4 AUD to wash and the same price to dry and our laundry was done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board. The hotel had a good amount of parking and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We felt everything was very convenient during our stay and would recommend it if you are planning to save on a hotel and spend on excursions!

Actually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess. So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out. This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix. My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

I checked in on Monday afternoon and went to my room. After unpacking I laid on the bed with a cup of coffee as I had been driving for five hours to get there. Within ten minutes a guy walked into my room dragging a suitcase. I was up off the bed in a flash and he took off saying sorry as he fled. You need a pass code, not a card to enter the room so obviously the receptionist gave this bloke my room code. I went straight to reception, but it was empty. There were half a dozen people waiting to check in. They were told the receptionist went to pick up a mate from work and would be back in 5 minutes. They said they had been waiting there 40 minutes. I went back down to the reception half an hour later and he said sorry and that was it. He had given someone else my room entry number and sorry was all i got. I never slept for two nights , every noise i heard sounded like my door being opened. I had a 5 hour drive back home with no sleep. The aircon barely worked and took two full days to start feeling cool and I couldn't get hot water through it. It took a couple of minutes to get it to shut off. The mixer was obviously had it. I was down on the coast to visit and help care for a n old mate of mine who doesn't have long to live. I left early morning and returned later at night so no one on reception to inform about my problems. I expect I will have several more trips down to the coast but will not stay here again. I hope this gets passed on to the Hope Harbour management.

L'isola di sogno di giorno non è grande, ma molto carino. Molti cicli di barche da Hamilton all'isola di giorno sono molto conveniente ～!L'ultima barca che abbiamo seduto è in arrivo all'isola di giorno e ci ha inviato a tutti un colletto fatto da un piccolo pirata.Il personale è entusiasta e ricco colazione. Ci sono piccoli pesci di sabbia in tutte le parti del lago, 𫚉 pesci...Completamente mi sento bene!!!! Evitare di essere accentuati: se vuoi giocare da Hamilton Island o volare, scegliere di vivere su altre piccole isole. Non vivere su Long Island. Da Hamilton Island non c'è nessuna nave che raggiunga Long Island. Devi tornare al porto di Shute, e sono molto poche le volte. (E'molto fastidioso per chiedere tutta la giornata che tutti i tipi di rotte di trasporto che vogliono chiamare sono state fatte, perché non c'è più spazio libero sull'isola di Hamilton, e mi fa paura che Luke sia sull'isola). Siamo in aereo per arrivare all'isola di Hamilton. Abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno lungo per l'isola. Torniamo a Hamilton per vedere il cuore il giorno dopo. Il primo turno di partenza di Long Island è l'invio a Shute Harbour alle 8:00. Se ci fermiamo, devo aspettare fino alle 5:30 p.m. per arrivare a Hamilton ～ Me Dio!In quel momento, ho davvero scritto la valutazione dell'hotel che il bus acquatico era molto conveniente 🐶🐶🐶 Possiamo essere costretti a rinunciare al soggiorno a Long Island e a prenotare immediatamente un alloggio sull'isola di sogno.L'ultimo programma di turno è stato scattato dal porto di Hamilton Island, e si può fare riferimento. Personalmente, senti l'isola di Long Island come isolata, non come sviluppata dalla stessa società turistica. Le spese di alloggio non possono essere rimborsate ～ Quando abbiamo perso le spese di alloggio di 2 notti di Long Island. Inoltre, le spese di nave tra l'isola e l'isola non sono economiche. Tutti devono prendere in considerazione l'entrata quando prenotano un hotel! Vale la pena ricordare ～ L'isola dei sogni di giorno ci ha dato un buon umore di vacanza!Spero che scrivere cosi' tanta aiuterà tutti!Dopo tutto, uscire a giocare una volta non vuole nessuno cosi' male.

The location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life. Great rooms on the 22nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious for up to 3/4 people. The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests. I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests. The check-in and check-out process was great, made conveniently for guests and staff, there's no long cues at the reception👍🏾 We'll definitely be returning.

Ogni aspetto del mio soggiorno è stato davvero eccezionale. Servizio: Il servizio offerto dal personale dell'hotel è stato impeccabile. Dalla mia arrivo, sono stato accolto con caldezza e professionalità. Il personale si è mosso di sopra e di là per assicurarsi che le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte e che erano sempre pronti ad assistere con qualsiasi domanda o interrogazione; e il loro dedizione a rendere il mio soggiorno confortevole e piacevole era evidente, e io apprezzo davvero la loro ospitalità.
