My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The level of cleanliness was outstanding—every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is housed in a beautiful, high-class building with elegant design and modern amenities, truly exuding luxury. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a place that values quality. Highly recommended for those who appreciate upscale accommodations!

This place rocks!! The location is amazing and the facilities are on point. It’s not very often that my wife asks me if we could stay an additional night and this was a place that we would have done this at if we didn’t have a tight schedule. The room and amenities were clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing. Auto pancake maker, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy were delicious along with the other breakfast items. I’ll be staying here next chance I get.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera King tramite Trip.com. Tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati, l'Hotel ci ha informato che avevamo prenotato una camera standard e ci ha dato una camera con due letti queen size. Abbiamo mostrato loro la nostra conferma di prenotazione di Trip.com e hanno semplicemente detto che dovremmo prenotare direttamente tramite l'hotel. Si sono rifiutati di affrontare il problema, di offrire un compromesso/soluzione o persino di scusarsi per il disguido. Il servizio clienti era assolutamente orribile. Inutile rimanere, non tornerò mai più in un Holiday Inn. Il nostro viaggio è stato prolungato e abbiamo prenotato con un Marriott per le nostre notti aggiuntive. Ci hanno trattato come stimati clienti e ci hanno fatto sentire gli unici a soggiornare nell'hotel. Holiday Inn potrebbe imparare da altri hotel.

Great hotel in Salt Lake City. Perfect location and great views from the gym and swimming pool. There are different restaurants that will fulfil your expectations no matter what you are looking for. The breakfast is not cheap, but it is 100% worth it with good product and many different options. You can find right outside good coffee and a venue with one of the largest drinks menu I have ever seen. Definitely highly recommended both for business and leisure purposes.

Mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente di quanto tutto fosse bello all'hotel. Check-in era veloce e amichevole. Mi è stato dato un delizioso chip di cioccolato e biscotti di noccioline dopo l'ispezione. La mia camera era tranquilla, pulita, grande, con un letto molto comodo, e una sedia facile. La loro navetta aeroportuale era disponibile anche alle 4:00, quando ne avevo bisogno. Rimango sicuramente quando devo stare di notte vicino all'aeroporto.

Perfect spot for exploring Capitol Reef We loved our stay at Red Sands Hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — great to come back to after a day of hiking in Capitol Reef. The location is super convenient, just minutes from the park entrance. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel has a really calm, relaxing vibe. Bonus points for the rooftop deck and the cozy lobby — perfect for chilling out in the evening. Would absolutely stay here again!
