Frigorifero rotto. Telecomando rotto. Il divano letto non era qualcosa che dovrebbe essere ancora nella stanza. Era rotto e abbiamo avuto 2 delle PEGGIORI NOTTI DI SONNO MAI NELLA MIA VITA.

La stanza è molto pulita e pulita.Il personale dirà come andare al secondo piano. Il ristorante del Mercato di Messi è un po'difficile da trovare al terzo piano di Messi. L'Università di Brown e'vicina, va bene.

I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. Hampton Inn in Pawtucket was in a perfect spot for us to stay at for the night on our way home from Acadia National Park. Everything was perfect; it was a clean, comfortable room and we slept well. Breakfast had many choices for my family, the waffles were delicious.

Grande posizione (Applebee's right next door!). Era molto pulito -- non è qualcosa che posso dire per la maggior parte degli hotel dopo la pandemia. La colazione era buona e l'hotel era facile da navigare. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui se fossi mai tornato sull'isola di Aquidneck.

Anche se non tanto in questi giorni, ho viaggiato molto per lavoro e è bello avere un posto per chiamare a casa quando sei sulla strada. Non sono una persona squisita e non ho davvero specifiche per quello che cerco quando si tratta di un hotel, ma l'unica cosa che voglio è un senso di casa e di sicurezza. La posizione era perfetta e ero nella zona che conoscevo, ma anche se non ero abbastanza familiare, mi sentivo ancora al sicuro. Il personale era molto amichevole e facile navigare l’edificio. Adorava sinceramente la mia stanza, aveva tutto quello che avevo bisogno e mi aiutava a diventare il mio appartamento temporaneo, il letto era incredibile, perfetto per qualcuno che andava e viaggiava da le 4:00 di mattina. La sedia da letto nella mia stanza era anche la più confortevole che abbia mai avuto, e ho finito di usarla al mio ufficio. Ti hanno dato una sedia molto bello, ma sono una persona molto grande e ho paura di romperla, quindi è stata una piacevole sorpresa avere questa alternativa. Il signore del dipartimento frontale mi ha dato molte informazioni e suggerimenti per il cibo basato su ristoranti della zona, mi hanno anche dato un buono di sconto per una catena di ristoranti che io amo! Era davvero una esperienza molto piacevole e vorrei solo poter stare più a lungo, certamente ritornerò in quel luogo in futuro quando lavoro in questo settore. Perfetto per me e consiglierei sinceramente agli altri di rimanere lì se stai cercando un posto per la notte o un soggiorno esteso!
