Il mio recente soggiorno in questo hotel è stato generalmente insoddisfacente. Sebbene le camere siano spaziose, i servizi sono obsoleti. L'hotel non fornisce acqua gratuita, ma fa pagare 6 $ per una bottiglia da 500 ml. L'aria condizionata non è stata accesa prima del check-in, il che dimostra una mancanza di preparazione. La reception è gravemente carente di personale, con un solo dipendente, il che si traduce in code ogni volta che si ha bisogno di assistenza. La qualità del servizio deve essere migliorata: non forniscono un servizio in camera di base, come la consegna del dentifricio in camera. the cleanliness of the room itself was fine, but the hotel seemed pretty run-down. the stairwell we took to get to our room was quite dirty (trash remained there for all five days we were there) and had a lot of cobwebs etc. the towels we got the first day had some weird dye on them? one of the days we got our room serviced but they only replaced our towels and did not reset our beds which was strange. it's also relatively far from o'hare compared to some other hotels. however, it's definitely livable and the rooms are quite large

I always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

Gentile direzione, Il nostro soggiorno presso il vostro hotel è stato piuttosto deludente e scomodo, con esperienze che vanno da eccellenti a pessime. Il lato positivo è che la posizione dell'hotel è imbattibile, a pochi passi dal Magnificent Mile e proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana Red Line. Questo ha reso molto comodo lo shopping, la ristorazione e l'esplorazione delle attrazioni della città. La camera in sé era spaziosa, eccezionalmente pulita e il letto era molto comodo, assicurando una buona notte di sonno. Abbiamo apprezzato i comfort in camera come il mini-frigo, il microonde e la macchina per il caffè, che hanno aggiunto comodità. Tuttavia, la direzione dell'hotel ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Al nostro arrivo verso le 16:00 dell'11 luglio, il personale della reception ha ripetutamente chiesto il mio cognome mentre teneva in mano il mio passaporto canadese, cercando di ottenere informazioni personali dal mio visto cinese. Questo errore ha portato un altro dipendente della reception a chiamarci alle 9:00 del terzo mattino per verificare di nuovo la mia identità con il mio passaporto/carta d'identità. La cosa più frustrante è che durante il nostro soggiorno di quattro notti, la nostra camera non è mai stata pulita. C'era un cartello sulla porta con la scritta ”NO Grazie” stampata su entrambi i lati, il che era fonte di confusione. Anche quando abbiamo appeso il cartello fuori, il personale delle pulizie continuava a bussare alla nostra porta alle 9 del mattino mentre stavamo ancora dormendo. Quando ci è stato detto di tornare più tardi, non sono mai tornati. Nonostante avessimo lasciato la stanza alle 11 del mattino e avessimo ripetutamente informato il personale delle pulizie e la reception che la nostra stanza aveva bisogno di essere pulita, non è mai successo. Inoltre, siamo rimasti senza shampoo. Nonostante avessimo informato la reception la mattina, non era stato rifornito quando siamo tornati la sera. Questo mi ha costretto ad aspettare nella hall per molto tempo per risolvere il problema dopo una giornata stancante di visite turistiche. La sera prima della nostra partenza, sono andato alla reception per condividere le nostre esperienze con due membri dello staff. Ci hanno offerto la colazione come risarcimento, ma di solito non facciamo colazione. Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza in hotel è stata molto negativa. Uno dei motivi principali per cui abbiamo scelto questo hotel è stato il marchio Hilton e questa esperienza mi ha portato a mettere in discussione la reputazione del marchio. The location is perfect just next to the exhibition hall but the services was to consider, we had many issues the cleaning service two days they didn’t clean they just took the towels and didn’t put new ones , i guess they have some problems with management hope they will solve it

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel. 

Localizzazione eccellente. Il personale molto amabile. L'unica cosa cattiva la colazione che, anche se ti rende che hai preso la colazione quando arrivano lì, hai solo credito da usare nel ristorante e il credito non arriva per colazione. Inoltre, non si occupano di nessuno e dobbiamo aspettare per colazione, l'ultimo giorno abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora.

L'hotel è un tipico hotel aereo, ha un pilota di navetta molto utile (Ray) e l'altro personale interagisce con è stato molto amichevole e utile.  Situato proprio fuori dall'aeroporto, al contrario di un centro commerciale e ha una piccola selezione di ristoranti a pochi passi dall'hotel.  La camera era pulita e aveva tutto quello che doveva, la camera era ben pressata e aveva un bel bagno.  Questa era una permanenza di una notte prima di volare a casa da O'Hare e soddisfare tutte le esigenze. 

L'hotel è situato nella zona di Loop, il coefficiente di sicurezza è relativamente alto. La posizione geografica è eccellente, vicino al fiume Chicago, e la barca è molto conveniente.Vai a tutti gli attrazioni è molto conveniente. È possibile camminare per un chilometro o per il Museo d'arte di Chicago. Il servizio dell'hotel è ancora disponibile, non fornisce attivamente servizi di lavanderia, ma può essere richiesto dalla reception. I booked to stay for just one night between my flights. The airport shuttle was very reliable. I wish I had known that if I requested, they would pick me up at terminal 5, but I walked to terminal 2 without knowing this. Their shuttle service operates 24 hours, every 45 minutes. The hotel is within walking distance to a metro station, so I took a quick trip to downtown. I booked this hotel just for its location and I was not disappointed. One thing, the room is not soundproof. Air conditioner was very loud I ended up turning it off, but the noise from the planes were pretty big as well. I could hear what the couple next door was doing at night very clearly. If you’re traveling with kids, that’s really something you should keep in mind. Also, every time the people next door opened their doors, I could hear them so clearly to the point it sounded like they were opening mine. I feared for my life every time they went in and out of their room. Honestly, that goes away if you wear your earplugs, which I did not have at the time. If this wouldn’t bother you, you’d be more than fine staying here.
