Australia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Queensland

Hotel eccellente con posizione e personale eccellenti! Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel. La posizione è fantastica: a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e vicino al lungofiume, al municipio e a numerosi negozi e caffè. La mia camera standard era spaziosa e tranquilla, con vista sul cortile. Il personale della reception è stato molto cordiale e ha risposto in modo efficiente a tutte le nostre domande. Un'ottima aggiunta è l'accogliente bar-pub al primo piano, perfetto per uno spuntino, un drink o per incontrare gli amici. Altamente consigliato!

Non potevamo fallire l'hotel punto. Il personale è amichevole e eccezionalmente utile anche in tempi occupati come il Nuovo Anno. Le camere sono pulite, ben attrezzate e molto comode e il topo bar e ristorante erano bellissimi. Ci rimarremo assolutamente. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (sap / lavaggio di mano e shampoo / condizionatore combinato erano piuttosto medio e non quello che era stato immaginato nell’annuncio. Altrimenti questo era un incredibile soggiorno.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Hides Hotel durante un viaggio a Cairns e sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso dal valore e dal fascino di questa offerta hotel di stile ereditato. La posizione è assolutamente invincibile diretta nel cuore della città e a pochi passi dalla Esplanade, mercati notturni, Terminal della flotta Reef, e molti ristoranti e caffè. Che siate andando a fare un tour di river o solo esplorando la zona locale, Hides è una base super conveniente. La stanza era di base, ma pulita e confortevole. L'edificio stesso ha un carattere vecchio che è un po' diverso dai suoi tipici hotel a catena, che mi piace davvero, e si sente come se tu stesse da qualche parte con la storia. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza, felice di dare raccomandazioni e di assistere con le prenotazioni. Solo in basso è stato che l’hotel è un po’ datato in luoghi, e a seconda della stanza che si è in, si potrebbe sentire un po’ di rumore stradalema che’s da aspettarsi in un luogo centrale come questo. In generale, l'Hides Hotel è una scelta per i viaggiatori consapevoli del bilancio che vogliono un alloggio pulito, centrale, senza fuss con carattere.

The Apartment iwas very spacious and beds were comfortable, although our Ac was leaking..cobwebs found behind the door, floor was dusty..otherwise if detail cleaning it will be spic n span. Another problem..the toilet downstairs was smelly..maybe from the drainage outlet or the toilet itself that needs cleaning..Otherwise all amd all the Apartment was of good standard.

Always a great getaway place to go to. Very peaceful and stress free. Facilities are what you would expect from a country hotel and the newly completed bathrooms are a bonus. Unrestored and charming hotel with great artwork everywhere. Excellent meals in the evening and a very good diy breakfast provided in the dining room.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and clearly recently renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage safely in a locked baggage room. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with clean and very attractive pool areas surrounded by lush plants. In the early evening, you can even see fruit bats flying over the property, which adds a special touch to the atmosphere. The hotel is a bit further away from the city centre, but only 15min from the airport.

We had a great stay here. My parents had also booked to stay as we were travelling together and even though an earlier email had told us we couldn’t room closer due to being full booked, on arrival the lovely gentleman checking us in moved my parents closer. Also happy to pop a microwave and toaster in the room (small fee) which was handy for heating little one’s meals and making her toast for breakfast. Had a great bath too! We dined at the restaurant and the staff were ver helpful also.

An absolutely excellent place stay, would recommend, even just based on the staff and the breakfast. I observed that great care was taken of people checking in to stay who would be going to the hospitals local to the area. Check-in was so easy, and the reception staff was very kind. Things I loved: * the included healthy breakfast, * free on-site parking *Ferrari in the reception area (no idea why it's there, and I'm no car enthusiast, but it is a classy touch) * very friendly and kind staff * neat and good layout of room * comfortable bed * good air conditioning * friendly people throughout the building * walking distance to Chermside shopping centre * excellent price Thing I didn't like as much: * not really sound-proofed, you sometimes hear sounds from other rooms and hallways * the balcony area did have a bit of a smell in the early evening, dissuading me from eating outside until later on - this might have just been the day I stayed. It was nice enough later to leave the door open and have a bit of a breeze while sleeping. Highly recommended.

It was great stay. Clean room, quiet, peaceful ambiance plus the beach itself. Professional staff. In short we love it ❤️

• room: clean bedsheets and pillows, clean AC filters and overall a compact functioning double room. Even though the room was nearby the stairs I did not hear noise from people passing by and had a good sleep • shared bathroom was cleaned meticulously. • amenities: they have a pool which is really nice and the inner courtyard is quite comfortable and has space to interact with other guests as well to just chill • location: 15 min taxi from the airport (only way to go to the airport) 10 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk to the seaside. There are few restaurants and a supermarket in front of the hostel • staff: kind an supportive my background: I travel 320 days a year since 8 years staying in all range of accomodation from hostel to 5star. I just review objectively what I see with no judgement
