Vi havde betalt ekstra for et superior værelse, men synes godt nok at det var et lille værelse.
Ikke mulighed for at lave te eller kaffe på værelset.

Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service.
Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

La stanza è soddisfatta, la colazione è anche molto buona. I frutti non sono di solito lucidati. Le uova di acqua sono uova disgustose, le uova di bacon e le bacon non sono di solito. Il gusto del toast è difficile da descrivere. Un po'difficile da mangiare 😅 La posizione dell'hotel è lontana dalla città. La reception deve aiutare a chiamare il servizio taxi per circa dieci minuti, Un po'fuori della selvaggina, non ci sono diversi auto sulla strada.

It has an excellent location outside Herning, in the middle of Jutland and close to the highway.
Most are self-service but are convenient for a business traveller and not restricted to certain business hours.
The breakfast buffet offers cold dishes, bread, cereals, fruits, and drinks.

Rimelig værelse, uden at være prangende - men vi brugte det kun som overnatningssted
Eneste minus er måske lige prisen på en overnatning inkl. morgenmad for to - næsten 1.600,- :-(

We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again.

La stanza è buona e pulita. ma l'area dell'hotel non ha negozio, supermercato, negozio conveniente, si deve camminare circa 30 minuti per acquistare la vostra necessaria. la stazione di autobus è davanti all'hotel, si può prendere l'autobus al centro

LLC666Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that.
However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.
The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far. And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.
My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.
All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus.

GGcatHotel is next to the museum and few supermarkets along the way. Cafes and restaurants near proximity. Breakfast has limited variety but overall a great place to stay. Service staffs were always helpful and they also allowed me to leave my luggage af checkout.

UUtente ospiteUn solo pernottamento la notte di Capodanno, dato che dovevamo festeggiare il Capodanno con alcuni amici ad Aarhus. Tutto è stato fantastico. Come servizio speciale, hanno offerto a tutti gli ospiti il check-out posticipato il 1° gennaio, il che è stato davvero carino! Check-in e check-out rapidi. Personale cordiale.

AAilsabinbinL'hotel è a una certa distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ci sono circa venti minuti a piedi. La squadra di battaglia è conveniente. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona. Il personale di servizio è anche molto buono. La stanza è abbastanza grande, molto pulita, il letto è anche molto comodo. La stanza di soggiorno ha un balcone separato, il sole ha un pomeriggio, Bevi un po'di sole e guarda il panorama balcone. Ha un senso diverso

UUtente ospiteWe stayed overnight, we had dinner and breakfast. The service was nice and competent. The food was delicious. We took a walk around the area and inside the castle itself, it is definitely worth seeing and has a really good history.
Vi overnattede, vi spiste aftensmad og morgenmad. Betjeningen var sød og kompetent. Maden var lækker. vi var en tur rundt på området og inde i selve slottet, det er absolut seværdig og rummer en rigtig god historie.

It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation.
It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting.
We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris.

Questa casa ha una palestra rara, nessuno è andato a casa mattina, anche se non ci sono molti attrezzi ma possono essere utilizzati.C'è caffè gratuito.Ci sono tovaglioli, lavatrice di capelli e lavatrice di acqua di lavaggio.

VVincentExcellent location and very spacious but room was admittedly dusty and could be better on cleaning. My card also failed three times and I had to keep going to the concierge to get it reset; they eventually gave me key cards of another design which worked.
