Hotel con parcheggio a Taitung

Super nice room in an old Japanese style. It is located in a quiet part of the city, but the walls themselves don't have a great isolation. Great service (English is not a problem) and an Ubike station really close.

L'hotel è in generale ok adatto se si sta cercando principalmente un posto per dormire piuttosto che per spendere molto tempo in. Il personale ha molto limitate competenze in inglese, quindi la comunicazione può essere un po 'difficile. Usa Google Translate ;) Il bagno era pulito e dotato di un moderno bagno giapponese. Il doccia era piacevole, con una testa di doccia regolabile per i diversi flussi d'acqua. Il telefono della stanza, che non abbiamo usato, era visibile sporco e poteva usare un profondo pulito. La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni, tra cui molte pranzi a buon agio vegetariani, che abbiamo apprezzato, ma la maggior parte dei cibi, tra cui le uova, è stata servita fredda. Nota che non tutto l'edificio appartiene all'hotel; il terzo piano sembra essere residenziale, così si può vedere alcuni locali passando. Ci siamo stati al quinto piano un certo rumore stradale è stato notabile, ma abbiamo ancora dormito bene. L'hotel si sente relativamente nuovo, con matite fresche e cuscini di pietra, che sono confortevoli. Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately.

Amazing, central location. Friendly staff who speak English. The room was spacious and clean. Fantastic place, strongly recommend it.

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable double deluxe room on the 6th floor. Bed was maybe a little hard, but still cosy thanks to the fantastic duvet. Our room had a decent view towards the mountains in the north-west. We paid the small extra charge for buffet breakfast when booking, and were satisfied with the choices of food available. Breakfast is taken on the 10F, and this restaurant has nice views towards the ocean.

The room is comfortable and clean. The location is near many eateries and safe environment. We can even walk to the seaside in the morning. The breakfast is reasonable.

Molto personale, accogliente molto gentile e entusiasta, ambiente molto libero, può essere buono per rilassarsi! E anche massaggi possono essere utilizzati, lo spazio pubblico è anche molto comodo, e il gatto carino 😊

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

Il servizio del personale di Liu Tai è molto buono. Poiché il rapporto di riparazione mi ha aiutato a migliorare la stanza. Normalmente 1F c'è una macchina da caffè per i turisti da soli. Se hai bisogno di colazione con 100 yuan a 10F auto-aiuto per mangiare il lievito è molto conveniente. È molto vicino al mercato notturno di viaggiare. Il prossimo ritorno a Tai Dong sceglierebbe questa casa.
