Argentina: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Provincia di Río Negro

Upon arrival in cerro catedral. Met by Samuel who was very warm and friendly. He and the morning receptionist (i’m sorry you were amazing i just forgot your name). They gave advice and offered options as my ski plans did not go as intended. Regardless this place has an incredible walking distance to Cerro Catedral base. That’s the compliments i can give. This was the most expensive accommodation of my whole trip. I knew it was a simple ski lodge but upon arrival i told Samuel about my flight troubles and asked him what’s to order in room service. Was just the one option grilled chicken and your choice of side. Okay food arrived hot and well. Good portions but all the sauce packets given (at least 5 mustard and 5 ketchup) they were all expired as i opened the mustard to discover a thick foul smelling sludge. I was tired hungry and out of options i just ate the food without condiments. Breakfast was as expected from Samuel’s description and had no issues but arriving at 9am for there to be scraps of eggs left. The ham looked very heavily processed with some clear rubber looking (it’s to be assumed as the fat) bits hanging off. Look maybe i’m being picky but for the money spent i’ve had far value for dollar in my years of travel. Regardless, the noise you can hear in the rooms, from the lift, to foot steps, to neighbouring rooms. Hard to sleep especially with an early snow day tomorrow. The room overall very ancient, pillows flat, the balcony light switch nowhere to be found. The outlets sparked everytime i’d try to insert something inside. TV too old for me to figure out how to use, Thank you Samuel for assisting me in figuring things out. Regardless besides my abundance of complaints. I enjoyed my time having a location with a view of the mountains. Sheets and towels changed daily. Would’ve liked liquid soap but oh well. Last thing is that the hot water was amazing and would last long enough for my shower. Greatly appreciated

Bel servizio! La gente in generale, era così gentile. Tuttavia, abbiamo dovuto rimanere in un campus per due giorni e abbiamo dovuto trasferirci nell'altro, dove avevamo fatto la prenotazione, per problemi di amministrazione. Ma in generale, è fantastico. La colazione non è una cosa super gustosa, normale.

L'hotel è molto centralmente situato in una zona principale di shopping. A causa di una festa era rumoroso fino a mezzanotte. Molto poco inglese è stato parlato che era un problema quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto con un volo cancellato. Ci siamo trasferiti all'Hilton Hotel, che era più economico e molto meglio in tutti i modi. Il bagno di Jacuzzi è stato molto vecchio e terribile per entrare e uscire, e non ha avuto alcun senso. Solo una testa spray ha funzionato e la pressione è inutile, quindi la buona conoscenza ha funzionato tutti i jet! È stato aspettato per l'acqua calda e poi improvvisamente si sarebbe congelato. È andato a bere al bar e non hanno potuto offrire un bicchiere di vino. Vino solo dalla bottiglia! Ho chiesto di sapere che è l'ora felice e l'ho detto solo se avete Campari o Vodka! Il buffet è stato buono. Lo scelgo di nuovo - no. Molti altri hotel a Bariloche.

Tutto è stato molto buono tranne che si prelevano 16 dollari al giorno e persona supplementare al giorno e persona per l'utilizzo delle attrazioni dell'hotel, non importa se si utilizzano o non e rimanere tutto il tempo nella vostra camera è obbligatorio per tutti . Questa commissione aggiuntiva non è assegnato da nessuna parte nell'App e non è menzionata anche quando si accede .. Si prendono un pagamento di garanzia quando si accede per assicurarsi che si paga la commissione. È una tassa completamente nascosta . Prenoto spesso Hotel con App e non hanno mai avuto tale tassa .. Perche' non mettono lì completamente Prezzo per una stanza non trasparente come tutti i prezzi dell'hotel lo fanno.. E' come dire il costo 100 dollari per l'Air you Herath che devi pagare extra .. Molto sleale e ho avuto una lunga discussione quando ho controllato .. Finalmente hanno pagato Ritorno questa tassa di rimozione ...!!

Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony.  I found it was a bit tired.  The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors.  I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close.  I definitely won't be staying again.

Il personale, e in particolare Gonzalo, era così utile. Da organizzare il trasferimento aeroportuale a/da, da dare consigli su luoghi per vedere localmente, e di solito essere incredibilmente utile. Lo spazio stesso ha una bella vista vista sul lago con montagne andine in vista. La stanza era affascinante e pulita - con pavimenti riscaldati!!! La posizione è lontana dal centro di Bariloche, così è stato molto più tranquillo che amo. Anche vicino a un parco fantastico per andare a piedi e vedere le cascate. Non hai bisogno di una macchina, ma probabilmente lo consiglio.

I should not complaint for the place because of the price of the private room. It is a good budget option for a couple or friends to stay. Pro They provide us free tea and crackers. Price warm room locatiin walking distance from the bus station Con Limited access to the kitchen (They were doing big cleaning and maintenance and we couldn't use kitchen for 2days) Shower room needs to updated(door and drain system) As I mentioned at first, this place is very cheap and good to stay for budget travellers!!!

All staff are very friendly, polite, and nice. Thry make people feel very welcoming. They give good recommendations of restaurants. The hotel is older and at the center of everything which is convenient for the first time visitors to Bariloche. The rooms on the street side can be very noisy, but you can request for the quieter side.

Reception asked us to make the check in ourselves with a link they provided which wasn’t working. After 30 mins trying without success they said it was ok and they could do it 🤨🤨 Plus they gave us a room and then changed us to a different one with 3 small beds (when we asked for a double and a single)

We enjoyed our time at the hotel overall. One thing to note is that the hotel does not allow outside food, and there is no eating in the rooms. Most of the staff was very friendly. A negative point was breakfast often running out of items, with no plans to replenish them, unless asked specifically.
