I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress? Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for! And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise. The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to! So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is relatively new. Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view. I guess many hotel chains have the policy of giving worth rooms to guests that book through third parties like Trip.com. They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around. See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room. So do not overpay for corner suites, it is not worth that. Had issue with the stuff. The clock in the room was showing wrong time. Couldn’t fix it myself. Called the reception, they send a guy who after 20 min couldn’t do anything and just said sorry there nothing he could do. When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y.o.! Eventually the watch was fixed but the way they service clients is outrageous. Lastly I had 12 pm check out time for my reservation but the receptionist told me it is 11 am.

Questo posto è molto nudo e alto, è molto vicino e non è prova di suono. Si può sentire la TV di tutti nella sala e la tua stanza, la gente urlando sul telefono, le porte sbattute, la gente si inginocchia in un altro piano, la gente fuori sul bellissimo patio, l'acqua si è presa in immersione per andare giù, il cappello nero che ti danno era così brutto, Sembrava un snodo o un sperma che lo smuoveva. I capelli erano ovunque. Io dico questo con la comprensione che i capelli sono più difficili da alzarsi. Era nel nostro letto, ovunque nel doccia. So che non puoi dire nessun bambino, ma questo non è un posto per i bambini piccoli a correre e parlare in corridoi bc tutto può essere sentito così chiaramente. Non provare o il tempo ****** ping sotto le porte, quindi c'è un enorme divario. Di 1.5 pollici sotto le porte che non aiutano il suono. Luogo carino, in un quartiere schizzo e in arrivo. Hanno parcheggio stradale solo che era abbondante e hanno detto che c'era sicurezza che rovesciava attraverso il quartiere. Non li ho mai visto, ma le nostre auto erano belle. Buona idea per un piccolo ostello/hotel vicina. La decorazione era semplice e così carina in tutto e viene con un MW e frigo. Il caffè e il bar attaccato è stato bello.

Il nostro hotel è stato un hotel di grande qualità, che ha un'esperienza di grande qualità, un'architettura storica e un comfort moderno. Il servizio presso l’Hôtel Peter e Paul è stato eccezionale, con un personale attento e amichevole, e si sono recati sopra e oltre per assicurare un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Se forniva raccomandazioni locali o affrontava immediatamente qualsiasi problema, il dedizione del personale alla soddisfazione degli ospiti era evidente. Mentre l'esperienza complessiva era positiva, ho incontrato un piccolo hiccup con il servizio di custodia, che non era così accurato come avrei potuto aspettarmi, e alcuni dettagli sono stati ignorati. Tuttavia, ciò non ha messo in sospeso gli altri aspetti positivi del soggiorno. In conclusione, l'Hôtel Peter e Paul offre un bel e unico ritorno nel cuore di New Orleans. L'impressionante aria interna e il servizio eccellente lo rendono una scelta memorabile per coloro che cercano un soggiorno distintivo e confortevole in questa vivace città.

La stanza era pulita, spaziosa, la ricezione era rapida, ma non ci ha informato che la custodia quotidiana non sarebbe stata effettuata. Non è mai stato fatto, anche se abbiamo detto al dipartimento di fronte la situazione. Avevamo un trattore sul vestito che insisteva per aprirsi circa quattro pollici, e l’uomo di manutenzione notturna cercava di risolverlo, ma non poteva farlo, e disse che avrebbe lasciato un biglietto per la squadra di manutenzione del giorno. Il secco dei capelli aveva delle cose sticky in tutto il manico. Molte aree di vendita non erano aperte martedì e mercoledì, il loro fine settimana, e proprio quando ci siamo trovati. ****** era abbastanza grande con molte macchine. C'è un centro eventi, ma non c'è stato niente programmato. Non c'è stato alcun divertimento notturno come in altri ******.

La luce dello specchio vanità non funzionava nella maggior parte delle camere che avevano i nostri amici ma lo faceva nei nostri. E la luce nelle camere è molto minima, quindi lo specchio è necessario. La strada era a volte chiusa per la costruzione, così i conducenti di ascensore erano facilmente confusi, ma a volte non era. Non si fermò quella mattina, ma la signora al divano stava chiamando e si accertava che non si fosse verificato di nuovo, che apprezziamo molto. Quando ci siamo accolti, c'era una stazione d'acqua nel lobby. Si è rotto e non hanno creato un altro, ma hanno detto che dovevamo andare all'hotel principale per ottenere acqua. Ci sono stati molti negativi, ma le camere sono molto grandi e elevate (come suggerisce il nome). Ha un potenziale di potenziale, ma ha bisogno di un miglior servizio/gestione.
